To cut down on the problem of re-occuring "OOC" in the Young Justice RP, I am making a thread specifically for it. I understand that the DC Universe is a confusing one, as well as regular confusion that pops up frequently.

Here I will update rules and information as I see fit. To save time and space all general rules can be found HERE; however, I would like to draw special attention to the "Godmoding" section, it is a serious issue. I recommend that all participants in my RP read the rules and abide by them. Godmoding is one of my hugest pet-peeves, and it irritates me to no end to see people disreguard simple common sense of reality.
I'm going to copy and paste here from a set of rules I made up and put in the sign up (don't know if anyone read them, but I'll will repost them nontheless).

IMPORTANT :: NPC INFO
If you are unfamiliar with the term "NPC" it stands for 'Non Playable Character'. Your character has the choice to become a villain, but since no one seems to appeal to that...In the RP your character is most likely to come across a villain of an out-of-character approach(best way to describe it). There are two ways to approach this; either you approach the villian someone else is controling out-of-charater, and life goes on, or I lay down the rules if you partake in rping the villain yourself against your own character, to avoid god-moding.
Explaination:
In comic books, things are run by scripts. Of course if Batman nukes the Joker's hideout in the begining you willl frown and say, "that ain't right" because the story's over and it's no fun. If Batman comes down on the Joker hard its usually at the end of the story and Joker gets away anyway, to keept the story alive for later stories. (This is very hard for me to explain) The way I have always seen it in RPs with big character take off such as the Joker or any big villain out there, their actions--if played OOC--are very generic, they do something very a-typical to what is expected of them. The way I've seen it, nothing super dramatic happens that would be out of the ordinary (ex. Joker falls to the ground and begs for his life after having his limbs cut off or being scalped. He is a tricky son-of-a-***** and always slicks his way out of situations.)
The rules of equivalent exchange. Whatever blows your take on the villain in question, your character must recieve damage equally worth their hardship to keep pursuing and attacking. In lamen's terms, if your villian is at the brink of death, your charater better show she/he was in a brutal fight (gashes, bruises, wounds, broken bones, mental trama, hospitalization, something respectable to show afterwards).
