Dick possesses the peak athletic strength and endurance of a man who regularly engages in extensive physical exercise. His martial arts skills rival those of Batman, and he was rigorously trained by his mentor in everything from escapology to criminology, fencing, stealth, disguise, and numerous other combat/non-combat disciplines. He is fluent in a number of languages and had the finest education as Bruce Wayne's ward.

Gear/Equipment

Dick has a number of gadgets in his utility belt, including several dozen modified batarangs (called wingblades), sticky bombs, and tracers. He also uses small wrist-mounted devices that project a holographic interface-based microcomputer on the top side, and a grappling line shooter on the bottom side. The line material is known as "Smartsilk," a Wayne Tech prototype multipurpose substance infused with nanocircuitry to shift from a liquid to a solid via electronic commands. To reach heights beyond jumping range, Dick grabs a Smartsilk capsule from his belt, attaches it to the wrist shooter, and the presses a button on the shooter that sends a command to the Smartsilk telling it to eject out in the form of an ultra-thin string with adhesive properties at the far end. Pressing the button a second time draws the substance back into the capsule, along with a certain amount of air to re-pressurize it for its next use.

He has a state-of-the-art motorcycle complete with an onboard computer and built in WiFi, as well as a helmet that connects wirelessly to the computer with audio and video feedback and communications capabilities. The helmet also has nightvision and a heads-up display on the inside of the visor.

Dick's costume is made of a version of the Nomex fire-resistant, triple-weave Kevlar-lined material. It is an excellent protection against damage, and also insulated against electricity. The suit he wears is also fireproof, and his mask is held in place with spirit gum.

Powers/Abilities

Dick has no superhuman powers, and relies solely on technology and his own wits.

Background

When Dick was nine, his parents were killed by Tony Zucco, a gangster who demanded protection money from Haly's Circus, where the Graysons performed. When Mr. Haly refused, Zucco murdered his star performers.

Bruce Wayne had been good friends with John and Mary Grayson and had been named as Dick's godfather, so the boy came live at Wayne Manor. It was only a matter of time before the boy discovered Wayne was Batman, and soon he too was learning to fight crime and took on the alias of Robin.

In his civilian life, Dick enrolled at Gotham Academy, one of the most prestigious private schools in the country. He scored consistently high on all his examinations, ultimately graduating early at the age of sixteen. His near-perfect school record earned him a spot at Princeton University, where Bruce Wayne had attended. However, due to elevated criminal activity around this time, Dick found it harder to keep up with his classes, leading to his departure from the university after only one semester. He continued forward with independent studies in a variety of subjects whenever he found time.

During his years as the Dark Knight's sidekick and apprentice, Dick met many other heroes, and upon turning seventeen, passed on the mantle of Robin to Jason Todd. He then adopted the Nightwing persona and continued fighting crime.

Powers/Abilities

Conner is a clone created from both Kryptonian and Human DNA, and as such, his powers are significantly weaker than those of Superman. Just like Kal-El, Conner benefits from the ability to photosynthesize, the result of generations of genetic engineering back on Krypton. The amount of solar energy he can absorb naturally is rather small, but his cells are designed to rapidly multiply the stored power and greatly amplify his internal bioelectric pathways. Enhanced strength, speed, durability, healing, and physical senses are all results of this genetic process.

The energy used for purely physical activities regenerates relatively quickly, but it takes considerably longer to store enough power for more advanced feats such as heat vision and sustained flight. This limitation is due to his DNA being only half Kryptonian, though Conner can reach full power faster by using a Sun Chamber, such as the one at Superman's Fortress of Solitude. Though even at this level, his energy drains rather fast, preventing him from sustaining flight for more than an hour or two. For this reason, he refrains from flying in most cases.

Background

Known as Project Kr to the Cadmus Labs staff, Conner is one of many Genomorphs engineered for an as-of-yet unrevealed plot. He was force-grown to adulthood in the span of a few months and received extensive psychic conditioning and programming. He was brainwashed to believe his sole purpose was to be a weapon, a role he would fulfill so long as his creators had control of him.​

Barry has one of the sharpest minds in the world, being able to hold a game of chess with Bruce Wayne (not winning). His mind is trained in theoretical physics, advanced mechanics and engineering, and speaks four languages. English, French, Latin, and Arabic. In addition to his sharp mind, Barry is fairly good at running away. Thanks to his childhood bullies, Barry can easily scale most surfaces with ease.

Gear/Equipment

Barry isn't a very wealthy guy and for all of his knowledge, he never learned how to sew. Because of this, Barry just wears a grey t-shirt with a lightning bolt on it, jeans, and a pair of goggles. In addition, to cope with his metabolism, Barry always keeps a few twinkies on hand.

Powers/Abilities

Barry can run at speeds exceeding 600 mph at some detriment to his body. Barry's average running speed is roughly 400 mph. Due to his increased metabolism, Barry is invulnerable to most toxins and poisons, able to purify himself in seconds. His body isn't the only thing that sped up, Barry's mind has adapted to process information at an incredible speed as well.

Background

Barry had a pretty normal early life, he was a promising young prodigy with an interest in physics and thermodynamics. Barry spent a few years in a boarding high school in Gotham by his own volition. Upon graduation, Barry considered attending college, but instead decided to interview for a position at Star Labs. In particular, the section that was working on a particle collider. His work on the device made him a well-known scientist throughout Central City and the world's scientific community. When the time finally came for the device to be powered on, Barry was making a few last minute adjustments to the tube. Some thing about a lack of aluminum sealant on one of the sections. While fixing the device, however, the particle collider began to start up and before Barry could escape, he was struck by two protrons moving at frighteningly fast speed. After being retrieved from the chamber, Barry was rushed to the hospital where he recovered for only a week. The public was baffled, but thanks to the 24 hour news cycle, this spectacle was soon forgotten. Barry discovered soon after that he was bestowed with the power of speed. Barry returned to his job at Star Labs, still contemplating this anomaly when he found evidence of deep corruption at Star Labs. Something about unethical research in the biology department. Barry decided to put on a mask to cover his face and investigate. Barry arrived and read some of Star Labs documents and kept seeing something about Project MERCURY. It seemed Star Labs was licensing some experiential technology to fighters in the Bialyan Civil War. Barry immeddietly requesteda transfer to the Star Labs office in Bialya to investigate more.​

Powers/Abilities

Currently, Kid Flash possesses all of the abilities of the Flash, though in his adolescence, he is unable to exert the same control as Barry. However, with time, and practice, it's very likely Wally will be able to run faster than Barry because of his stronger connection to the speed force.

Background

Wally was born to a junkie mother and runaway father. His mother didn't want to support a child and Wally was abandoned at the age of 5. While doing his best to find his mother, Wally was caught in a storm and struck by 5 bolts of lightning simultaneously. His unconcious body was found by paramedics and rushed to a hospital. Barry was visiting an old enemy of his when he heard the conversation from the room over. Barry offered to foot the boy's medical bills and a few months later, Wally woke from a coma. Barry adopted him, and you can imagine the conversation when Barry discovered the boy had access to the speed force. Since then, Wally has been training with Barry and tutoring with Barry and his leftover books. During this period, Wally was taking on petty crime and investigating a few leads of his own leading to teaming up with other heroes and sidekicks.​

Skills: Gar is a skilled martial artist but doesn't use them much because of his animal abilities. He is also quite a good actor which can allow him to bluff and lie quite easily. Gar also knows how to speak a number of languages and dialects enough to hold a conversation due to his family moving from country to country when he was young.

Powers


As a young boy, Gar Logan contracted a rare illness called Sukutia and was cured by a serum created from the blood of a mysterious stranger who turned out to be J'onn J'onzz. This serum had the unintended effect of turning his skin and hair green and gave him the ability to change into any animal form. Gar has the ability to morph into any animal he knows of. He can change into extinct animals and even animals from different planets. He is also able to transform into mythical animals such as a phoenix or a dragon.When he changes, it only takes a couple of seconds. It does not matter how big or small. It does not put strain on him to do this. He can stay in an animal's form indefinitely.


Gar has the power to mimic the abilities of any animal he knows of while he is in their form. He seems ro have a natural intuitive understanding of the animals and what abilities they have that may be useful in the situation.


Gar also has an ability called Animal Empathy. This is the ability to sense the presence of animals due to a "sixth sense". This ability allows him to feel the animal, understand it's need and wants as well as understand it's emotion and even connect with the animal enough to understand it totally.


Background:


Gar was born to Mark and Marie Logan, geneticists who would travel the jungles of the world to study their wildlife. Gar was brought up in the jungles of Brazil, Africa, India, and several other places. The Logans particularly became interested in a rare species of monkeys, but the day they finally found them, something terrible happened.


Gar was bitten by one of the monkeys and contracted a very rare and very fatal disease called Sakutia. Just when it seemed that it was all over for young Garfield Logan his parents were approached by a strange man from out of the forest. The man convinced Gar's parents to make a counteractive serum out of his blood and administer it to the boy. This serum cured Gar but also changed his genetics. This caused his skin and hair to turn green and gave him the ability to turn into any animal.


Soon after this his parents died in an unfortunate boating accident and he was sent to live with his uncle. Whilst there his uncle tried multiple times to have him killed so that he could take Gar's vast inheritance. Gar eventually got fed up of this and ran away.


Gar was discovered by John Jones after living on the streets for a couple months and it was revealed that John was the man who's blood had saved his life. He then went to live with John. After a couple weeks he managed to discover that John Jones the detective was actually J'onn J'onzz the Martian Manhunter and began joining him as his sidekick Beast Boy. A couple years after this Gar took the new alias Changeling and joined the new team of junior heroes that the Justice League was setting up.

    Skills


    Zatanna has the ability to cast almost any arcane magic, so long as she states the spell (normally a command spelled backwards). Her magic does require practice and training, however, so she cannot simply say a thing backwards and expect it to work.


    Abilities included in this include flight, telekinesis, and force field generation.


    Gear/Equipment


    Zatanna is always equipped with her magicians hat, her deck of cards, and her magic wand. She uses these not only as an asset to her spell casting, but also the display her classic style of showmanship, and perhaps be a distraction of sorts.


    Powers/Abilities


    As a trained showman, Zatanna also has sleight of hand skills, a keen sense of misdirection, and a great skill at gaining people's attention.


    Background


    Raised by her Father, Giovanni Zatara, Zatanna grew up learning magic at his knee. She and her father were extremely close, even though he had obligations to the Justice League. Until the age of 13, she had the most normal childhood a girl with a single superhero father could have.


    Around the time Zatanna became active with the Young Justice League, she became involved with the helmet of Dr. Fate, and almost ended up trapped within the helmen while the Mage of Order used her body as it's host. In a desperate move to save his daughter, Giovanni sacrificed himself to the helmet to free her.


    Since then, Zatanna has dedicated her life to solving the mystery of the helmet and freeing her father from Nabuu.


 
Calypso


Real Name: Project genisis

Birthplace: Dr.Crowley’s lab in south america


Skills: Archery. Give her a bow and she’s deadly. Get her on a horse and she’s even deadlier. Due to her abilities she has an amazing talent for charming animals, but for some reason horses understands her better.


Gear/Equipment


-Calypso is used to surviving on her own so she travels light and has tools she made by herself. The most arrows she can carry is 15 and they’re all handmade: Wooden shafts, real bird feathers on the end with stone or bone tips attached by cutting notches into the wood and fastening with plant-based twine. Her bow is also wooden with a deer-leather string.


- a hunting knife made from animal bone and the handle is wrapped with tanned hide.


- an axe made of stone and wood, usually used to get wood for crafting things, but can also be a weapon. This has some leather straps run through a hole in the handle so she can attach it to her belt for travel.


- she has a few leather strips that prove useful from time to time. She carries these wrapped around her wrists and ankles like bracelets.


Powers/Abilities


Calypso’s ability with animals isn’t quite to the level of being a super human power; more like a skill she’s become adept in. she understands how they think, so getting them to like her isn’t that hard. This isn’t to say if she gets in a bad situation an animal wouldn’t attack her. However, her super human abilities rely with her anatomy. Her bones are light and thin, meaning she can run extremely fast for a very long time. Her top speed hits 60 mph and her eyesight can see obstacles so she can fluidly leap over them or dodge them. She is missing her last pair of ribs,which was origonaly done for purly cosmetic reasons, but this gives her the ability to do maneuvers that would break any normal person’s ribs or even injure their spines, making her have an edge in battle. He movements are always fluid an graceful due to her light weight and thin/missing bones.


Calypso’s antlers also prove a useful weapon in a fight; they are part of her skull and are sharp at the points. They can be used to keep an opponent at a favorable distance, can cause deep puncture wounds or cause blunt trauma should she go for a side-swipe. Her claws can also cause some major damage as well as her sharp canine teeth.


Background


Calypso was created for a single purpose, to force a native tribe to move off oil rich lands and onto harsh environments so an oil company could drill. The only way they could do this was to recreate their deity and make them move. So they began splicing DNA from whatever animal they had to, to get Calypso. They trained her to be an exact replica of the tribe’s goddess with just enough ability to perform the actions the goddess should according to the legends. She was told that the people had to move, because a drought would soon make the area impossible to live in. Worried she luckily spread the news and led them north were the scientists told her she should. However, she was kept ignorant to their true intent. Once their goal was complete they kept her in the lab, kept her bound and blind for weeks until she managed to escape the lab and left to survive in the woods. She traveled north on foot until she met a kind farmer who sympathized with her story and gave her one of his horses if she could tame it to ride. She got the horse tamed and gave him the name of Grimora and headed into Mexico, then through Mexico and into Texas. The scientists, desperate to keep their devious deeds under gag, have publicized her as a dangerous animal who kidnaps children due to her attraction for them.


She often hands around parks and tries to play with the children as much as she can. She’s even protected them from imminent danger, but always winds up being demonized as a kidnapper. All she wanted was a kid of her own. Bounty on her head keeps growing as the desperation to get her back into captivity and keep the situation out of the media.

| History


Virgil Ovid Hawkins was your typical High school student. Well mannered, polite, and kind. Everything one likes in a person. Of course we mustn't forget his acidemic merits. Virgil was at the top of his class.


After the death of his mother, who died in gang cross fire, things went slightly down hill. Virgil's grades began to slip and he lost focus. Even his relationship with his father, Robert Hawkins, began to grow volatile. Virgil's situation became even worse once he began to be bullied at school by



F-Stop, a wanna-be thug who had started a small gang. His life had become a black hole of depression and loneliness. Luckily for Virgil his antagonist was stopped by a man named Wade.



Wade soon took Virgil under his wing and things started to look up. Some time had passed and Virgil was approached by Wade with an offer, He could join Wade and his Gang in a turf war against



F-Stop and his thug buddies or could go back to his life of depression and being bullied.



Armed with a pistol Virgil and his fellow gang members snuck into a shipping yard to face F-Stop and his crew. As soon as the two gangs came face to face shots were fired. Spin the first loud bang Virgil hid behind the closest shipping container. Scared out of his mind Virgil quickly began to regret his decision to join in on this senseless violence. As he was planning his escape the police arrived on the scene. Shots were exschanged between the Waring gangs and police.



A huge boom rang in his ears. A stray bullet had hit a crate of canisters being stored at the yard. A plume of purplish smoke sped towards him. In an instant Virgil's life was changed forever. The Event would be known as the Big Bang and Virgil Ovid Hawkins was one of many Bang Babies.



In a few weeks Virgil developed abilities and an alter ego. As Static Virgil would be able to stop crime dead in it's tracks. With his new found abilities Virgil's confidence went threw the roof. Not only was he able to move past his mothers death but he was able to regain control over his life. Things had truly gotten better for Virgil.



Of course Virgil wasn't the only Bang Baby, and most of the others weren't out to save the world. As Static Virgil would make many super powered enemies.



As Static he could show his more confident and arrogant side. In battle Static would often taunt his enimies. Witty banter and one liners soon became a regular part of his fighting style. Static even developed a catchphrase. Virgil had become a hero.



| Abilities


Static's powers center around electromagnetism, making him part of the Earth's electromagnetic field as well as capable of generating and storing his own electromagnetic energy. He can choose to keep the electromagnetic energy that he currently holds in his body by controlling the current and voltage for whenever he wants to use it. Static's body can generate raw electromagnetic energy, which he can control at will for various purposes.


Such uses commonly include magnetizing objects, electrocuting opponents, levitating objects (such as manhole-covers or his self-built metal saucer for use in flight) and people, restraining or adhering people/objects to various surfaces in the form of "static cling", generating "taser punches" with effects similar to a stun gun and at times enough power to send opponents flying during close combat, various electromagnetic displays as well as electromagnetic nets or cages, blinding flashes, generating thrown ball lightning, producing electromagnetic pulses, and generating electromagnetic force fields to shield himself from attacks, even stopping bullets in mid-air.


As well as releasing surges of electromagnetic energy, Static can also drain sources of electricity, such as power lines, batteries and fuse boxes to recharge/replenish his own energy supply. Whenever Static has used his powers to a high degree, or experience any other such large energy-drain, he will also experience a sudden, acute sense of fatigue, as his electromagnetic powers are tied-in to his own bioelectric energy levels. Static's electrolytes/blood-salt levels are higher-than-normal,this shows Static needs higher blood-salt levels to support the use of his powers, but the higher sodium levels seem to have no effect on his health.


Static can also sense and feel-out sources of electromagnetic energy, able to tell if a seemingly abandoned area is actually hot or not. Static can use his powers to hear radio waves and tap into phone lines, including listening in on the police broadband and music stations, as well as making calls, and is also able to use his powers to mimic the uses of electronic devices such as a CD player


and is even able to use his powers to use an ordinary trashcan cover simultaneously as a shotgun microphone and a loudspeaker. Static has more of a distinctive advantage in cities than anywhere-else, even in a park, surrounded by trees, Static could make use of the metal pipelines under the ground with his magnetic powers.


Static's powers grant him resistance or immunity to forms of mind control, since the human brain is an electromagnetic organ. Static's greater bioelectric field shields him and his brainwaves from any attempts at reading his mind and asserting control over him.


Gear

  • Static Saucer - A circular sheet of a Mylar alloy foil ("Stronger than reinforced steel"), that folds out to become a disk that Static rides on to fly through town. Originally he used trash can lids or manhole covers.


Weaknesses





Static's primary weaknesses are insulators, as his powers have little or no effect on them. Wood seems to be the one he has the most difficulty with, as it cannot be electromagnetically manipulated, levitated, or damaged.


Being human means Virgil has limitations. Virgil can still be injured by conventional weapons like guns or knifes. It is also possible for him to become fatigued.

    The Blue Beetle

    Skills:


    Jaime is a very intelligent individual, being especially skilled with mechanics due to his time spent in his families garage.


    Gear/Equipment:


    The Blue Beetle Scarab


    (It prefers Khaji Da) bound it's self to Jaime via attaching to his spinal cord. The Scarab, of alien origin, is what gives Mr. Reyes his abilities.


    Powers/abilities:


    The Scarab can generates a high-tech suit of armor that Grants Jaime many abilities. The suit, while in use can reconfigure it's self to form any multitude of gear and weaponry.


    Although Jaime does have some form of control over the suit the Scarab has some form of artificial intelligence. The Scarab will often act of it's own free will, overriding Jaime's commands.


    Background:


    Jaime Reyes led a fairly normal and boring life. Living in El Paso and attending high school while working in his families auto shop was anything but spectacular.


    Of course that all changed.


    One Night, while he was star gazing atop his roof, Jaime witnessed what he believed to be an meteor impact about a mile to the south of his home. The high schooler struck with curiosity immediately raced down to retrieve his bike and peddled to the impact zone as quickly as possible. Arriving at the crater, almost as if he were being pulled by an unseen force, Jaime slid down the edge of the hole. At the bottom of the Crater lay a metallic beetle of sorts, no bigger then the boy's hand. Jaime scooped the metal insect up and placed it in his bag, hoping to reach home before anyone could realize he had left.


    That night after settling into bed was unlike any other night of young Jaime's life. The night was filled with terrible nightmares and excruciating pain. The following morning wasn't typical either. Waking up Jaime could barely stand due to a burning sensation coming from his back. Checking his bag he was shocked to see the beetle from the night before was gone. Jaime scrambled down stairs, praying his sister hadn't snuck into his room and taken his space bug.


    After tripping down the stairs Jaime was puzzled to see his parents waiting for him. What was even more strange was the man who had been waiting with them. A man, perhaps in his late thirties, who looked like he should've been teaching at archeology at some university. The man, whom was a Mr. Ted Kord, explained to Jaime just what he had found that night. At that point Jaime had wished he'd never picked the beetle up.


    Mr. Kord explained that the beetle was found in an Egyptian tomb decades ago and that it held great power. Ted Kord had been trying for years to unlock it's potential as his teacher once had. Of course what he couldn't explain was why the thing had grafted itself onto Jaime's spinal cord.


    Jaime's life was never boring from that moment forward.

Skills: Michael is very intelligent and has a very good understanding of science and mechanics, being able to create his suit himself.


Powers/Abilities: Michael's suit grants him the ability to fly and shoot blasts of energy out of his hands and create energy shields. As well as this it grants him enhanced strength and durability as it it made of a very tough, almost indestructible metal alloy. Chemicals that the suit injects into his bloodstream also gives him enhanced reflexes and stamina. Without the suit he is just a regular human.


Backstory: Michael is an alternate dimensional version of Booster Gold. In this dimension Michael was a child prodigy instead of a screw up and was the heir to a rich media mogul.


He got excellent grades in school and excelled in physics and mechanics. Michael was also a very selfless individual. As such he used his skills and wealth to create a suit of power armour that he used to fight crime in Metropolis during a time without heroes.


After a few years of protecting his city and his world Michael came up against a threat that he was hopelessly outmatched against. This threat destroyed and fed on the Earth that Michael is from, with Michael just barely being able to escape using a prototype teleportation device in his suit.


The teleportation device was damaged in the fight with the monster and instead teleported Michael across dimensions into this one. After the jump across dimensions the device broke, trapping Michael here. Michael quickly worked our that this was an alternate dimension and was found by this dimension's version of himself. They came up with an agreement that Booster would show Michael the ropes and Michael grudgingly became his sidekick, going on to join Young Justice as well.

    Name: Kyle Rayner


    Age: 16


    Birthday: February 16


    Birthplace: Los Angeles, California


    Skills: As a Green Lantern, Kyle is semi-invulnerable, capable of projecting hard-light constructions, flight, and utilizing various other abilities through his power ring which are only limited by his imagination and willpower.


    Backstory: Kyle a young artist living with his mom he was given the ring by Ganthet of Oa a member of the Guardians of the Universe after he quit the guardians due to his refusal to give up his emotions and went into hiding from the rest of the guardians. Kyle found by Hal Jordon three days, Hal asks Kyle why Ganthet gave him the ring and Kyle responds that he doesn't know why and taught he was chosen by random. Hal realized there has to be a some reason for Ganthet to personally hand someone the ring and offers to be his mentor and gives him a few tips on how to use the ring before Kyle began his training on Oa. Kyle received his Basic Green Lantern training from Honor Guard Guy Gardner a former green lantern of Earth. Kyle was assigned the position of Green Lantern of sector 2814 to replace John Steward who was promoted to Honor Guard since each sector is required to have 2 green lanterns according to new Corps guidelines passed sometime in the last 10 years after Hal received his ring.
