@Derik Acemitch This is fanart of the anime Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt. It's a pretty cool anime despite it's weird placement in the anime community. I'd recommend it if you like comedy and action, and overall an outgoing mind too. ^.^
@Kloverdesu It depends on where you are looking. I've watched the series on a site called Anime Twist. It's in Japanese though but subtitles are there.
