Hi there! My name is Swann and I've been roleplaying for around eight or so years. High fantasy tends to be my genre of choice, and I do love a good self-discovery quest along the way! It's a pleasure of mine to be able to build entire worlds with those I weave tales with, and to make and experience new things together. In terms of form, I prefer the advanced literate paragraph style- my definition of literate is somewhat hazy, but so long as you don't give me one-liners I'm A-OK. Other than that, I'm not quite picky! I haven't RPed in a fair while, and I'm looking to get back into the game.

(If it does interest you, I am a very avid crystal enthusiast, artist, and writer outside of my RP life. Expect some doodles of our characters, or a blurry picture of my latest gem from time to time.)

Please call me Luck, I'm a roleplayer and have been one for like, 8ish years. I've been doing this since I was relatively younger, and hope to keep doing it until I'm relatively older. I've used RP as a method to enhance, explore, and practice my writing, along with seeing how certain characters I have, and how certain plot points or ideas, would work in interactive settings. By doing this, I'm able to see how people might react to some of my ideas, along with how my characters would react and behave in a plethora of situations. It helps me understand them better, which allows me to write them in my books -- which is another creative outlet RP ultimately leads to.


Briefly, I started RPing on other locations, most noticeably on G+. When that got deleted I moved over to Mewe like a lot of people, but most of the people that did move have either gone away or just died in general. Because of that, I've been experimenting on other sites and locations, in hopes of finding new communities that are both supportive, and active. I wasn't liking Amino due to a lack of good PC interaction, so I decided to give this place a try. I'm not used to Forums, nor the method of Forum roleplay, and have the kind of "RP culture" I'm used to. I'm hoping to learn, make friends, and hopefully create super fun stories in general!

My name is Sargotha, the species of my 'sona is known as a Chimeric Dragon.

I was roleplaying back when Yahoo! Chats were around and before they went away, I had posted individual profiles of characters I used to have/still do just don't use.

It's kind of strange to be posting an introduction like this, haven't done it since the last Yahoo! roleplaying group I joined.

I used to para-rp (short for paragraph roleplay) and had gotten pretty good at it, but times changed and my former rp partners weren't giving me enough time/material to respond to. I still can but you should know that I am probably going to be a little rusty at it.

I can make new characters but it is very difficult for me to do so and 'grow' them so they are more than just a name with a body.

I work full-time with mandated every other weekend and typically spend every Wednesday doing errands with my father, so likely the best time I am going to have to respond is either in the evening or the weekends I have off.

Hello everyone! I'm new here, and here's a bit about me!

My name is Xentren, but I go by Xen! As a disclaimer, I don't like to talk about myself very much, including personal information like my job, gender, age, things of that nature. I am a very private person. Although, I am a young adult in my early twenties. Please don't take offense to this, its nothing personal! I've just had a couple bad experiences.

With that out of the way, I am an experienced roleplayer, and have been roleplaying for at least five years now. I am literate and punctual, as I am a bit of a nerd when it comes to grammar. This doesn't mean I'm gonna police my partners, as I never do and can't stand that sort of stuff myself! After all, writing is meant to be fun.

I specifically love longterm fantasy and sci-fy settings, and I've always been drawn to them. To me, nothing beats the typical band of weirdos on some quest in any setting really. Whether its locating an ancient tome to save the world, hunting for bounties in faraway systems, or simply trying to live another day, I'm absolutely here for it! I love playing all types of characters too! I'm a sucker for romance too, but its not my main concern.

I typically write anywhere from one to several paragraphs per each of my turns depending on the situation. The devil in the details and all that. Now of course, I am not a professional author or anything, and I'm bound to make mistakes as is anyone.

Anyways, I think I'm starting to ramble, so I'll hurry along. I am a patient person, and I enjoy things like DnD, Star Wars, the usual nerd stuff. I like to write, but only as a fun hobby and nothing more. Above all else, I get that roleplaying is a fun pastime, and real life always comes first.

My name is Prometheus, and I’ve just joined.

I would say I’ve done a lot of role play before, but I’ve rarely had success with amino and my experience had been limited to one friend up until that point (about 3/4 years?). Since I’m no longer friends with that person, I’ve been looking for a new comfortable environment to rp in, and that’s why I’m here! I do writing (fanfiction) outside of role play too.

Generally, I’ve roleplayed fantasy set in the modern world, so not full dnd style or real-world roleplays either. I would like to try going into other genres and world settings, however, even though I’m not used to writing those.

I’m semi-lit, as in my responses range from half a paragraph to two paragraphs, depending on what’s being said (So the length of paragraph I’m writing here is a normal response length for me). My grammar and spelling etc is good. You wouldn’t have to worry about my responses being incomprehensible.

Anyway, that’s my introduction! Contact me if it sounds like I would be a good fit for your style too.
