They're the strongest because they have the most number of tails- it says that they are in series, I believe and I didn't think that needed to be explained. I will add the 9 countries later though. The enemy is the Akatsuki and whoever wants to make a bad guy, once again didn't think that needed to be explained. The pots are fueled by chakra and sadly isn't efficient enough to without the remaining three- which I'll add there later as well. More?
