Risen from the dead
It was a small town, no one would've found it on a map, it was practically invisible to the outside world- hidden by a blanket of forest, a small narrow one way road leading in and out. It'd be a lie to say that the residents didn't know each other, but then again, it'd be a lie to say they knew everything about each other. If they did, things might be different, but even now, things are already turning when a new one moves in.
