    Agree with @Silanon! Once you've got anger in your system, it's in there and you have to do something with it. Choosing to do something that's good for you will wear off the adrenaline. Once you've done that, it can help to imagine the situation that made you angry in your head from a distance. Like, literally imagine yourself outside your own body. What this does, is allow you to reflect on it without getting too close to the feeling of it. From there, you can figure things out more clearly. :)

    Writing is actually legit my therapy. That's why I like fanfiction and role play. I write for work to get paid, I write for fun because otherwise I have no outlets for rage or sadness or even when I'm super loopy and need to get some silliness out of my system. It's why I have a lot of unfinished stuff--the point isn't to finish the work, it's just to wordvomit and get whatever it is out of my system.

    Well, mine are usually a bit gory so I wouldn't say they are the best, but they definitely help with my anger sometimes. Though, I also don't dream of people I know much unless it's family. Which Then They Are Usually Nightmares Lol

    When its ppl I don't know IRL it ends up being I "meet them" IRL and flip them off face to face or scream profanities in their face.

    I want to create new characters for my RP. (I HAVE ISSUES I make like a thousand characters for every RP I run xD but I have so many ideas and not enough other ppl to do the romances with plus so many characters in my head and outfits and..stop me plz!)

    Okay why TF am I so tired?


    I slept for 10 hours for some reason today I don't know why.


    Only been awake for 6 hours but I feel like I've been awake for 13 hours instead. What in the world body? whats wrong with me? T_T
