    Sorry for being more distant than usual. I'm low on batteries and feel like a lost and helpless loser and it sucks because I know I'm not. I just feel like shit lately. Still writing replies though. I just need a little time and encouragement. And Disney movies. Lots of Disney movies.

    one time in my grandmas apartment, we were just casually sitting in the living room and out on the balcony we watched a family of rats - about ten or more - come onto the terrace and play. They were running around the railing, popping out of plants, scouting, peeking into the glass, it was disgusting to my grandma, but i thought it was the most enchanting thing ever. happened once and they never came back.

    Whenever I listen to the Saving Mr. Banks soundtrack, I think of Disneyland and then I think of Walt Disney and then I start crying. The thought of the magic of Disney alone makes me cry. Anyone else feel the same way or am I just crazy?

    Does anyone in your real life know that you roleplay? I've been roleplaying for nine years now and nobody in my real life actually knows about this hobby of mine. I've only met one roleplayer in real life (an old childhood friend who does anime roleplays) but I've never actually shared this part of my life with anyone. It's actually a secret hahahaha

    My fiancé knows and that's it, but we kept it a secret for a long time from one another because he does too. On our sixth month he was like "I have a big question for you..do you roleplay?" But he's the only one who does.

    Question for detailed roleplayers: how many hours does it normally take you to post a reply? How many paragraphs can you write in an hour? I want to get better at my posting speed while still giving my best and could use tips haha. Thanks.

    Mmmm usually 45 min without any distractions of course. Up to 2 hours with distractions, eventually it gets to the point where I tell my mother to give me a few more minutes to finish up the post before I do anything else. The length of my posts depends upon who or what I'm responding to. Usually I have between three-five paragraphs and they tend to be paragraphs with at least six sentences. Sometimes I write only three solid paragraphs meaning five sentences each. But as the above users said it does take practice to eventually reach the speed you want to write at. And for every post I hardly proofread it. <---- That habit I'm trying to fix.

    If I'm inspired? Maybe twenty minutes max to crank out a 500-600 word reply. If I'm uninspired? LITERALLY FOREVER.

    5-10 minutes if I'm inspired with no distractions. 15-and up only if I'm stumped, anxious, or busy


    In an hour I could write maybe five severely detailed paragraphs but in my opinion it all depends on the subject and how inspired and "into it" I am. But that's just my two cents......which by two cents I mean one because I'm both broke and cheap :P
