Fandom Zootopia RP 1x1 recruitment (Prequel)

Hello!

After seeing a recent video on one of my favorite childhood movies, (I’m 18, but I guess I’m still a child on the inside,) I decided to make a Zootopia prequel rp. This takes place before the events of the movie, and it is based off the original planned plot. If you don’t know the original plot, here it is:
The predators would wear shock collars. If they sensed too much emotion, they would be electrocuted. This is said to protect prey, but could you really sacrifice someone's innocent freedom for your ill-gotten safety?

Here are a few of my rules:

1. No minors. (I’m sorry)
2. No constant smut. I’m okay with a little or with a single scene, but that’s basically it.
3. No bugging me for messages.
4. No pm’ing me for rps when you’re likely to never be on.
5. That’s it! Please know these rules are only to make the rp more fun and not a waste of time!

First we will send our oc’s, think of a plot, then begin. Please keep in mind that my oc reflects me, in terms of being a trans male. If you hate roleplaying with males, please ignore this post. Thanks!
