After typing all these head canons my craving is getting stronger.
Head canon 3: Ace is a non traditional type of guy which he tattoos the first letter of Marco’s and his name as symbol of their union.
Another Ace x Marco head canon is Ace is bad at cooking and Marco eats it because he doesn’t want to hurt Ace’s feelings. Ace refuses to give up on improving his cooking g skills.
I had this head canon that Ace brings Marco dinner and a glass of sake whenever he’s up reading his medical books.
