Gundam Watcher 27 hi is, is this still accepting new characters? If it is, are a few overlapping cards OK? Because I'm wanting to use a magician girl deck that has a few cards already in another deck (The dark magician deck user, specifically), such as dark magician girl?

1. I'd believe so.
2. I mean, we have repeat cards, and Magician Girl is technically its own archetype (somewhat). I'd assume it's legal.
