Fantasy Yin Yang: Forbidden Love

Anguis glanced over towards his sister who was watching him, almost if studying him. Anguis's sister was often described as "odd" and his parents often neglected her in many ways, he would agree that describing her as "odd" would be correct but he would disagree immiadetly if someone would describe it as a bad thing. Anguis often thought she might be a lot more fit to rule than he was, and often envied the freedom she got from their parents, though he knew she envied him for the attention he got from them. "Fate is cruel" Anguis thought to himself "Or maybe its just our nature to want what the other have" he wondered, in the end it didn't matter. Anguis walked towards his sister still waiting for Kokoro to respond to his very foolish invite to spar which he hoped she would decline, Anguis put his hand on top of her green hair almost if petting her, "You know you joining me here... Wasn't the best idea you ever had" He said with a smile, he himself wished he wouldn't come here but he was forced to she chose to follow him.

She took her hood of and smiled. "As long as i am with you, brother, it cannot be a bad decision.", Ritra said and smiled up to her brother. She adored him enough to follow him to the end of the world. It was true she would like some attention too. But that was not her brothers fault. He simply got all attention because he was awesome. And how could she be mad at that.

Kokoro made a small tch sound at Anguis's comment about them not kidnapping the prince, but restrained from commenting. The young prince did have a point, however. Without any training dummies left, they wouldn't be able to do weapons training. The woman looked at Anguis with suspicion, thinking of all the ways a spar could go wrong, but the temptation to fight was strong. After all, this could be her only chance to really fight with a dragon, whom she still suspected had kidnapped her poor brother. "Fine, I accept your challenge," she started, gripping her staff and starting to move to a fighting position. Before she got far, however, another dragon entered the area, apparently the dragon prince's sister. Kokoro let out a small growl of annoyance, tail flicking back and forth, but from the sounds of it, the prince had not expected the girl to show up, either. Still, several guards came running into the area at the sudden alarm.

Kokoro was about to speak her distaste of the situation, when her sensitive ears picked up the faint sound of a commotion outside. She stood straight, more alarmed now than before. "Guards, check the palace gates! You two," she ordered, pointing at two of the guards in the training hall, "Keep an eye on the dragon prince and our new guest." Pointing at one other guard, she barked out her last order, "You, find Princess Ivy and make sure she's safe. Keep her out of harm's way." Her last sentence was said more softly than the others, her concern for her sister coming through in her voice. Glancing back at the Anguis, she said, "Our spar will have to happen another time. There is something happening that requires my immediate attention." With that, she called forth the wind, feeling the power course through her body and lighten her reflexes, then she sprinted off in the direction of the commotion, using her powers to run at superhuman speeds.

Geir stood up straight from his position leaning against the wall. Several things were happening, and he was on high guard now, his right hand hovering over the larger sword holstered on his back. His gold eyes swept over the scene before him. Three more guards now, five in this area total. More outside. The Yume Princess is on high alert now, no telling how she'll react. And I may have to adjust my fighting style to protect two people instead of one, he thought to himself, his expression serious and alert as he waited to see how things would carry out. Suddenly, Kokoro seemed to change the direction of her attention, and started barking out orders to the guards. She's not as concerned about us anymore...what is she worried about? he thought with concern, a serious expression on his face. Something didn't seem right. "Anguis, the situation has gotten more dangerous. It would be safer to stay within the castle, but I won't complain if you wish to follow Princess Kokoro to assess the situation," he stated in a serious tone, then added, "It would be more difficult to protect two people rather than one going into an unknown situation, however." Geir looked over at Ritra, wondering if she was trained in fighting as well. Honestly, Geir was itching to go see what the commotion was, but did not want to leave his charges defenseless. After all, he would be a terrible body guard if he rushed off without warning. Ah, so inconvenient. I am definitely charging double for this, he thought to himself, his hand now fully gripping his sword, though he hadn't unsheathed it as of yet.

Kokoro rushed to the castle gate, blowing through it ahead of the guards, having reached it must faster due to her enhanced speed. The guards that were normally guarding the gates were in the midst of checking out the commotion themselves, though a small squad had only just gone through the gate ahead of Kokoro before she had rushed in. Skidding to a stop, the woman took in the scene before her. A young girl, who was apparently a Yume (she at least had cat ears on), was being confronted by a woman in a hunter's outfit, who was decidedly not Yume. Kokoro took a fighting stance, gripping her staff in her hand and keeping her sharp eyes on the hunter woman. Saying nothing, Kokoro motioned for the guards to apprehend the intruder, and prepared herself in case the woman fought back.

Miona glanced around and sighed " Now look at what you have done you foolish girl... They have brought all these guards out. I was trying not to kill anyone today... Oh well too bad " she wipeout her sword and struck down the first guard who stepped an but too close to her. She spun and impaired two more guards who charged at her, then her attention flicked to Kokoro. She smiled and gave and enthusiastic bow " Greetings your royal highness, " sarcasm smothered her tone " If you don't mind me taking this ruffing out of your kingdom... She does not belong " she clenched her sword a little tighter and slowly positioned her legs to attack if the princess decided to duel

@Rin Nyx @Mena

Oh thank god, someone heard me! Hiyori looked at the gate as some guards came out to investigate the noise probably. Her joy was short lived like always, nothing goes as excepted. Suddenly the women who was threating her, turned to the guards and killed them. So...she really is one of the elite of Black Fang? Even their normal soldiers couldn't kill that quickly! Hiyori gulped down the air she didn't know she was holding. One of the princesses in Yume stepped out, Hiyori looked away from the gate. Its not like Hiyori was ashamed for her to see her face, Hiyori just didn't want to be recognize; her dad probably sent out a alert to all the kingdoms to look out for me. Hiyori just watched carefully as the Black haired women was readying herself for a duel, she didn't want to be caught in the middle of this not one bit. Hiyori rarely prayed but now she was just asking the God up there if he or she could help her out of this entire mess.

Anguis sighed in annoyance he wanted nothing to do with what ever was happening outside but he would lie if he said he wasn't curious, he was about to transform and fly over to the gate thanking god the training hall was located in a court yard open to the sky, but he instinctively looked at his sister. Unlike him she wasn't trained by the best masters though he knew she was far from a novice when it came to fighting, they would often spar and Anguis knew she was more than just good she was better than most people he used to spar with for practice. In the end him wanting to show off to his sister overcame him wanting to play it as safe as possible, in the end he doubted anything will happen to her, he would protect her with his life if it comes to it, but having him, her, Geir and Kokoro there he doubted what ever happening will be able to overcome that odds. Anguis turned to his little sister petting her again "Lets go" Anguis said with a smile both to his sister who he was not going to leave alone in Yume's castle and Geir who clearly was curious as well, his body was consumed with flames leaving his human form and from the bright light came a dragon he flew upwards to clear the walls and started to dive towards the gate, where he saw Kokoro head with incredible speed. From the sky he could see a few dead guards, he dived down flames consuming him once again and returning to his human form his scythe spinning in the air as he grabbed it. "Hope I am not too late, what happened?" Anguis asked with a smile, making a joke when a few Yume's guards just died...was not a smart move he admitted but... yea there was no but there, Anguis decided he was a horrible person in the inside without him knowing it.

Ivy, at hearing the mention of her name, stood and was about to announce that she was safe there, by the floor, but her sister had already left, sending guards in each direction. Maybe she could've seized the opportunity to escape and explore, but then again, she would probably have been caught once more, and scolded even more so. Now she was intrigued as to what was happening. She also could hear the muffled sounds of a ruckus towards the sounds of the gates, but as long as Kokoro was handling the situation, she deemed it to be fine. With masses of caution, she crept across the grass silently, as if stalking prey. Her footsteps were soft and light as she ran towards the stables, not having seen Grier and Anguis as she padded away.

After a few moments of walking, she found herself at the stables. Ducking and dodging guards on every corner, she finally broke into the stables and searched for her horse. Without needing to search much, there he was, Elijah. Her horse was a jet black, his coat shimmering in colour, darker than the night itself. He snorted contently at the appearance of Ivy, and Ivy returned the snort, but with a gentle purr instead. Without needing to put on any reins, she opened the fencing to his stall and he instinctively bent down, allowing her to sit on his bare back. Darting her eyes down the doors on the opposing end.

The stables eerie candle lit glow was making Ivy even more cautious than she already was, and the aisle between either side of the barriers holding the horses was slim. Elijah carried her out of the stall and down towards the doors before they opened, around 5 guards were stood at the entrance with blank expressions.

"Princess! You cannot come out. The kingdom may be in danger, and we have been assigned by your sister to keep you safe. So that's what we have to do. Okay?"

Ivy looked upset at having to have the guards watch over her. It made her stomach drop. It was almost as if they thought her incapable of being able to look after herself, which was partially true, truth be told. Knowing that she couldn't stop them from guarding her, she just sighed and relaxed onto Elijah. Elijah seemed disappointed that he wouldn't have been ridden, or if he did that it wouldn't be fun because the guards were there to prevent the two from doing specific things.

After the guards had saddled and reined up their horses, they moved their positions: two in front of Ivy, two behind. The other went back to Kokoro to report the safety of her younger sister.

Geir nodded in response and let go of his sword, promptly changing forms into that of a large dragon and stretching out his long, teal wings, the color of which matched his hair in his human form. Taking off from the ground, Geir followed the prince to the castle gates, also changing back into his human form as he landed and smoothly pulling out both of his swords from the holster on his back. There were dead guards here, and it looked like Kokoro was preparing to fight a woman in a hunter outfit. Wait...That girl... Geir thought with a slight frown, something nagging at him. No, I doubt it, must be someone else. For now, he put it out of his mind, taking a defensive stance in front of Anguis, whom he had been hired to protect.

Kokoro growled as Miona slaughtered three of her guards. "You'll pay for that," she hissed, preparing to fight. This woman was not just threatening some girl outside the castle, she was now threatening the city and the castle itself, and, by extension, Kokoro's family. The wind began to pick up around Kokoro's feet, swirling around her in preparation of an attack.

As the dragon visitors landed nearby, a guard ran through the gates, running up to Kokoro to let her know that her sister was well guarded.
Good, one less thing to worry about, Kokoro thought as the guard retreated to sound the alarm. Not wasting any more time, Kokoro started her attack, keeping her stance defensive while sending a strong force of wind towards her opponent. The wind moved at such speeds that it would cut, almost as sharp as a blade.

Ritra kneeled down and folded her arms in fron of her chest. A thunder struck her and she unfolded her arms as wings, as she had turned into her dragon from. She flew to the other two dragons. She landed elegantly and the dragon tumbled to the front. At the end of the tumble, she was human again and her sword was drewn. "Ready when you are, Anguis. Whoever opposes us stands no chance."

Miona jumped and twisted in the air she avoided the attack and there five small spheres of five in five different directions at Kokoro then she landed gracefully and ran her fingers through her hair, the black burned off and showed her red hair she smirked though she hadn't noticdd the other two dragons yet and stretched popping her neck before switching her sword from her left to her right " Its gonna take a lot more than that to stop me stupid "

Ivy growled under her breath at the slow pace of the guards as they moved away as a whole, leaving a few stray spaces between each guard. They were all looking around before a playful smirk emerged on her face. She knew what to do. Whispering a word to Elijah, it was clear that he began to clear the sounds that Ivy was about to make. In order to scare the horses around her, she clapped two forces of different temperatures of wind together, creating a loud bang like lightening. The horses around her squealed and grew into a maniac frenzy, running away uncontrollably. With a satisfied, smug grin, Ivy gently stroked her horse's left shoulder, and he galloped speedily, taking a sharp turn to escape the hands of the guards. The adrenaline rushed in her blood as she stood on Elijah's back steadily, calming the wind around her so it didn't affect her fun. After a distorted neigh from Elijah, she sat back down, heading towards the kingdom gates. Sneakily behind everyone, she spoke up. "Miss me?"

Looking at the strangers, and the fight about to break out in front of her, she jumped off of the horse, tutting them all. With a quick hand motion, she sent an uproar of wind beneath each and every person, apart from the dead guards out of respect, causing them to be levitated from the ground slightly. Biting the inside of her lip, she gently brought the dead bodies on top of Elijah, the three laying on his back comfortably. The evil looking horse snorted in protest, but Ivy simply shushed him, pinning her ears as she grabbed his reins from the front and stared into his fire reflecting eyes. Soon after, she was softly pulling him along, and soon dropped the others gently, but the trespassers with a large amount of irritated force.

When the one who had said her sister was 'stupid', she gripped her hands in tight fists, turned and slammed a tight wave of wind her way. "Only I may call her that you disrespectful, trespassing cow." Before turning back and proceeding walk over to her. That was very unexpected from Ivy.

Geir's eyes widened as the attacking woman's hair showed its true red color. "Miona?!?" he called out incredulously, dropping his guard for a split second. In that second, the wind picked up under his feet, lifting him off the ground and sending him off balance. Looking back at the source of the wind, Geir spotted Ivy, who was now engaging the attacking woman. After being set down gently, Geir cringed as the wind was a lot more harsh towards Miona, and a small amount of panic rose up in him as Ivy started to approach the woman. That would not go over well. Jumping to action, Geir dashed out in front of Ivy, extending one arm out to block her way. This would position him between the woman and the rest of the group...not the best position for him to be in, but from there he could fend off attacks from either group until he found out what was going on. "Miona...it is you, isn't it?" he asked calmly, still keeping his stance defensive.

Kokoro didn't even move to avoid the woman's counter attack, instead just calling up a swirl of strong wind around her to send the fire orbs spinning harmlessly away from her. "I can say the same to you, dragon," Kokoro hissed, the fire being enough for her to realize the woman's race. She was about to launch another attack when she was swept off of her feet.
What? "Ivy, no!" she called, seeing her sister enter the area. She scrambled to grab her sister as soon as the wind had put her down, but Geir jumped in front of her sister, putting himself between her and the attacking woman. "Ivy, get back! It isn't safe," she told her sister, the concern clear in her voice. Kokoro herself regained her fighting stance, prepared to either protect her sister or attack the intruder, depending on how the battle went.

Miona froze when someone yelled her name, she was knocked off her feet and her head cracked against the ground, caught off guard and thrown onto the ground by the wind had distracted her. Her sword fell from her group and she looked up, seeing Geir she tensed and quickly grabbed her sword and got up " Geir!? What are you doing here! " she sheathed her sword not wanting to hurt him

Ritra stood a little right of Geir, who stood front to her brother. "Brother, Geir knows her... do we still kill her?", she asked. She sounded like her mind already travelled somewhere else. That was her greatest weakness in a fight. She never concentrated, as she had trouble doing so. Therefore she never was able to fight full force. Even now, where everything seemed to be escalating, Ritra was watching a lonely bird in a tree a little further.

Ivy narrowed her eyes and stared at Geir, an evil like glint shining in her eyes. "Move, Geir." After impatiently waiting, she looked over at Miona and scowled, extending her arm infront of her, her fingers sprawled out. As she brought her fingers slowly to her palms, she drew the air from Miona's lungs, pushing winds against her at every angle. It was enough to kill a man, but she wouldn't do it to that point. Doing such an action resulted in Ivy drawing her own breath, and causing herself to stop breathing. It was her most powerful power, but she couldn't handle it for long, so soon after let her arm fall limp and sharply drew her breath, her arm clutching towards her heart. After regaining her composure, she pouted and looked up at Geir. "Lemme fight her!" She softly and childishly mumbled, crossing her arms as she spoke. It wasn't fair that she was never allowed to fight, so she pushed at his side with her hands. "You damn giant." She mumbled with a slight playful smirk of which she tried to hide.

Angus regretted leaving the court yard, words could not describe what he was feeling or how lost he was. The yume saw that woman as their enemy Geir a dragon and his bodyguard is defending her, this can only go wrong and might cause hundreds even thousands of people to die in a pointless war, and it all rested on this single moment a moment he could have avoided by staying in the court yard. Anguis cursed under his breath countless of possible out comes were flashing through his mind, he was eventually snapped out of it by his sister's words, like always she talked like she really didn't care what the answer was, Anguis smiled towards his little sister but didn't answer her, he wasn't sure yet what they should do. "Geir you really need to stop... I refuse to start a war just because you went a head and defended a girl" Anguis tone was serious and angry, this was stupid, he would have laughed about how stupid it was if it didn't involve the potential of starting a war.

The Black Fang

He was done with his hunt, no one had wandered too deep into his forest. He summoned some men. "Get the Svali, I need my eyes disguised again, like a human." he said sharply "I am going to see what is happening over in the land of the disgusting royalties. The Yume this time, see for myself the truth my spies tell me, see if we can still trust all those that we do. Keep this among yourselves, if they even suspect our plots or my being there then there shall be a witch hunt, and you will be the first few to face the stake." he said as Svali, a powerful mage who was used in conjunction with their spies to help keep them inconspicuous, arrived. "Make me human." he said and, after a burning sensation in his eyes they were hazel brown. How he liked them, better then the Garish green of his Mon DNA.

He soon made his way to the outskirts of the Yume Capital only to see the start of a war, perhaps it has all finally sparked off, now if he helped the winning side he would no doubt gain their trust. While the dragons did indeed look powerful, his rifle would turn the tide swiftly in the Yume's favour and this, put him in their favour. He quickly snuck his way to the gates. This was certainly going to be interesting. Suddenly he found he had appeared right in the thick of this battle, true it was barely insults being flung but with a nudge in the right place it could easily be flung into a blood bath. "Hail, You cant let these lying cheats survive this day. This what they will tell their traitorous king? How weak you are? NO! End them here and push the attack, catch them unawares and free your noble prince from their dark grasp! Only if you strike deep into the heart of their kingdom while they are unprepared do I see you regaining your Royal Heir alive!" he called out.

Great....another group of 2 people showed up....God, this isn't what I had in mind! Hiyori thought looking at the male that showed up from the sky. Well God has officially screwed her over big time. She just sighed, looking at the people that just came into this tension; they have no idea what's about to go down. This clearly was one of the many reasons why she didn't come into towns, so innocent people wont get hurt because of her stupid-ness. And here she was again, the enemy has caught up with her and here she is; endangering not only innocent people but also their princess.

Here she was, getting protected by these people and yet; she was the sole reason why this started. If only she hadn't gone out that night...No! Don't listen to myself, I became friends with someone who was my first ever friend that night! Hiyori mentally slapped herself and gave herself a reality check. There would be no self pity for herself, she just had to keep moving until she finds someone strong enough to take down the Black Fang. She watched the battle in curiosity, but yet shouldn't she take this opportunity to leave and put even more distance between herself and the Black Fang? Hiyori picked up her stuff and while the battle was still going on, she sneaked away. Hiyori pasted a brown eyed man as she left the area, while he was throwing insults. She still had her disguise on and as an added bonus, she placed her hood over head which covered her eyes but not her mouth. Hiyori really hoped no one saw her leave that would be problematic; she snuck into a loud crowd then departed into an back street alley.

Back toward the front gate, another hooded figure walked through the town. The fine cloth of the cloak and the patterns on the back subtracted from the discreetness of the wearer. She was the princess of the Mon kingdom, and was now visiting the kingdom of the Yume. She didn't try to sneak in; trouble was the last thing she wanted. Tensions between the kingdoms may have been higher than ever, but the Yume and the Mon were still on decent terms. A part of her wanted to stay home, but she had hardly left her room for days. The Yume kingdom was the only other place she was at least slightly familiar with too, and she had her own reasons for coming there.

Dianna tugged at the cloak. She grimaced as it moved against her neck while she walked. She slowed down her pace before coming to a stop. She turned around, looking behind her at the exit of the village. She pursed her lips, but then sighed, holding onto the side of the cloak. The sudden shooting from further away caught her attention. Her eyebrows raised as she turned back around, and squinting, she could see a gathering up ahead. She ran forward, where she realized was in the direction of the castle. She skid to a halt. Three guards were lying dead on the ground amidst the crowd. Most of them she did not recognize, but this was almost definitely a fight. Her hand moved over a pocket hidden partially hidden by the cloak and unbuttoned it. She gritted her teeth and took several steps back.

"I'm working," Geir replied to Miona, motioning back towards the dragon prince and princess. "Why are you here?" He asked, relaxing a little when Miona put her sword away. He allowed himself to relax his grip on his swords, though he didn't put them away yet, as he wasn't sure how the group behind him would react.

He shook his head 'no' to Ivy's request for him to move. "I don't want you to get hurt," he told the young princess quietly, though he also didn't want the woman in front of him hurt. He frowned, however, as Anguis ordered him to stop. If he moved out of the way now, there was no telling what would happen.
This is bad...how'd I get myself mixed up in this? What a drag, he thought, hesitating. He glanced over at the girl that Miona had apparently been after, who was currently sneaking away from the group. What had his childhood friend gotten into, and why was she chasing that girl? Conflicted, Geir slowly stepped back, moving away from the middle of the group, but also attempting to keep Ivy back near him so that she wouldn't run out and attack. More people were gathering, and it was getting more dangerous by the moment. His temper rising, Geir was getting angry at the situation, at everything that was happening. He shot a glance at his childhood friend, as if to warn her that he couldn't protect her here. "Prince Anguis," Geir started, adding in the 'prince' part simply because he knew that the man didn't like the title. He was a bit angry for being called away from where he might have been able to stop the bloodshed. "We should not fight here. I suggest finding the girl that Miona was after and making sure she is ok." He talked quietly, so that the others would not hear him. He did not wish to fight someone he cared for, even if they hadn't seen each other in years.

((There, got at least one in! I'll try to post for Kokoro real quick, might not be as detailed, though))

Kokoro growled at the sudden turn of events, annoyed. The woman who had initially attacked them had put her sword away, but that did not mean that she wasn't still dangerous. Worse, was that her sister Ivy was attempting to walk into the thick of the battle still, and Kokoro wasn't sure she could protect her. While the dragon was, annoyingly, standing in between her and the woman attacker, he was also keeping her sister from harm. At this point, Kokoro wasn't sure what to think, but someone was shouting about starting a battle and killing the dragons. Kokoro wasn't convinced that was the right move, but several of the Yume guards seemed to be listening to this newcomer, more of them unsheathing their weapons in preparation to fight. "This has to stop," Kokoro said quietly, frowning. The woman who had attacked them needed to be apprehended, that much was clear, but everything else was so...muddled. What should she do in this situation? Overwhelmed, Kokoro let out another growl and gripped her staff. Making a small circlular motion with it, she called up a large gust of wind that started spinning, faster and faster, gusts strong enough that they should be able to push back friend and foe alike to help declutter the battlefield and possibly bring the others to their senses.

Miona started to growl, she wasn't liking this situation at all. First she was caught in the middle of a mission, she found Geir of really he found her, then this huge gust of wind whirled around and she shook her heads.

Embracing the dragon she shifted and roared shaking her head she shuffled her wings and her tail lashed behind her, laing aching herself into the air she flew up above everyone and hesitated watching Geir she tilted her head

((sorry short post))

Ivy pouted further when Geir pushed her back, preventing her from fighting the trespasser though she was glad about it, however. When the even creepier looking and sounding guy approached, she hid behind Geir, gripping softly onto the back of his shirt as she did so. Just as she were about to speak, a gust of wind flew up from under her feet, and she was pushed across the ground with no sense of direction whatsoever. Sitting up, she stared daggers at her sister and brushed off her legs of which had caught a few plants and such. With a low whimper, she curled her bushy tail around her leg, feeling vulnerable and lonely back in the corner by herself. Elijah seemed distraught to have seen his owner fly across the ground for a few seconds.

(Short reply, I'm sorry, it's getting late.)

Here was Hiyori, eating her apple in the same exact place where she brought the apple in the first place; the market square. She walked back to the alley once she was done, she tossed the apple onto the street. Hiyori's side started hurting, so she sat down leaning on the wall of one of the side buildings. She looked down and saw her wound from last week had reopened; they tried throwing a bomb at her to slow her down. Hiyori still wonders just who in the fucking hell would throw a damn bomb in such close proximity of your allies? That's just stupid and just freaking shallow, not caring about your allies. Well story short, she was cut by the exploding metal and not killed by the bomb unlike the idiot who threw it. Just...great...this day just keeps getting better and better... Hiyori winced in pain, as the blood touched her new clothes.

Ritra saw the "enemy" turn into a dragon and did so too. She flew up next to her. "Hi. Wanted to be near you, just in case brother needs me to kill you. Till then, no hard feelings, kay?", she said, still watching the bird. She really did not really seem to care about anything in this battle but her brother and that bird.
