hi everyone! =) my name is taika and i'm 22. i've pretty much always been writing for myself but recently i've been curious about writing with other people and making some friends in the community, so here i am!
 
Hi, hello, hey there. I'm Shine, I'm between 20-25, and I am a general nuisance to society. I love horror, thriller, and romance a lot! I wanna get into TTRPG and eventually GM my own game, but that's a long way to go!
I have a giant soft spot for magical settings, dumbass characters, and birds!

I'm Rachel or Ratchel or my sisters call my rat shit lmfao I'm off the charts ADHD so I can be difficult to work with sometimes oops but I'm super friendly and anxious all the time wheeeee.

I'm married and we have two kids, they're both toddlers so my life is a little hectic but I love to write. I'm in the very early stages of writing a science fiction book. I want to develop all kinds of great side characters, and maybe find some people to help explore the crazy world I've made.

Anyway! I also love video games, drawing, painting, playing with tarot cards, being outside and being a general menace to society~~

I've been roleplaying for a few years but so far i'd still class myself as a novice, most of my rp has been in world or character building for dungeons and dragons! Most of my interests in RP come from that! I like pretty much any setting but not so much a fan of space themed settings. I've decided to join RPNation to improve my roleplay and get things to flow a bit better. I have quite a few pets, mostly exotics including four leopard geckos, a asian house gecko, yellow bellied house gecko, king snake and corn snake! I'm getting a continental giant rabbit within the next month :)
 
Hello! Taken to the name TheNewOrcInquisition, but can just call me Newtype for now. Mostly into modern fantasy and high fantasy themes. Characters I use usually have a bit of knowledge in magic. Mostly trying to roleplay in my spare time, which isn't much to start with. Have been roleplaying off and on for the last 10yrs or so. Heard about rpnation and figured it'd be worth a shot to get back into things while fleshing out ideas.

Hi everyone, been a few years since I last roleplayed in my earlier teen years, but definitely been wanting to get back into it. I'm honestly never opposed to anything, so long as it's interesting and everyone's willing to make it work! I like certain anime that's kind of on the obscure side like Elemental Gelade which is where the character in my profile picture is from, but I also really like popular anime like Fullmetal Alchemist. Figured it'd be fun to try out roleplaying again after a couple years, hoping to meet new friends and write with other people!!
 
Hey, I'm Marc. I've been roleplaying for a good couple years now but left it after school took over. I got back into it recently since I've been writing books and stories. I loved roleplaying and watching stories progress and evolve over time. I really enjoyed action and battle roleplays, add atmosphere and real thinking. Romance i also enjoy if it's done correctly. That's pretty much it. I'd like to say I'm creative and I hope to see what this place has to offer
 
Hello! My name is Cav, I'm 22 and an ex-hardcore roleplayer.

I used to spend hours a day writing 1000+ word roleplays back and forth with people but over time life got more and more in the way. Eventually I ceased all roleplaying and that has been my life for about 3+ years.

Now that I've got stuff together I'd love to get back into things and really flex my ability to create characters and fall in love with them with other people

I'm a highschooler and what not so I won't be on often during the weekdays. I came here mainly because this website had piqued my curiosity, and also the old roleplay I was in had started dying with time. I do have to let you know before you try talking to me is that I do have a pretty dark sense of humor so I can get that straight. Anyways that is all there is to me, so I wish you a good day/night.

Hey, i've been RP'ing for like 3 years at this point, i'm heavy in fantasy/DND, Dystopian, Star Wars, and kinda just anything that's Sci-fi or fantasy. outside of RP i'm an avid reader and writer, i joined this to play DND with my friends, and as for something silly, there's a good chance that you can say any word to me and i can give you a general defintion. im like a living dictionary.

Hey everyone. This last year I experience a reignited interest in text-based RP after a 10 year hiatus due to some unfortunate circumstances that happened. I'm a veteran writer of both RP and otherwise and I was looking to potentially find other experienced writing partners interested in writing serious stories with rich characters and interesting settings. I'm open to writing most kinds of plots but I'm a big fan of medieval fantasy, detective stories and classic noire, war stories, and the occasional romance. I like to spend time plotting stories ahead of time and then executing those plans, making adjustments as necessary to make the story 'just right.'

I also like meeting new writers and learning about them and the quirks of their writing. I've made a lot of good friends over the years from RP and I hope this site might be another chance to do so.

If you read this and are interested in long-term, serious plots (in terms of commitment to the storytelling), please send me a DM and I'd love to get started on the next big story.
