I'm feeling really frustrated. I keep talking with people about roleplaying, about plots and characters and whatnot, but so far every person I've talked to has ghosted me at some point.

It's starting to feel like maybe I'm doing something wrong, but if I am then I really have no clue what it is. It's really frustrating for me because if any kind of discomfort pr something was communicated with me, I would change whatever it was.

I try really hard to communicate clearly when I'm talking to people. It feels like I'm not getting that same effort back and that's starting to turn me off from trying to find roleplay partners.

I'm sorry for the sudden long and rant-ish post. I just wanted to get this off my chest because it was really bugging me, and figured it should go here since it's RP related. I get that things happen, people lose interest, etc etc, but when it becomes a pattern it's clear something needs to change, right? Except nobody is telling me what I need to change to improve my communication with other writers on here, and I can't seem to figure it out for myself. I'm really struggling with it and it's pretty discouraging.

Next time I bump my interest check, I'm gonna try adding some more fandoms to it. I was hesitant to add a whole mountain of fandoms at first, but now the urge to play certain characters has gotten far too strong

i might go to bed early, i cut up peppers for dinner and now my eyes are super tired
