introduction:
hello, hello! my name is mocha and i am currently 20 years old! i use she/they pronouns and i am a college student! i've been roleplaying for about 9 or so years, mainly on quotev (before the site decided to not be roleplay friendly anymore). after taking some time for myself, i've decided to try my hand and start roleplaying again! i promise i won't bore you with too much of a lengthy introduction, but a fun fact about myself: i enjoy writing like it's the back of my hand, so much so that i've decided to jumpstart a writing career - so i hope you decide to take a chance and start up a roleplay with me! before that, i do have some rules and guidelines for my roleplay partners, so please read them! i promise you they're not lengthy or strict, just some standard guidelines!
rules & guidelines:
2. due to my age, i don't necessarily prefer to roleplay with minors. i prefer my partners to be at least 18 years of age and older. while i am okay with cursing and other mature things, i typically don't write smut! also, i do not write scenes that may be triggering to the majority, such as s/h, etc.
3. i usually prefer to double up, but in some circumstances, i might just prefer to play your love interest! while this might not be the case all of the time, when you message me, please just let me know of your preference in regards to this!
4. no one-liners. one liners aren't appealing to me, as they provide little to nothing; I want you to give me something to work with! i tend to write at least 2 to 3 paragraphs, maybe even more if i'm really invested in the roleplay! but again, i prefer quality over quantity so most, if not all of my replies will tend to reflect that philosophy! i usually adjust my writing style to match my partners, so if you're writing 3 to 4 paragraphs, then i will try my best to match the same! on a side note, please keep the lines between an OC and the love interest relatively the same (i'm fine with a line difference or two, because I will tend to write a bit more for your crush than my OC), but i don't want it to be unfair (like an OC getting 10 lines and then a love interest of mine only getting like 2 or 3).
5. i am lgbtqia+ friendly, as most of my oc's do have same-sex love interests! so if that does bother you, please do not contact me for a roleplay.
6. i absolutely love to communicate with my roleplay partners (and possibly befriend them) as i believe that communication is a key factor in roleplaying smoothly, but if you don't want to that is fine! but, communication does not occur with only just one person- it occurs between two parties; meaning, that if you have something that you want to tell me or have an idea for the roleplay, then i'm all ears for it! in fact, i love writing headcanons for not only my character and their relationship, but for yours as well! So if I do come up with a headcanon, i will tell you and adjust accordingly. and if you want to give some headcanons for my character and their love interest, then go ahead! i will tell you upfront that i don't bite; I'm just a little awkward at times! don't be afraid to speak to me; whether you have a question, a suggestion on how i can improve/constructive criticism, if our oc's can be friends or something else- i won't judge you for anything that you might ask me.
while i do prefer to have a long - term roleplay, i understand that life gets in the way and we can't respond right away! i'd appreciate it if you said something along the lines of 'hey, i can't reply right now but i can reply later or within a specific time frame'. of course, i'll give you the same courtesy as well. however, please do note that i send in a little reminder after a week or so has passed - not to rush you, but just as a little check-in!
7. please give me the same respect that i give to you! also please do not demean nor disrespect me in any way, whether it be a snide comment or something similar of the sort. you can disagree with me about certain topics and ships, but disrespecting me or breaking any of the rules that i have set in place isn't fine with me. i'll always treat you with respect and kindness, and i only expect the same within return. disrespecting me & my boundaries is a sure way to get whatever kind of roleplay or discussion we have dropped.
8. plots are always welcomed (and highly encouraged)! while i typically follow canon if we're roleplaying an anime or something similar, adding some plots here and there to change the dynamic is fun too! i will usually have plots of my own, but you can definitely bring your own plots to the table! i like to see people's creativity when it comes to that.
fandoms:
anyways, onto my fandoms! keep in mind, i may have many love interests for a fandom so it'll be tedious to list them all. i'll choose mine after we've had a chance to discuss things further! also, one heart means that i'm not interested, two means 50/50, three means moderately interested, and four means highly interested! bonus points if the fandom is bolded! also, if you see there's a fandom not listed and you want to roleplay it, just let me know!
