Your Biggest Fan: An Homage to Hotline Miami

Deadkool

A Sad Remnant of a Forgotten Time

Part 1: Bear

Ceilings dripping

Out of Time

Big man running, big fat lie

Russian paradise

Destruction of mine

level clear

Who that there

Run!

I said you're out of time

Tire Iron

Thick Black Curls

Blow to the jaw

It's the end for you

Mark

Part Two: Jaguar

Thump-Thump-Thump

Goodbye with a bang or should I say crack

My fists pierce your bones so you'll never come back

I've already won

Sneaking, prowling, pouncing

Guns blazings

Silence-for a moment

footsteps down the hallway a quick glance reveals the evil

Thick Black Curls

Bait for a moment, but that's a fail

One last chance, one last target

Pounce on the target and a sudden surprise

A

BANG!

and your whole future's gone

A pulse

A breath

Might not be so

Still

Thick Black Curls

is gone to the shadow

Tony

Part Three: Zebra

A roll and a duck

No that's Alex and Ash

Surprise Surprise

I'm like The Flash

Bat to the head

Gun to the head

Racing

Facing

A threat to the way

No resistance

No challenge

The day is won

A sudden Bang! echos from the hall

Tony!

Caught by rational senses

Not for long as a man enters

Long Black Curls with a big shotgun

My fast moves ebbing and flowing

A sudden duck and a bl-Bang!

Corey

Part Four: Swans

Rwvoom

Crackalackalack

Brother and Sis

Rwvoom

Crackalakalak

Corpses by ones, by twos, by threes, and fours

Regret and silent satisfaction

Like two peas in a pod

Murder like fun

Strengthening bonds

Four sides to the story, but we've already won

Bang! Bang!

The next floor booms

Stand strong, ready to fight as the door swings open and she's met by a pike

Ash!

The whole place booms

Submission

Time to Die

Rwvoom Crackalackalak

Judgement Time

The Twins

Part Five: Epilogue

Pain searing through the body

A natural response, nothing to do

Push forward save the zebra try to escape

Alex and Ash will have to wait

Stride for the door but in the wake is the body of the great brown bear

Fuck me! It's too late

Push on through the stair, blood trickling out

Hide away in the closet and try to get help

Cops nearby

Theres those footsteps again

The door swings open

My friend in my arms

It's a cop

He's got a gun

My pleas go unnoticed

Nothing achieved

One last

BANG!

The door swings closed and the detective walks out

One last hurrah for The Fans

Bloody Hell that was long

Thank you, this is probably the first piece of poetry (if you can call it that) I've written in like four years. Anyways, hope you enjoyed. Anyone who's played Hotline Miami 2 knows where the inspiration is taken from.

I think the word you wanted was ode.
