High school graduation came quicker than she could seem to blink and before she knew it, she was on her way to the police academy. Her grandparents soon died off one by one and she was left to graduate from the academy without a family. This didn't stop her success, for she wouldn't let it. Starting out as a rookie, Sophia was often mocked by other officers (males especially) for her work on the force. This gave the woman the drive to continue to claw her way up to the top. Undercover op wasn't something she had ever planned on doing, but one day, the chief came to her with info about her family, where she had come from. Her family was descendants of another crime family in the city, back in the early 50s and 60s. Unlike the Biancardi's who have ruled their territory for decades, her family was stomped out by the time the 70s came around. Her family and the Biancardi family had been very close allies at one point. Chief explained to her that in order to bring the mob family down once and for all, they would need to send in someone, who could earn their trust and scope the inside. When she was 21 years old, Sophia's police identity was completely destroyed, leaving no trace of her ever being on the force. As part of the operation, Sophia was arrest for "assault and theft" charges and was going to be sent to prison...just as the force suspected, the Biancardi had caught word of such arrest and came to the woman's aid. That's when she met her mentor Christopher, who spoke on behalf of the family to become a hitman for them. She agreed, and the mission began. She had started at the bottom, much like she had done in the force, working as a bodyguard and hitman for the family for 4 years; seeing the potential and worth of her skills, she was promoted to understanding the ways of the Righthand man, giving her a direct line to all the information of the mob family. All of her emotions are very real but she has a hard time identifying them as such. History History: Lacey wasn't always this sick and twisted person. In fact, her life had started out like any normal child's would. She grew up in a loving home with parents who loved her dearly. As an only child, she got everything she could have wanted. Years after her birth, around the age of 4, a change could be seen within the family household after her father had returned home from a hospital stay. Long story short, the man became hooked on prescription medication and began to treat his family terribly. Beating his wife and daughter mercilessly. This carried on for more years, when around the age of 11, Lacey broke a stabbed her father 10 times in the back. Her mother fled the scene after that and Lacey was taken in to custody. She spent most of her young life at the juvenile detention center, serving her time for the murder of her father while also undergoing extensive psychotherapy and psychiatric evaluations. Like her father, who was a suffering Bipolar, Lacey had developed the disorder and was showing intense signs of manic episodes. Clinical trials she had done reported her behavior within the facility. Reports of her slicing small animals and insects into pieces with knives she stole from the kitchen were documented, the detention center urged for the mental hospital to take in the child once she was done serving her sentence. At 18 she was sent to a mental hospital in upstate New York, spending a good 7 years there until the Biancardi family busted her out and made her disappear without a trace.   Dan was eight years old when he first saw a man being tortured and killed. Federico, his own father, had very little understanding of appropriate daycare and child-friendly activities. Rather than taking his son to the park or even finding a babysitter that day, he took Dan along on business with him. The child was told to wait in the back of his father's car as an already battered man was relentlessly tortured and then killed. That was likely the event that would start the boy's own rapid desensitisation to violence and death.
  
  Despite his family's criminal activities and his frequent exposure to it, Dan had a good time in school. He was popular, albeit due to his intimidating nature, and excelled in classes. He was a pain to his teachers, but he also passed exams and produced quality work. Outside of school, he continued to work closely with his father and his uncle Antonio. He always knew he was being primed to join the family's crime business but it didn't bother him one bit. He didn't say out loud, but he was excited by the prospect.
  
  At the age of 21, Dan's family took a drastic turn when his father was caught with another woman. It turned out he'd had a fling with the same woman 6 years earlier and had fathered a bastard child, Angelo. The man then revealed he was divorcing Marissa, Dan's mother, so he could go live with his other family. When news of Federico's betrayal reached the rest of the Biancardis, they were out for Federico's blood and wanted him dead. It took a lot of persuading from Marissa to spare her cheating husband's life, but he didn't get away with it completely. Dan offered to be the one who punished his father, both for his own revenge and to prove he was loyal to the Biancardis, unlike Federico. Dan carried out the job himself, leading to his father spending weeks in hospital and even longer recovering from two broken legs.
  
  As the years went on, Dan worked very closely with Antonio and eventually made it as the right-hand man of the boss. As well as carrying out hits and taking care of finances, Dan is also known for recruiting new gang members. He loves seeing those he's recruited prove their worth and would be especially displeased if any of them let the family down.
  
  Outside of business, Dan always makes time for his family, whether it's his mother, sister or cousins. In the years since his father's adultery was discovered, Dan has gradually gone from purely hating the man to hating but tolerating him - for his sister, Zita's sake. Regardless of tolerating the man, Dan wouldn't hesitate to beat his father senseless again if needed.

History:
Klarion, being the first child of the Biancardi family, was spoilt to death. No boundaries or rules were set for him and he could do whatever he wanted. Obviously, when his parents had their other children, they raised them a bit better. Klarion however, was as rowdy and as violent as ever. He's been picking fights since he was in diapers.
He's responsible for the Manhattan hotel fire and the Brooklyn massacre. He's been in and out of jail but always gets bailed out.

Having grown up with somewhat of a large family he's used to being around people, which may have contributed to making him the extrovert that he is. He's entertained being around his family but he also enjoys going out and having a good time. He finds his mom's nightclub intriguing and wouldn't turn down going there for a night out. Those nights out sometimes involve confrontation but he finds arguments entertaining and may occasionally instigate things between strangers.
He's not usually the one to throw the first punch in a fight. Instead he's more likely to attack others verbally rather than physically.

Growing up with all the money anyone could want he found that he could travel wherever he wanted practically whenever he wanted. He's been just about everywhere he's ever wanted to go. He does try and behave a little better overseas than he does when at home in NYC. When at home he spends most of his time flitting from place to place.

Although she can be considered fearless, that doesn't outweigh the fact that her spontaneity can be ruined by her recklessness. Marianna is a "do first, deal with the consequences later" type of woman. This apathy is one of the reasons she is such a distinguished hitwoman. Marianna tends to block the humanistic ideas from her mind when working on a hit, never considering that the people she murders could have families, wants, and dreams. Some would call this aspect of her sadistic. But it's all just business to Mari.

Sarcastic and witty, Marianna is never one to hide her true feelings or thoughts. She doesn't have much of a filter, and lets her sass speak for itself. Despite all these personality flaws, Mari is extremely brave, loyal, and selfless. She would do anything to protect the Biancardi Family, who saved her from herself all those years ago. biography:
herstory: Marianna wasn't always the cruel, harsh person she is now. Born to a father who was a detective for the NYPD and a mother who owned a little florist shop in Brooklyn, Mari was generally a happy child. She made friends rather easily, and had a dream of becoming a pediatric surgeon one day. Unfortunately, all of that hit the fan when Mari was 14 and her mother was unexpectedly had a stroke while working one night on flower arrangements for a client's wedding. Mari and her father knew the woman would be home late, and therefore didn't wait for her to get home before going to bed. After waking up to an empty bed, Detective Rossi found his wife dead on the floor of her shop the next morning.

After that, it was all down hill for Marianna. Her father invested his entire life into work, sometimes not coming home for days on end, leaving Mari to entirely fend for herself. Not only did she have to take care of the apartment, she had to grocery shop, cook, clean, repair, and pay bills. Having little to no help from her father, and being too young to work, Marianna needed to do what she could to survive. Thus began her career as an underground streetfighter.

Spending hours training and teaching herself how to fight, Marianna quickly rose in the ranks. She eventually began the one to beat, and the bets for her wins flowed in. Mari made a lot of money through this, but also gained the attention of a certain criminal family. When the Biancardi family found her, Marianna had become a soldier, a fighting machine who's life was a constant repetition of fighting, injury, and healing.

Drawn in by the idea of family and belonging, Marianna easily accepted the mob's offer to become the apprentice to their Hitman. She nearly murdered people in the ring everyday, it wouldn't be much of a step to finish the job. After a few years of practice and assisting on hits, Mari was just as good if not better than the current hitman, who had been doing the job for decades. She was a murdering prodigy. Not too long after, her mentor was killed on a call, leaving Marianna to take over. Her cynical, loyal, and slightly sadistic demeanor made her perfect for the position.

Personality: Lucrezia has a dangerously flirtatious personality which she inherited from her mother. She learned very quickly that it was easy to manipulate people this way. Biography:
Emmett grew up in a rather strict household in Los Angeles, CA. His father, Emmett De Luca Sr., was a corporate lawyer who was rarely home due to all the cases he had piled up from a particularly self-righteous company. His mother, Master Sergeant Olivia De Luca, was a stern and stoic higher-ranking member of the U.S. Army. She expected nothing but the absolute best from her son, and pretty much micromanaged his entire childhood. Olivia chose his friends, what sports he played, made sure he was tutored to be a few levels above his grade at any given point, and even went as far as choosing his clothes well into his teenage years. She only wanted what was best for Emmett, but he grew to hate being told what to do and thus defied authority at every chance he could.

When Emmett graduated high school, he wanted nothing more than to get away from his overbearing mother and lackluster father. So, he packed up his entire life and moved to New York City. He had no idea what he would be doing or why, but he needed to get away. To make ends meet, Emmett took up a job as a mechanic. His grandfather had helped him build his first car at the age of 12, it was the only family time they ever spent together. Based on that memory and knowledge, Emmett knew he was pretty good at handling cars. One decisive night however, the auto body shop was held at gunpoint as all the money and parts were stolen. Emmett couldn't help but admire the bravery of the cops the were on the scene, chasing the perpetrators on foot without second thought. With that idea in mind, he decided to go to college for a criminology degree and then attend the police academy.

A few years later, Emmett graduated as a rookie cop and joined the NYPD based in Brooklyn. He worked his way slowly up the line, starting out as a traffic cop, then a beat cop, and finally to a rookie detective. This was where he met his mentor, Detective Lorenzo Rossi, father of Marianna Rossi. He was an amazing role model, everything that Emmett wanted to be when he became a senior detective. That is, until Detective Rossi's mental break after his wife's death. Emmett tried to help in any way he could, but eventually the senior detective could no longer pass a psych evaluation and was forcibly retired. Emmett still tried to visit him every now and again, but neither knew what had become of Marianna.

A few years later when Emmett had been promoted to senior detective in organized crime, he met his soon-to-be girlfriend, Detective Alicia Camp. They were partners in justice, a dynamic duo with a rather high solve rate. Together for about two years, the pair headed out on a bank robbery call one day. Things got heated, and soon shots were exchanged. In the adrenaline of it all, EJ was shot in his dominant arm and pulled from the scene. It wasn't until later in the hospital when his captain came in to break the news: Alicia had been killed.

Heartbroken and filled with guilt over his girlfriend's death, EJ took a few months off to gather his thoughts and try to work through the mourning. Not exactly emotionally strong enough to be back on the job, Emmett forced himself back into the precinct and the field. Though the Captain was unsure of his mental stability, Emmett was the only detective with enough previous experience to fit the undercover mechanic position in the Biancardi family. Dead set on redemption and revenge, Emmett allowed the NYPD to erase everything about his past and build him a new one as a chop shop mechanic. He took on his new role in the Biancardi family.

Xirena had a hard-knock life from the get-go. She was born an orphan in L.A. and moved from home to home before settling in a group home. Her fierce attitude and anger issues often got the best of her, making her the kind of child no one wanted to raise. No one wanted to take the time or effort to find out why or to help her overcome these issues; they wanted an angel and she was the devil. Not getting adopted only made things worse as she started to get into fights all the time. She was 11 when she first started committing grand theft and street racing. Not once was she caught for any of it; well not by the cops anyway. At the age of 13, she tried to steal a car from the owner of a garage. Seeing her potential, he took her in and taught her everything she now knows about cars. When she graduated high school, her foster dad recommended she join the military; he wanted better for her than being a crooked mechanic and street racer. It took a lot of convincing, but eventually, she agreed. It took her a minute to get used to being yelled at all the time and it even earned her disciplinary points, but eventually, she got it somewhat under control. When training was over, she was given the opportunity to join the Special Forces.

She was in Special Forces for the next 6 years, always keeping in touch with her father as much as she could. Because of her skills and all the training she received, she was tapped to join Delta Forces. She was hesitant at first, knowing how secretive and dangerous something like that was. Again, her foster dad convinced her to do it and she joined. Delta is where she would remain for 3 years before learning of her dad's death. He was killed by a group of kids he had taken in a while ago, now grown and looking for money. When she found out about this she had a psychotic break and ended up being discharged. She returned home to L.A. and took over the garage while also hunting down the ones who had murdered the only person in her life. It took everything in her not to kill them, as her record had been clean and for the moment, she wanted it to stay that way.

Now, she works for the Biancardi family working on their cars and driving for them. For some reason, she felt more at ease with the civilian criminals than the ones she served in the military. How she ended up with them, she says she can't remember. Which is a total lie, but the fewer people know about her past the better.

  Zane was born and raised in New Jersey. His father a forensic scientist and his mother a high school teacher. Whilst his older siblings were academically focused and well-behaved, Zane tended to get into trouble on a daily basis whilst at school. Outside of school, he spent his time hanging out in gangs and upsetting the neighbourhood. He was involved in drugs, violence and thefts. After being in trouble one too many times, Zane's father lost all patience for him. Zane was forced to join the police cadets with hopes he would learn some discipline. Eventually, Zane grew to enjoy it and it seemed like his father's plan had worked.
  
  Once he'd finished his studies, Zane joined the police force in New Jersey. He trained and studied hard in his field, eventually making Detective in his early twenties. The fact he found it easy to communicate with the local gangs and youths gave him some advantages when out on the streets. Despite this understanding of the local thugs, he soon lost much of his patience for them after his partner was shot and killed whilst out on duty. Zane became less approachable to his colleagues and more heavy-handed when dealing with suspects. Still, his superiors saw something in him and had him transferred to New York a few years ago with the intention of him joining an undercover team to investigate the city's mafia family.
  
  Zane was placed as second in command on the operation, with Sophia as his superior. He was sure she wasn't overly impressed with a stranger joining the team, but he wasn't deterred by it, figuring he wasn't there to make friends or win any popularity contests. He's been actively working 'for' the Biancardis for three years now, with much of his work involving working in their underground casino as a card dealer. His betting knowledge and willingness to use force have made him an effective addition to the family's gambling rackets. In all honesty, he's blended into the family with great ease and comfort. He doesn't hesitate to throw his weight around and threaten those who try to rip the family off, which the Biancardis like about him. Still, some of his colleagues perhaps even suspect he's enjoying his undercover role a little too much... and they could be right. Despite any such indiscretions, Zane's loyalty ultimately belongs to the NYPD and his desire is to take down the Biancardis before any more cops or civilians can be harmed.

  "Uumm Robert could you please get me something from the supermarket? There is a box of chocolate brand that i love..." Paula said with a slight hesitation, which aroused his suspicion.
  " Jacques Torres Chocolate? i know. You still under estimate me after we have been best-friends for a very loong time. Okay. What's the occasion?" Robert said as he stood up to stretch since he was sitting down for hours.
  "Nothing. Can't a girl have her favorite chocolate once in a while?" Paula said rhetorically.
  "Well I'll be damned. look who has grown balls. Fine fine. Let's go."
  
  Robert woke up from his nap he was taking. Why was he remembering this? Why of all times? He shook his head and returned to his small nap. He had orders to complete but he was exhausted. He closed his eyes once more.
  
  Robert was walking to his favorite diner, 4 miles from his home. He needed a triple layered burger and nothing was going to stop him from getting it. As he was listening to Gun's and Roses on his iPod, he received a text message from Paula.
  "I'm sorry Robert. I can't do this anymore. I can't take the message I received from the hospital of how my parents are dead. I can't take it anymore. I'm sorry."
  He stopped dead in his tracks. He quickly replied,"Give me 10 minutes, I will bring triple decker burgers for lunch."
  The response he got sent his heart to overdrive. "Thank you for the smiles. I felt special and warm. i will always remember you" He quickly turned around and ran towards his best friend's house.
  
  But he was too late.
  
  He rushed through the door and nearly broke it's hinges. He ran upstairs, frantically shouting her name, "PAULA!!! WHERE ARE YOU??!! PAAUULLAAAA!!!!" He swept room to room and when he made it to the bathroom, he froze. What he saw was forever stamped to his subconscious mind forever. Paula was in the bathtub, both wrists cut vertically and a small nick to the thigh. He looked around and the sink had spots of blood. That was where she started the cut. The phone was on the floor,screen still on and an unsent message to him, "i love you." He quickly rushed to Paula's side and tried to close all the wounds. The blood was quickly draining from her to the the tub, tears rolled down his face, repeating the same phrase all over again, "No. This can't be happening. No. This can't be happening. No. This can't be happening. No. This can't be happening. No. This can't be happening." His hands were blood red and finally Paula managed to open her eyes and say her last words. "i...Loo.oove..yyooouuu." Her face, angelic face went silent. No movement whatsoever. He climbed into the tub and wrapped his hands around her and cried loudly. He cried for hours and hours and it all went blurry.
  
  Robert woke up, breathing heavily. Beaded sweat formed on his face, mouth agape, panting hard, tears falling from his eyes. He sat upright on the couch and walked around the room. He stood at his desk and picked Paula's smiling portrait. He hugged it tight for 10 minutes, eyes closed as he hummed her favorite song over and over again.

Why? he had no objection to a pool table though.   On his other days, he loves to experiment on new recipes from different communities from around the world. His father always told him, "If you wish to understand different cultures, always start with food. He us usually in his apartment testing and tweaking his recipes. If he is a very joyous mood, he usually prepares some food at the garage for his fellow employees.

  Robert was born and raised in Hell's Kitchen, you know the home of the Punisher. His love for gadgets started when he was 10 when he first dismantled his dad's DVD player to study the innards and reassemble it back again to full working condition. At first, his father would kick his ass for destroying gadgets in the house but soon stopped when he saw the financial benefits of it. As soon as e got the gist of his dad using him for profit, he quit and ran away from home. Soon he met a girl from the neighborhood called Paula Anderson. Sweet girl and they were best friends for a very long while.
  
  After hacking into several accounts and siphoning money, he was able to rent an apartment where he lived in piece, free from his father's tyranny. He got a 'normal job' at the local hotel as an IT intern to keep his money legal, but on the side he was siphoning money from the poor customers of the hotel. Small cash transfers of $20 per customer, with an average of 20 clients a day thus an easy $400 a day. He kept this side hustle from Paula as he wanted to cement their relationship. Or so he thought. Bad luck soon descended on them as Paula's parents were killed in a grizzly road accident which threw her into a deep deep depression. He managed to get a few laughs from her but sadly it was not enough. Before she took her life, she sent him a message saying, "Thank you for the smiles. I felt special and warm. i will always remember you." From that day, he swore to himself to always make people smile.
  
  Since the burial, he managed to get his hands on some state of the art equipment where he managed to create a small server and bots, specifically for sniffing large money transfers and scooping a few hundred dollars just to wad of suspicion. He managed to accumulate a vast wealth which he still uses to date. It's a dark path he chose and he just hopes the money will be worth it

  There are a great variety of interests Aquila has. Since she has a seemingly endless supply of energy, she excels in activities like gymnastics, dancing, and swimming.   Personality:
  CHARISMATIC.With bright blue eyes and a smile always ready on her face, there is no hiding the charm Aquila can utilize. Though she was born into the brazen Biancardi family, she retains a big heart and isn't afraid to give hugs to strangers. Because of her openness and general kindness she is perceived to be naive, and in some ways this is true. She can easily lose herself in conversations and congenial gestures, and is by far the most vulnerable of the family as a result. However, she does not let her extroverted mannerisms get in the way of accomplishing a mission, and knows how to get straight to the point.
  DEPENDABLE. There is a reason Aquila is able to balance being on gymnastics, dance, and swim teams along with assisting her family in any sort of diplomatic situation. She knows how to balance different tasks and sticks to her words, which has gained her a reputation of never breaking a promise.
  IMPULSIVE. While Aquila is skilled in social wit and athleticism, she doesn't tend to rely on her brain a lot. She often acts without thinking on the situation first, which can put herself and others in danger. This is a trait she's been reprimanded for multiple times, but she considers impulsivity to be important for certain situations which require quick thinking. The problem is, there's no thinking in her impulsive actions whatsoever.
  JOYFUL. As stated above, Aquila sees the glass as half-full and maintains a mostly positive perspective. She sees even the darkest of situations as a potentially hopeful one, and does her best to uplift others who may be feeling down around her.

  History:
  Aquila grew up among riches and splendor, just like the rest of her siblings. As the youngest one, she was given a lot of attention and care, which she lapped up like a kitten to milk. As a child she would whirl around in princess dresses, and requested only the largest Barbie houses for her wide array of dolls. However, while there were occasionally young girls available to play with her, for the most part she was alone. Lucrezia and Everleigh would sometimes choose to play together, and in instances like that, she was very happy.
  
  With trips to amusement parks and malls an often occurrence, Aquila's tween years were very similar to her childhood ones. Something was beginning to change in Aquila's perspective, though. Unlike her siblings who were flourishing in the existence of so much wealth and privileged status, Aquila was almost becoming overwhelmed by it. After a while, expensive things didn't give her satisfaction anymore, and she became restless and frustrated on daily intervals. She felt purposeless, like she was just drifting by on the backs of her parent's wealth, and not contributing anything constructive. This caused her to try out for the swim team at her private school, which assisted somewhat in her unsettled thoughts. However, there were still moments in which she felt empty.
  
  The void inside her was filled momentarily while on a school field trip. While in her Junior year at Highschool, her class went to the Antietam Battle Fields to learn more on Civil War history. And it was on that grassy field ringed with trees that she felt truly at peace. Being in the location where many citizens had died securing freedom for others, she felt something unlock that had been locked for some time. After the trip, she started populating her room with an abundance of potted plants instead of the former expensive paintings and armoires.
  
  Graduating high school early at the age of 16, she decided that she wanted to go to Bowdoin College; where one of her favorite poets, Nathaniel Hawthorne, had also studied. By that point she had firmly settled into her current personalities and ideals, and quickly befriended the majority of her class. She quickly learned, however, that she was not cut out for the academic life, and quit the university. She is now back in New York with her family, mulling over what her next step should be.
