Fandom Yu-Gi-Oh Roleplay; Original story and characters (Recruitment, Semi-literate?)

Good evening everyone, to those who are currently in a similar timezone to mine.
If you have clicked on this thread, I reckon it is safe to assume you are interested in a Yu-Gi-Oh roleplay.
  • It will take place post-Arc V (not much is needed to be known from it, however)
  • Semi-literate; no one-liners where possible, aside from dueling
  • Duels will take place on YGO TDOANE, an application for which I will provide a link to download said application (which I assure is 100% safe, but will require Google Drive or Mediafire, the former of which I used)
  • Probably will use TCG rulings and banlist, but may use 4000 LP
If enough interest is garnered, I will present the character sign-up sheet and rules.

The interest of a yugioh Rp yet looms, however I've never heard of YGO TDOANE and really have next to no knowledge about ARC V, I know some about five D's and a little of the one that followed.... But mostly I'm old school with GX and the Original series.

Yugioh TDOANE is a downloadable game that allows you to play yugioh online with an unlimited supply of cards! :)

Additionally, You don't have to know a whole bunch about Arc V as I'll explain the relevant details. :)

Welp sounds alright, Basically Duel network but with downloads.(I haven't used DN in years, so I've no idea if they are out of date or what.) I might be interested though pending some info on the Rp details such as plot and stuff.

Unfortunately Komoney got a hold of it.

Hopefully in a while some more people will join, in which case I will come back to you shortly.
 
I am totally up for this, I know nothing about Yu-gi-oh story since about GX but card wise well I still play now and again so I know all about these funky new things they got going for them.

I never watched a whole lot of Arc-V. I watched like maybe four episodes and that was all I got around to seeing. The last full Yu-Gi-Oh I watched was Zexal. Regardless to that however, I'm so down for joining this roleplay as well. About time I find a wonderful Yu-Gi-Oh related thing on this site. However, there is one problem to the Yu-Gi-Oh TDOANE thing, I can't download it. I'm not allowed to download anything on the computer that I'm currently on until I can get my own. The one I'm using is my dad's. So, if that's needed for this in terms of duels, I'm unsure what I can do about it.

That is a dilemma.
Unfortunately, I am unable to offer any alternatives. Sorry :(

However, you could also be a character that doesn't play the game in-character. That's the only solution that comes to my mind presently.

Alright. ^^ I'll be sure to look around and see if I can't find anything that can help for duels within the RP. Never really wrote out duels before, nor am I very good at it, but gotta work at it to get better, right? Plus, it might be fun doing it with more people. I'll scout around the web and see if I can't find anything. Is there a place for character sheets or not yet?
 
Alrighty, I just wanted to check to make sure. I already have a character in mind for this RP. I'm hyped to sure her in the future.
 
There tends to be a lot of male characters in Yu-Gi-Oh roleplays from what I've seen in the past when joining. Not that it's a bad thing of course, but it's cool to have female characters too. I do hope you'll like Yasuo once I make her character sheet later down the road.
