    History
    Nikolai Beck was born in Munich, Germany. Though their father left at a young age, their mother never seemed incomplete without him. She spent most of her time in politics, fighting for German citizens rights. Nannies were fine, but nothing is a good replacement for a real parent. Voicing this feels selfish. They aren't the only one who deserves a better life. Progress takes work. This motherly neglect has caused them to look for attention anywhere and everywhere else.

    Mom being elected president wasn't part of the plan. Honestly, Nikolai thought being a teen was hard enough as is. But when they turned 16, she was sworn into office. Things have been kind of chaotic since. The tabloids tell a good portion of that story: parties, drinking, affairs, very public indecency. All those things are a direct pipeline to boarding school. Oh well, one last year isn't too bad.

    amalia was born in stockholm, sweden to king oscar gustav from the house of bernadotte. she is the youngest of three siblings with her oldest sister as the crown princess and an older brother. contrary to most beliefs, amalia grew up very close to her father, mother and siblings. amalia in particular was always the apple of her father’s eyes, always playing by his feet near his desk as he sorted through important paperwork. this is why it was extra hard on her when she was sent away at the young age of six to go attend a boarding school in london, england. suddenly, she was thrust into a world of old and neo-politics. a world where the children were always one step ahead of her and knew so much of the world in comparison to her sheltered upbringing. it was here that amalia learned to shelter herself, that she grew into herself after one too many bad experiences.

    after that, amalia lost her connection with her parents. she couldn’t understand why her older sister and brother got to stay in sweden whilst she had to go to england. and that’s how most of the rest of her life was spent, going to from boarding school to another with the occasional break during the summer when she would return to sweden. eventually even the tabloids and papers stopped speaking of her, one rare article naming her the ‘forgotten princess’. maybe that was what her father wanted? to promise her a life away from the papers and headlines and duties that her older sister would get placed upon her. regardless, though she doesn’t resent her father, she feels a cold indifference towards him. and having entered this new school didn’t change a thing for her, all she has is a longing of wanting to leave.

    Though Chai comes from a long line of very intense and prideful people, he somehow acquired none of that attitude. He's soft-hearted and soft-spoken, not to mention almost painfully polite. He can be oblivious to a fault -- if you have a crush on him, good luck getting him to notice. He can be obtuse to the point of irritation, but it's not intentional by any means, and he definitely isn't stupid. To keep up with his elder brother, he's spent much of his time becoming as well-read and widely skilled as he can muster. Need an archery expert? Chai's your man. Want your portrait drawn? Boom. He's actually pretty stressed most of the time as a result, and probably needs to chill out a little.

    He's an indispensable companion, willing to stick it out with his loved ones through even the toughest of times. His generosity also exceeds any level of normalcy. He's been known to give whole hundred-dollar bills to the homeless and will spend way too much on stuff he doesn't need if the seller looks like they could use some money. Though this has given him a reputation as the "good son" of the king, this has also gotten him into a fair amount of trouble, but he just can't help helping. It's almost like an addiction.     Chaiya's had a pretty uneventful life, as royalty goes. Born wealthy under the name of the Chakri dynasty, he was the second son of the reigning king. So basically, if his brother doesn't die, Chaiya has no chance of inheriting the title. However, he was surprisingly fine with this. What he wasn't fine with was how people fawned over his elder brother. His own achievements seemed paltry in comparison, no matter how hard he tried to impress people. So he developed a bit of a complex about it and generally withdrew into his own shell.

    Up until his high school years, he was taught at home by a specially-hired tutor. However, his mother and father decided he'd ought to have some friends -- of similar status, of course. However, over his years of living he became painfully cognizant of his immense privilege. He became something of a local philanthropist, chucking money at anyone who looked like they needed it. This concerned his parents, who worried that he would inevitably waste the entire family fortune on the poor. He was imminently tossed overseas to attend rich kid school so he'd be with some people "more his speed" and possibly learn to stop being so soft. Also, he's been closet genderfluid for like five years.

    History
    Otto was born in Berlin, Germany to a well-known German minister and his wife. He lived it good, however sometimes his parents wouldn't pay attention to him due to them being busy with their roles and Otto was often left with a nanny that would look after him, feed him, and keep him entertained. He was diagnosed with panic disorder, a disorder that causes the person to experience the impending feeling of doom even when no danger is around as well as going under bouts of stress that trigger panic attacks. This was hard on his family, because Otto would often experience panic attacks even over nothing and the littlest of things. His parents usually weren't there to bring him back into a calm, relaxed state so it was usually his nanny that helped him through panic attacks. As he grew older, Otto began to not feel comfortable in his own skin. like it wasn't him. He didn't feel quite right. When he was home alone, he cut his hair off and began to dress in outfits that made him feel comfortable, this felt right to him. He knew he was supposed to be a boy and he was going to be himself. And, he didn't seem interested in dating girls, he was attracted to men. Germany is a major LGBTQ+ friendly country, so while Otto had no problem being accepted by others, his parents struggled a little to accept Otto. They're still coming around into accepting him. However, his parents sent him to boarding school in hopes that he would learn to fend for himself.

    There are two categories of people in Rikki's eyes. Those he hates, and those he tolerates. The majority of people fall into the former, where a couple of useful faces may take refuge in being tolerated. At least, that's how he likes to see it. Rare, but still possible, some people may slip through the cracks and find their way into his life, much to his displeasure.
    Though getting to that point is more arduous than one might anticipate. Just as he has two categories for people, he has two categories for himself. Insincerely: He may choose to behave around people, playing charming to get what he wants. Rikki knows how to talk in circles, lead off the trail. It became a helpful skill in painting him the good guy when scandals would bubble into the light. He will observe and shift into the ideal person to smooth things over.
    Why that is such a necessary talent relies on his actual self. Something buried deep for formal settings but prowls the night in dingy nightclubs, face obscured under colorful flashing lights. He's the one responsible for throwing the chair that started a fight, the one responsible for the odd noises coming from the alleyway. Rikki relies on the rush of adrenaline for feeling. Perhaps that's why he puts himself in that grand lie to the public, the risk of getting caught brings that sense of danger he needs.
    The risk will keep adding up, digging a hole deeper and deeper for himself. The walls are already beginning to crumble down, he feels the weight of his actions. How long can this game truly keep going?

Bean is a feral prankster who enjoys confusing other people through means of deception. She can be a bit angry and punk at times and doesn't have a particularly good handle on her emotions sometimes. A Fight For The Ages

Ricardo Moreno was a relatively nice man. His son though, was not. Santiago Moreno was an entitled prick in Bean's opinion. Spoiled rotten. No good. Screaming on the floor too. Fork in his shoulder. Bean felt nothing.

It had all began with the 45th Gala Anual del Museo Metropolitano, a gala held every year to fundraise for the Metropolitan Museum in Spain. Ricardo Moreno was the chairman for the museum and had invited Guadalupe Ximenez, a patron of the arts, to attend. And the politician's PR team thought it a great idea to debut Bean as a young cultivated woman at the gala. They'd stuffed her screeching form into a dress of pink satin and lace and into simple peach heels. They tied her hair into an elaborate bun and left pieces of curly hair hanging like willow branches around her face. It was an entirely un-Bean look. But she braved it.

And the gala was beautiful. The theme was fairytale romance and the design team for the museum had delivered in their extravagant ballroom. Tables with pinks and greens and flowers everywhere. It really was a fairytale come to life. A rich people's delight. But Bean came here for one thing and one thing only. The snacks. Darting to the snack table, the sixteen year old began to ever so slightly less than elegantly stuff her face with food.

She felt at peace to be honest. No one was bothering her, her mom was having fun, and the music was nice. She was content. Maybe parties weren't so bad.

"Girls shouldn't eat so much, it's unladylike." and it went downhill from there.

"What?" Bean snarled to the rather outlandishly dressed young man to her right. She recognized him as the chairman's son, Santiago Moreno. Her mother had made her take note of him a week before the gala so that she'd remember to play nice.

"And you'll get fat. You're already a little too big for my tastes, you should stop eating so you'll slim down."

Bean looked at the fork in her right hand and the cake in her left. Ah well. Some things couldn't be helped.
