Hey all I don’t really know if I’m doing this correctly because I’m new to this site. Well here’s a bit about me and why I role play and my hopes for this site I suppose. I’ve been role playing for quite awhile it’s a nice escape from my life, i tend to do slice of life role plays due to the fact my life is quite difficult at times. But outside of role playing I’m a gamer and streamer so I do have discord if you want our role play to be off this site I also am addicted to YouTube and shows . I hope to make friendships and writing partners with whom ever is interested another thing is I try to stay away from fandoms but it’s good to be here and I hope to hear from people soon

Hello everyone!

I'm Artist_Hope, but you can call me Hope, Artist, or really any variation of my username. (Anyone I get close to has the option of learning a friend's only name, so fancy /j)

I have been roleplaying for about 5-6 years, with the more recent years being heavily working on literate RP style to hopefully get better at writing stories.

I have a long list of fandoms, genres and other themes that I'm hecking okay with for Roleplay, but just to name a few:

• Sanders Sides by Thomas Sanders
• My Little Pony
• Pokémon
• RWBY
• Sonic
• Danganronpa
• MILGRAM produced by DECO*27 and others
• Vocaloid and any games relating
• Romance
• Action
• Fluff
• Angst

Outside of roleplay, I draw, sing, create mostly. It's a way for me to ground myself or even help me when I can't get help.

I cannot lie, I looked something up, saw a post from this site and that single post made me join. As of writing this, I did that around 5 minutes ago.

My pet (sadly) passed away earlier this year. He was a strong, amazing tuxedo cat named Bootsie and he lived a well loved and long life for a feline. He was almost 17. We assume he started having congested heart failure, as his lungs were clear when breathing but he sounded very wheezy. And man, did he fight death. We spent a whole day just telling him "go if you need to" and he still said "but you need me." Rest well, Bootsie.

And, just for kickers, 2 truths and a lie:

1. My eyes are blue
2. I cried while writing the pet part.
3. I can probably best you in a fight.

Have fun figuring out which was the lie. (Hint, you'll probably figure it out the more you talk to me )

Hello, I'm Angel. I'm 20 years old and English isn't my native tongue, but I like to consider myself literate I've been roleplaying with others one on one for a very long time (since age 12) but after recent troubles with a long-time roleplay partner that ended in our split, I'm back on the hunt for a writing partner my age and my search lead me here. =) That's about it, hope I did that right as the intro link didn't lead me anywhere on mobile lol

• Your experience with roleplay and how long you have been roleplaying.

So then! my experience with roleplaying. Honestly. I've been doing it on and off for almost 15 years now. I started out in the structured lands of Talkcity in a small chatroom known as Tyrannights. That's really where I found my feet and is still a community I poke on occasion. From there I moved to Gaia, a place that up until recently I've been rping on for over a decade. But as time ahs gone on, as I'm sure anyone who has RPed on Gaia knows, it's kind of become a bit of a wasteland. Finding a halfway decent RP on there feels just impossible and I'm growing rather tired of every PM being about me playing someones 'owner'. Like sure, I love some of that stuff. (I write a fair bit of it on my DA. But that's a story for another day.) But when I'm hunting for some genuine RP in categories I like, it gets old being the only responses I ever get. Beyond that, I've RPed and still do RP on discord when I can find a partner and recently have been on the hunt for somewhere new to poke. So here I am!

• What interests you have within roleplay, such as genre or settings.

Oh gosh. Should I do this the long way? Or the short way? My interests in RP vary dramatically. I'm into everything from heartwarming Slice-Of-Life RPs to Fandom based creations. (Recently I've been delving into My Hero Academia RP's.) I have a lot of varied tastes, but I'm also a try-anything-once kind of gal. And if I like, try it more than once. Long story short, I'm into a bit of everything.

• What interests you have outside of roleplay; such as a hobby.

Outside of Writing/RP and in the world of RL-land. I have quite a few hobbies. I own two horses and can often be found at the barn caring for them and riding. I have two lovely Norwegian Elkhounds who are a huge part of my home life. I do figure skating regularly, I play the violin, I also do ballet on a regular basis but mostly to improve my skating. Besides those main things I could be considered a bit nerdy. I am into Anime and occasionally delve into the realm of video games. I also LOVE to read, which I think is where a big part of me loving to write comes from.

• Why you decided to join RpNation.

Well, as I mentioned above. I've just been on a bit of a hunt to find a new place to roleplay. My old haunts are growing stale and it's time to shake things up, buttercup! So y'know...poke me if you're interested in RPing.

• Write about your pet (if you have one).

I have four. I have a lovely year and a half-old Clydesdale who I'm pretty sure thinks he is a dog. But he's a big lovely softie named Royal-lee Aurora Borealis (Bo for short.) My other horse is more of a mini-horse. He's a sassy miniature horse named Dakota. He was the first horse I ever bought and will always hold a piece of my heart. Fun fact about him, his registered name is Doctor 'Dakota' Whooves. Besides my two horses, I also have two dogs. Both are Norwegian Elkhounds. I've had both of them for about 2 years now. My girls name is Aspen and she's a huge, cuddly sweetheart. And my boy is named Evergreen who is also a cuddly boy but is about twice the size of Aspen and likes to sit on top of you rather than cuddle.

• Or for something silly, two truths and a lie.

- I practice circus arts on occasion.
- I love My Little Pony.
- I once hand-tilled an entire 2-acre farm field on my own with a manual till.

Hello! I’m Folia and I’ve RPing for a little over 6 years. I’ve always liked reading so it took me into the path of creative writing and writing led to RP. Truly, it’s of the best hobbies I’ve picked up!

I write about any genre under the sun! Well.. except horror because I’m just not that good at scaring people. But I’m always open to exploring it’s themes. There’s just something very intriguing, moody, and psychologically heady about it. I think fantasy, sci-fi, and modern are more my style.

Outside RP, I tend to feed my creativity by drawing and dancing. Drawing just bring to life everything in my imaginary plane and dancing is just fun!

Wassup dudes? My name's Ropah2617 (real name not shown for privacy). I'm very new to online roleplaying but I'm in a DnD club at school.

I like to browse the internet, mainly TV Tropes, mostly because it's pretty interesting to see well known works' tropes.

I decided to join RPNation because I thought about trying out some online RPs.

I don't really watch movies and TV shows that much, but I do watch some object shows. Object shows are pretty much Total Drama Island meets The Brave Little Toaster. Currently the object shows I'm currently interested in are:

- Battle for Dream Island

- Inanimate Insanity

- Brawl of the Objects

That's pretty much it.

And for some two truths and a lie...

1. I don't like SpongeBob in general.

2. I really love French fries.

3. I never ate a gingerbread cookie.
