Unfortunately, my free time has been eaten away very suddenly by work. I do still think #3 is very interesting however. I just don't know how much time I can dedicate to it.
That's fine as well, I have made a habit of linking to the artist and their work if they match what I imagine them to look like, because I am a poor soul who cannot afford commission prices but will sing praises to the high heavens about excellent arts.
But, if that is how you do things...
Just because it's super late for me, I'm probably going to head to bed. Feel free to send me however much information you want and I will definitely respond in the morning.
I would prefer a PM, but as of right now I can only respond to them, I can't make one.
Do you have any images you would like to use for your characters? I know I have several lined up for my own. I would only need to see the image once, we don't have to do the whole, put it on every post and...
Rather than having the King know about your Lo'ang, I feel like the caretakers would be more likely to stumble across him first, and keep his existence a secret. They are a shady bunch and only share as much information as they feel is necessary.
They acknowledge Vlad's position as king only...
That sounds super cool, for all three of them!
And by Carstil, do you mean Cantis? Or is this a separate place all together?
I have a blind rider as well, and his bond with his dragon is more that they share his disability. He stays blind unless he needs to borrow his dragons sight, in which...
as far as animal companions and how the power is harnessed go, it's plausible. I haven't played as much in the sandbox for Sarti as I have Cantis, so I'm open to ideas and world development as it comes.
Technically speaking, there's no such thing as a 'forbidden magic' in Sarti, but certainly there are some that are frowned upon due to the fact that they can cause insane amounts of harm or damage. In those cases a specific license is required in order to practice. Some things like, necromancy...
generally speaking, both parties have to be adults before they can attempt the trial to become Dragon and Rider. But that doesn't mean they can't have an established relationship before hand. It's not uncommon for families and individuals who live near nesting grounds to go out and find...
You would be more than welcome to make several of each, if you so chose. What I wrote down is essentially the bare bones of the plot.
I can send you links to the google docs with the world information if you like.
