Fantasy Zombies and Humans?

Intro:
The world has been taken over by zombies. It happens. You and some other humans have taken refuge and life isn't terrible, that is until a massive horde of zombies appear overnight. When your little town is overrun, you're surprised to find you aren't dead. In fact, a zombie has taken you away and is not eating you, but protecting you. You're kinda freaked out but at least you're not dead. You are curious about this zombie though...


You can either pick a zombie or a human. Anyone is free to jump in at any time as long as they have read the intro.

Setting: modern, post-apocalyptic (it’s been almost five years since the zombie outbreak)

"Ugh... where... am I?"
I'd say, waking up from a comfortable bed somewhere with a light headache.

“Good question.” A deep growl answers him, an rotting creature locked away in a cell across the room from him. A zombie who looked to be a young man at some point leans against the bars, one of his eyes missing and his skin rotting.
“I just got here too.”

"Get away from me!"
I said, scared.

Laughing, he points to the bars.
“Can’t got near you. And, I’m not hungry anyways...” He yawns, rubbing his head.
“I wonder how we got here? Who captures a zombie anyhow?”

"I'm a doctor, name's Seth Valentiine."
I introduce myself.

“Orion. Nice ya meet ya.” He tilts his head.
“So you’re a doctor huh?”

"Yes."
I said.

"So, you're a zombie? How'd you...?"
I asked.

“So do you know anything about this virus? Or is that why you’re here?”

"I only know that it started 5 years ago."
I said.

 

[Cosmic_Flare]

“Weird.”

"Is anyone else here?"
I ask

“I’m not sure.” Just as he says that, there is a loud bang, like a gunshot.

"WHAT WAS THAT?!"
I yell, standing up.

I run to the place where the bang was heard.
"Is everyone alright?!"
