Bowie was born in the heart of San Diego, to a waitress mother, and a father who had abandoned him for his reasons unknown. Growing up as the man of the household, his mother worked a 9-5, while he attended school and picked up any side job available. At the age of 15 however was when he got his first computer, dinosaur compared to his today, but that was the kickstart to the Lazayrus Empire.

The Dark Web. First it was a adventure to explore other money opportunities, the second time it was out of curiosity, and the third... Well enjoyment. You could buy anything, sell anything, hell hire anyone to do anything! All you needed to know is how to organize a few 0’s and 1’s. And so his criminal life began, taking payment to hack into anything that was asked of him, ex’s computers, maybe a bosses database, you name it he did it. With those jobs he slowly built a loyal customer group, and was able to use them as spies within the web and around the world.

But Judgement Day came for him. Paid largely by an anynomus source to hack into Google, steal millions, as well as lines of codes, he decided to do it. Taking him 2 hours, he did the task needed, and transferred all the desired information after copying it for himself to the buyer, who then split the money. Within the hour the feds knew Google had been hacked, but had no clue who. He needed to leave. When telling his mother of his departure, he caught her with a man in bed, a unknown man. Apparently she hadn’t been a waitress, nor he the only bastard the bitch probably had. Stealing his mothers car, he decided the best spot to hide was small. Just him, the car, and the road.

For about a month he kept it up, before meeting a man named Christopher at a truck stop in Kansas. The man promised him security, a good job, and a new life. Seizing the opportunity, he left with the man to New York. And ever since, he has helped the family in anyway he could, while also expanding his dark web empire.

Unlike the Biancardi's who have ruled their territory for decades, her family was stomped out by the time the 70s came around. Her family and the Biancardi family had been very close allies at one point. Chief explained to her that in order to bring the mob family down once and for all, they would need to send in someone, who could earn their trust and scope the inside. When she was 22 years old, Sophia's police identity was completely destroyed, leaving no trace of her ever being on the force. As part of the operation, Sophia was arrest for "assault and theft" charges and was going to be sent to prison...just as the force suspected, the Biancardi had caught word of such arrest and came to the woman's aid. That's when she met her mentor Christopher, who spoke on behalf of the family to become a hitman for them. She agreed, and the mission began. She had started at the bottom, much like she had done in the force, working as a bodyguard and hitman for the family for 2 years; seeing the potential and worth of her skills, she was promoted to understanding the ways of the Righthand man, giving her a direct line to all the information of the mob family. ↠Reserved: You won't draw jack shit out of James, no matter how chatty you are. He's not antagonistic about it, and his silence never feels as if it is born out of antipathy or aggravation; rather, it seems as intrinsic a part of him as his bones and organs are. He's quiet, soft-spoken, and though careful in speaking, not cautious. The subservient impression it leaves is less one of cowardice than of observed pleasantries. 'You don't talk much, do you kid?' Is something he seems to hear at least once a week.

↠Lawful Good?: In many respects, James seems a benevolent sort; he is the kind to help out those in need, the unseen and the unheralded. He plays saviour and vigilante well, but in a manner that lacks expectations of praise or repayment; if anything, attempts at these only lead to his withdrawal. He has something about his air and manner that becomes trustworthiness, and he is often relied upon by others.

↠Chaotic Evil: As much goodwill as James shows, there is an equal and violent opposite. In his 'trivial' life he may be gentle and helpful, but when working for The Family?

There's a reason he earned his nick name.

Two things come to James as easy as breathing: driving, and violence. He doesn't appear to be trained in any particular strain of combat arts or martial training, and yet he's taken out black belts and men twice his size. HIs violence is a breeding ground of horror for any on lookers; as if a switch has been flipped, he goes from calm and passive to a hellblazer, all in, all violence, all aggression, yet the irate fury behind his actions feels as cold and sharp and sterile as ice. There is something not quite human about his rage and the movements that stem from it, and it is wise to tread carefully.

↠The Marquis and Venus swathed in Furs: In his relationship to pain, James displays another marked duality. He at once both seems to throw himself head first into danger, risk, adrenaline and hurt alike, but at the same time, he's the kind to never look away from others being harmed. In juxtaposition, for those he cares for, he will protect them to all lengths and refuses to see them hurt; Those who hurt him unprovoked and unreasoned are questioned, not thanked.

In short, this man's internal logic seems inconsistent, irrational, and erratic.

↠We Leave on Time: Despite stereotypes of drivers as being 'fast boys' obsessed with speed, reckless and stupid, when it comes to driving and his work, James is anything but. Everything is planned down to the last minute, and we stay on schedule. He is efficient, neat without being pedantic or meticulous, and careful.

↠Raised on Television: Not quite sure what he's pissed off at exactly, an intangible sense of being cheated somehow, James is often embittered with the world. He holds little faith in anything, is a chronic realist, and is in most cases a misanthrope. This dissatisfaction manifests and vents itself through his violence and extreme levels of self-control.

↠ lower you fall: James' backstory isn't so much tragic as it is just a steaming pile of shit. His mother fucked off for good reasons and to chase dreams of Hollywood fame, skipping town to leave James and his father behind in a desert back hick town on the west coast. James' childhood was characterized by getting slapped around, slapped around harder, and slapped around some more - slapping being a euphemism, for to his father's credit, the man could be creative.

But whatever, right? James kept the fuck out of the house most of the time and drifted through the junkie den homeless and teenage wasters, finding refuge among those gunning up engines out back and drift racing in the vast desert tracks. Just fourteen, he took to driving like a fish to water, the metal animals seeming more like an extension of himself than a vehicle bound by the laws of physics to fight against.

↠ all singing, all dancing crap of the world: starting blue collar job drifting at 16, James, though poorly educated, was too bright and too restless to be able to endure the tedium of it. He soon started working car thefts and drive jobs for others, and you know what?

He was damn good at it.

Second he had enough cash, he got the hell out of dodge and went to the big city, chasing the fast and furious lifestyle his teenage self wanted. But to survive in the big city, he had to take a lot of jobs that didn't sit so right with him, and cash became strapped.

↠ lower still: It wasn't arrest that threw a wrench in James' criminal career; it was the accident. Whilst driving a job for a snatch of men all off their tits on cocaine, one of them grabbed the wheel and before James - then 19 and too slight to have much chance - could do anything, the car swerved and flipped and rolled down a hill.

The accident killed everyone else in the car and the vehicle they hit; James was the only survivor, with relatively light injuries. It didn't fuck him up much physically.

But it did something to him elsewhere. His perpetual need for violence, for adrenaline, for a crash either physical or psychic set its teeth in that day. He now collects and hordes images of traffic accidents, of bodies wrapped around steering wheels and shattering through dashboards, of car doors smashed in and bonnets imprinted into fenders. He's somewhat infamous among the world of strippers, hookers, and rent boys, for only every requesting their services to be enacted inside cars.

↠ the higher your fly: However, James also emerged from the accident sharper. He seemed stronger, or unstoppable in a frenetic, compulsive way, and became far more efficient and exact in his work. Jobs ran smoother, he kept them tighter, and he started getting a reputation for being able to pull off the impossible. Not long after he turned 21, The Family got in contact with him for his first Drive job.

They haven't used anyone else since.

He seems to enjoy his day to day job of running the garage, and here he is as serene, peaceful, and docile as any. In the general sense, he's a calm, likable guy with an easy-going disposition.

  Chris was eight years old when he first saw a man being tortured and killed. Federico, his own father, had very little understanding of appropriate daycare and child-friendly activities. Rather than taking his son to the park or even finding a babysitter that day, he took Chris along on business with him. The child was told to wait in the back of his father's car as an already battered man was relentlessly tortured and then killed. That was likely the event that would start the boy's own rapid desensitisation to violence and death.
  
  Despite his family's criminal activities and his frequent exposure to it, Chris had a good time in school. He was popular, albeit due to his intimidating nature, and excelled in classes. He was a pain to his teachers, but he also passed exams and produced quality work. Outside of school, he continued to work closely with his father and his uncle Antonio. He always knew he was being primed to join the family's crime business but it didn't bother him one bit. He didn't say out loud, but he was excited by the prospect.
  
  At the age of 21, Chris' family took a drastic turn when his father was caught with another woman. It turned out he'd had a fling with the same woman 6 years earlier and had fathered a bastard child, Angelo. The man then revealed he was divorcing Marissa; Chris' mother so he could go live with his other family. When news of Federico's betrayal reached the rest of the Biancardis, they were out for Federico's blood and wanted him dead. It took a lot of persuading from Marissa to spare her cheating husband's life, but he didn't get away with it completely. Chris offered to be the one who punished his father, both for his own revenge and to prove he was loyal to the Biancardis, unlike Federico. Chris carried out the job himself, leading his father spend weeks in hospital and even longer recovering from two broken legs.
  
  As the years went on, Chris worked very closely with Antonio and eventually made it as the right-hand man of the boss. As well as carrying out hits and taking care of finances, Chris is also known for recruiting new gang members. He loves seeing those he's recruited prove their worth and would be especially displeased if any of them let the family down.
  
  Outside of business, Chris always makes time for his family, whether it's his mother, sister or cousins. In the years since his father's adultery was discovered, Chris has gradually gone from purely hating the man to hating but tolerating him - for Zita's, his sister's sake. Regardless of tolerating the man, Chris wouldn't hesitate to beat his father senseless again if needed.

History
Zoey has always been aware of her family's business and since a young age has been interested in the life of a gangster and the world in which she was brought up. She learned to fight since a young age so to protect herself from any potential dangers that may arise. Since she was a child she has always been interested in how the human brain works, she found it fascinating how people reacted to different things both physically and emotionally and so she used to conduct secret experiments to watch her theories come to life. She spent a great deal of her childhood people watching and rathered this over playing with her toys, she loved watching as people's expressions changed or how their body language would give away what they were feeling in a cetain situation, it made sense that she would study psychology in College.

There are many words that can be used to describe Gabe. His true personality, however, is hard to tell from just a few interactions with him. Gabe, more often than not, has a soft smile on his face. When he's happy that smile tugs at his lips a big more, when he's upset that smile fades ever so slightly. When he's truly angry, which is rare, that smile turns sharp, threatening, predatorial.   Leona grew up with her mother, father and older sister, Rosaline. Whilst her sister excelled in classes and always displayed a bright future, Leona was seen as disruptive from a young age. Although she was intelligent, she found classes to be boring and the idea of school too restricting. In high school, she would often skip classes in order to hang out with a gang she had befriended. When she did go to school, she ended up in trouble for fighting her peers or arguing with the teachers.
  
  At home, things weren't much better and her parents struggled to connect with their daughter. It wasn't until she once saw her father fixing up one of their cars that she found something in common.   When she was 21, Kane was killed after he crashed his motorbike during a race. It took some time for Leona to get over his death, but with the help of the gang, she managed to recover. She took over Kyle's garage and supporting the new leader of the gang.
  
  As time went on, the group of friends gradually broke up. Some settling down, some moving away and others ending up in jail. Leona continued to run the garage and was always willing to help fix up cars for criminals just as much as for legitimate customers. She even did business with the Biancardi family and met James on quite a number of occasions, remembering him the most due to their shared interests in mechanics and driving.
  
  18 months ago, Leona was arrested for dangerous driving and theft. The cops also found a large quantity of drugs in the vehicle. The severity of the crime was not documented and Leona only served a short jail sentence for dangerous driving. Leona would have faced a very lengthy jail term for the thefts, possession of firearms and drug dealing charges, but she was offered a deal which she reluctantly accepted. In exchange for her freedom, she had to work undercover for the cops and betray the Biancardis.
  
  Leona has been working with the Biancardi family for a while now, especially with James. Acting as a bodyguard and driver for the family, she has certainly proven her worth to them and taken on a number of injuries on their behalf. Susan was born in Vegas, Nevada in 1996. She was born to Frank and Valerie Richards, her mother being a spokeswoman for a technology firm, where she met Frank who served as the founder and CEO for, F.O.U.R. Industries. It was originally designed to create new technology and stunning innovations to make Vegas more attractable, but would branch out into partnerships with corporations and even the military. When she was very young, Frank abandoned her and her mother. She then lived and was raised in Las Vegas with her mother until she went to college. The girl landed straight A's through elementary school, no lower than a 3.9 in middle school, and pure AP classes and honor roll in high school (class of 2013), becoming second in her class to only her boyfriend at the time. She graduated with a weighted GPA of 4.4. She received a scholarship to MIT, where she also played Division 3 volleyball.

At a young age, Sue became interested in computers and electronics due to her parents' backgrounds, and had been building them since she was 7. However, she was always fearful that she would wind up as a pawn like her mother and worked hard to escape from her circumstances. Due to their differing personalities, Susan had a strained relationship with her mother. When she was 18, Susan was ranked 2nd in the National Information Technology competition. Susan went to college leaving for M.I.T. (class of 2017). This was where Medusa would soon come to be born. She had an incident with a creep in her freshmen year who kept following her, assumed another student like her. It was then this also genius student decided to force himself on Susan, not only sexually assaulting her, but wiping the local surveillance feeds while creating himself a digital alibi, and placing her in a word against his situation. It was then she learned the true power of the unseen force that rules this planet. Data, information, and its manipulation. It was like a web that weaved into the aura of every human being. A web that this shattering event led her to want to tug. Susan began to pick up a Computer Science major along with her Cybersecurity major, studying and becoming an easy prodigy in her classes. But she wanted more than just the education. She wanted the experience, the power. She began to go even further beyond, using the templates and logic networks provided by her professors and using them as practice to breach, improve, and manipulate them to adapt to any situation or scenario of digital activity. She kept this private until the time was right, using this newfound genius to hack and gather intel on anything from cameras to what celebrities were staying where, to the location of certain black market items and artifacts.

It wasn't until she saw her attacker again that her blood ran cold and hot, remotely entering his devices by tricking them into believing it was his access. She had found that he indeed was a Dark Web operator that posted videos of his assaults and even more sinister things. She emulated the videos' addresses and copied them onto her drive, but instead of playing hero and showing them to the Dean or police, she posted them on his Facebook account. Not only did this drive him to kill himself, the local police had realized he was tied to a string of rapes, and secondary kidnappings and murders because of his acts. It had gotten her a Medal of Honor from Massachusetts, as well as a Collier Medal and MIT Excellence Award. She also received endless grants from the school for her to work on whatever she desired.

Big mistake.

During her senior year, Susan dated fellow computer whiz Sheldon Cooper. Both of them were members of a hacktivist group on campus, The Zeroes. But, Susan also secretly had her own means for operations. The hero who stopped a dark web sicko wasn't so keen and sweet as they thought. Susan wanted even more. Susan was finding the location and means of her father, and for abandoning her and her mom, she was going to take every single thing he worked to acquired his entire life. She wanted it all. She created with the grant money a super computer with an operating system that only responded to her unique library of code. She manipulated her father's co-workers, affiliates, and even partners with blackmail, digital sabotage, and old-fashioned fear to coerce them to dump all data they had on Frank. Medusa was born. One log in from her father, and he'd be done. Her super virus was going to end it all.

However, Sheldon attempted to use the program to hack into the campus' infrastructure to delete all his student loans. Susan, shocked by his action, stopped him by pulling the plug. Sheldon scolded her telling her you'd only be a "hacker or a hero". But it was too late. It's MIT for Christ sake, Sheldon's activity was detected and flagged immediately. Sheldon was then arrested by the FBI for his hack attempt and he went to prison. Susan tried to get him out by confessing she'd written the virus for a school project. However, Sheldon told her he'd already confessed, taking the fall for him and unknowingly her covert operations. When Sheldon was about to sentenced, he killed himself to Susan's devastation. Later on, Susan created a new identity to further distance herself from her traumatic past. She was now Medusa. She graduated from MIT with a double bachelor's degree in Cyber Security and Computer Science. She didn't need Master's Degree, her skill was already beyond that of the most academically seasoned intellectuals in software and digital activity.

A special agent for the FBI then flagged her for her skills and reputation, referring her to the NYPD for an operation on some family called the Biancardi Familia. Background: Once upon a time, there were two sisters born into a rich family. One was named Scarlet, the other Violet. They were identical twins, and it was impossible for anyone to tell the difference between them just from looks.

Scarlet was an incredibly talented child prodigy. She could sing, dance, and play a wide variety of instruments. She was extremely sociable and always surrounded by friends. She always had stellar grades in school, but never put in any effort. Her parents treated her with the utmost love and care, and to Scarlet, they were the perfect parents.

Violet was everything that Scarlet wasn’t. She couldn’t sing. She couldn’t dance. She couldn’t play a single instrument. No matter how hard she tried, she could never get good grades in school. She was shy and awkward, and she couldn’t get along well with others. As a result, Violet was the failure of the family. Her sister and her parents did not try to hide their hatred for her, and she was abused in all kinds of ways both physically and mentally. They made her feel as though she were the most wretched thing on the face of the Earth.

One day on the way home from school, a fellow classmate of hers saw her getting abused by her condescending sister. After Scarlet was drawn to an isolated alleyway, Violet used a gun provided by him to shoot a great deal of holes into her sister. It was a gorey, bloody mess, and it gave her a strange feeling inside. On the one hand, Violet felt horrible. She had just killed someone after all. But on the other hand, it made her feel...thrilled. It made her feel in control. It made her feel alive.

Excited to take on her new life, Violet dressed up the way Scarlet would have dressed and returned to her family. Her parents did not even question Violet’s disappearance; it was as though the girl had been erased from existence. Finally, the reborn Scarlet was able to live the life of her dreams! She was surrounded by friends and was eternally loved by her parents. Once she got her parents’ love and appreciation, everything else came to her easily; she suddenly got good at everything that she was terrible at doing just a moment ago. And it was all thanks to that one classmate she’d encountered, who she continued to keep in touch with after the ordeal that changed her life.

Deep inside, Scarlet knows that what she did was completely messed up. There’s a part of her that is so overwhelmed by tragedy and grief, she could instantly end her life. However, her mask is so formidable that she has crushed her very soul to the point of non-existence. The only thing that remains as proof of her true identity is a scar on her arm during her days of being abused. She spends time every day applying makeup just to hide that one scar, and the sight of that scar can very rarely trigger her breaking point. But Scarlet has shifted too strongly into the role of her twin sister, and she has no intention of ever allowing people to know of her inner grief.
