LMAO, that's amazing. I love it because Zon would have bullied Yeva so much with dog jokes and jabs, but even now, Zon still struggles with basic lycan urges like remembering to use her hand and not her foot to itch her upper body.

I'm excited for how things will play out too. Yeva coming back to lead is truly the icing on the cake, 'cause Zon thinks she's nowhere near worthy after leaving them for so long just to return and fit boots far too big for her, ugh.
Will we get to write them reuniting? Or has Yeva been back for a bit already?

I love detailed bios no worries XD And I love the info you’ve added too. Happy to lock in anything you wrote for Arthur’s perspective and connection with her, that all seemed in character for him. I’ll probably flesh out his history some more and also add a relationship section too some time today/tomorrow that I’ll run by you both when I’m done.

i have a few ideas, but i wanted to skim through the existing character sheets before deciding (so i can make sure they fit)

one idea i have is for an untrained (perhaps recently-turned) girl who would be heavily pushing for war, seeing it as an inevitability. her struggle would be between her bloodlust and what little remains of her gentle nature before her life reached a point of extreme hardship. i like the idea of writing a character in the new tide who is willing to kill in order to attain peace - two things which she knows are fundamentally contradictory, but which she's desperate enough to believe regardless... she'd be prickly and irritable, prone to violence, but still trying to be gentle, and highly protective of even the older wolves

on the other hand, i've got a second concept floating around of someone who would act more as a voice of reason or neutrality; respectful, yet blunt and straightforward with her opinion that peace can't be negotiated through a show of weakness, and that war is just as foolish of an idea. likely, she would've been born as a werewolf, always having lived as an outsider or vagabond of some sort until her wandering found her settling in with the new tide. i'm imagining this one as a bit more reserved, the type to watch and observe before stepping into a situation, but also the type to cling to anyone she feels comfortable around

i'm a bit more partial to the first idea personally?? but i figured i'd mention them both anyway

Each are quite viable options, I enjoy both ideas. The first is neatly similar to mine and Leaf's ocs. So some nice chemistry could happen there, and by chemistry, I mean bullying Arthur(the only one so far that isn't particularly violent) into starting a war by harassing him with feral gremlin energy.

Oooooo I love both ideas. I also made Yeva’s ideals to be teetering, and for the pack to kinda be the ones who force which side she’s falls on. So watch out

i've been thinking and rethinking for a while now, i'll def stick with the first idea but add a bit of a lean towards some "wolf vs human" themes that i always enjoy going into whenever i write werewolves.
i'm actually a huge nerd for wolves irl, i spend way too much time checking in on the packs in yellowstone and following wolf reintroduction and conservation, so i may use this as an excuse to nerd out on everything i love about wolf behavior and intelligence

(at the same time i can easily imagine her really liking arthur - she wouldn't respond well at all to domineering personalities or others trying to assert dominance over her, but i like to think she'd get on well with the quieter types, could be fun to explore at some point interaction-wise) (her being equally attached to and angry at almost everyone)

How does she feel about yeva perchance?

rereading yeva's cs, i think depending on how much my girl knows about her background, it could go either way - i'm imagining that mc would hold an inherent respect for yeva just based on yeva being Father's daughter, but her having been gone for so long beforehand would definitely leave mc with a bit of internal conflict. i'd say, my girl would probably feel a confusing mix of respect, loyalty, intimidation, and submission, at least assuming the two have yet to get to know eachother very closely

mc is a bit of an awkward person socially when she isn't being prodded into anger or when she isn't in one of her moods, and without a clear answer on how she ought to act around someone, she's at a bit of a loss. i think the mix of yeva being quiet and being unsubmissive or non-vulnerable at the same time would have my girl feeling a bit cowed at first

i'll get started on mc's character sheet soon - i've fallen in love with the idea of giving her a slightly embarrassing and cutesy name like 'bunny' to contrast with her being a feral rat that hates everything that moves LOL

I am also playing with the idea of a fresh, baked right out of the oven (turned) wolf.
But also the idea of an experienced lone wolf ending up joining the pack entices me?
I can't decide if I want to play a male or female character yet.

I am totally game with that! Just if you do that, keep in mind it would have to be a secret thing, and if the Skjoldr find out where this said wolf went and joined, it would stir some shit up. But a pure blood wolf from Skjoldr who turns and joins New tide would be kinda sick ngl
