This is everything you need to know as a player to get adjusted to this story. Of course like many other things I haven't completely mapped out the story quite yet meaning things will constantly be changed and added as we progress. Do not fear though if I ever add or adjust something I will always let it be discussed upon before doing it. What brings this story to life is not only me being the Game Host, but also you who play the game and bring it more life. With of course your own unique twists. Now when it comes to adding anything here you must always message me personally and get an approval by me. I'm always looking for new ideas so don't be afraid to share! Every country will slowly be introduce into the story as we progress through it. As well since the world uses heavily influence by the story Naruto written by the legend Masashi Kishimoto, there will be a Shippuden part of the story. Now in order for us to reach Shippuden we must complete the three major arcs. When the story switches over Shippuden a lot will change and the story will get a lot darker then what it was originally shown to be. Make sure when your involved with story you pay attention to everything I will leave hints and clues all over. In this story I will be the narrator towards almost everything going on in the story, which means you will get post from me that will involve npcs to add more light to what's going on when the camera isn't on the main cast (you guys!).

These are playable/non playable races within the story. They can be added upon approval by me. Let’s keep the roster of Races smaller, until we reach Shippuden. + (Playable), - (Non Playable)
- + Humans: The basic and most common out of them all. Humans spread throughout the land like ants on a piece of food. Humans come with many sub categories which makes their race so unique from the others. Although born with a chance to gain “Magic” they can be born with other special traits. They are also born naturally with the smallest mana pool out of everyone.
- - Logia: Humans who are granted the power to transform their body's composition into a natural element at will, as well as create and control it. In addition to enabling the user to generate a near-infinite amount of a certain element and control it, the defining power of a Logia is the user transforming their body into that element, making them seem nearly impossible to defeat. These forms of humans cannot learn magic or use magic.
- + Zoan: Humans who are granted the ability to shapeshift into one specific animal or mythical beast. Zoans have natural enhanced durability, speed, and strength. They can usually partake in 3 forms; Base(Human), Beast(Animal), Hybrid. There are 3 known sub-classes that exist beside the standard variety: Ancient, Mythical, and Artificial. The first two are considered to be rarer than regular Zoans, each one in their own class of power.
- Ancient Zoan: is a sub-class of Zoan that allows users to transform into ancient animals, such as dinosaurs. They are a lot more stronger than the average zoan.
- Mythical Zoan: A sub-class of Zoan that allows users to transform into creatures or even deities that are the subject of myth and legend. It is the rarest type of Zoan. In accordance with their rarity, Mythical Zoan seem to be the most powerful class of Zoan. As with Ancient Zoans, the physical enhancement granted by Mythical Zoan powers is significantly greater than that of standard Zoans. The most formidable and distinguishing facet of Mythical Zoan fruits is their bestowing of unique, "mythical" abilities that are supplementary to the transformation itself; such as the phoenix Zoan's ability to generate flames with healing properties.
- + Giants: Massive sized humans born with in imaginable strength, naturally born with the biggest mana reservoir. They are x10 stronger than normal humans. There are few to none within the great five nations. Because they are humans they can be born logias&zoans as well.
- + Elves: A lot more common than giants elves are another major species within the common folk. Elves are naturally gifted in the arts of magic and have higher mana pools than humans. Born with enhanced hearing, aim, flexibility, mana and magic control. Elves are known to be extremely gifted in the arts of Magic. The kids are taught at the age of 5-6 are taught their trades. Boys were trained to hunt and master their bow while the girls were taught to control their magic. As they got older they swap teachings. They also have better senses then some races being able to avoid many tragedies. Although their endurance is typically worse than other races.

An essence that travels through the planet like the wind. It gifts the various species that walk the land powers beyond their imaginations. This essence is called Mana. Mana flows through everywhere and can be used by anyone who can. People who are born with mana can use special arts called Magic. Magic was said to be a gift for humans by the sun god and moon goddess. In hopes to better the way of life for humans, but like many things they twisted it to use in wars. Using the gifts to kill one another instead of uniting themselves. Magic started off with the 5 base elements giving people control over summoning their respective element. Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, & Lightning. Within the body mana looks like another blood network system.
Each passing Generation creates sub categories of the original magic. Expanding the amount of spells and forms of magic that can be used. Even going so far as very few are born with inherited abilities. Those who are born with mana have one of the five elements as their base mana. Technically meaning you are born with the ability to control one of the five elements easier. This does not mean one can not learn the other elements or sub categories. A wizard can learn various spells as long as they are taught.
There is magic in this world that is labeled forbidden, Secret Art, or Lost Art. These forms of magic are not practiced and are usually in scrolls that are in safekeeping or lost somewhere. Each of the five nations are inherently skilled at their respective elements. Different spells cost more or less mana to use so keep that in mind during combat. If one runs completely out of mana their body shutdowns, unable to fight or carry on their task. Magic in rare cases can achieve Awakening significantly increasing the user's abilities. Awakening can only happen to one form of magic so a wizard must choose wisely when mastering one out of the many forms of magic in their arsenal.
Awakening is what happens when your mind and body catch up to your chosen mastered magic. Ex; (Kazu chose to master his fire magic and awakened it to use blue flames. He also knows how to use lightning and wind magic, but they can not be awakened. Magic that is awakened, the increased abilities allow significantly greater power, more refined control, and new abilities that would otherwise not be possible. The effects of the awakening varies from person to person meaning not all awakenings are the same. Awakening takes time to fully master awakened powers; if they are not fully mastered, they can still be used, but they take a serious toll on the user's mana and stamina.
I will allow more forms of magic to be used through your character just make sure you run the basics and stuff with me. No one at the start of the story will have awakenings and hardly there will be any form of taboo magic.
Playable Magics: Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, Lightning, Sealing, Sensory, Summoning, Sound, Mist, String, Poison, Plant, Sand, Light, Darkness, Illusion, Barrier, Healing, Bug, Animal, Mud, Fighting, Enchantment.
There are abilities that can be learned and utilized that take only stamina and concentration. These abilities are said to be enhanced through training and constant use, almost entwined with one senses. Such abilities can be used to drastically change the tide of battles.
Mana Sensing; The ability to assess and feel the power level of one's Magic Power. With training in the mind shall one sharpen this skill. The distance you can cover varies on how strong someone is or how good you can detect it.
Aura sensing; A ability to allow users to detect the presence of spirits. Training with the senses of one’s body can make them feel it.
Flash Step; Moving your feet fast enough to make it seem like you teleported. When using this skill the user attacks after appearing. The skill draws off of stamina for the extra foot work.
Harden Body; Self explanatory, allowing one to harden their body like metal.
Substitution; Used to confuse an opponent, by leaving in place a log that takes the upfront damage. This technique immediately gives the user a chance for a sneak strike or a great escape.
Beings that come in the form of various species, never pinpointing to one appearance or size. They once walked the earth peacefully amongst one another. Their way of life was similar to the prehistoric age. The land was greener and richer with mana flowing intensely through everything. Their homes were quickly stripped from them by humans and other species appearing. After time the species realized they could not coexist. Mythical creatures are all spirits that currently or once lived throughout time. Not all spirits hate humans and some try to cooperate with them. Even going as far to ally with them to take each other put. Most spirits are calm and gentle and some are wicked and dangerous. Not all spirits come with crazy abilities or any dangerous features and are simply peaceful. Those are recorded by the villages and labeled “Omi”. Omi’s are common and usually are smaller spirits.
They’re home is not only Earth, but the spirit realm. The spirit realm is a separate dimension that not anyone can go to. In Fact it is nearly impossible for anyone to reach this place by normal means. The spirit realm is rich with mana. Not all spirits can come and go through this realm either. Some are bound to the earth realm while others can pass and go. Once a spirit craves destruction and hatred they have a high risk of becoming a demon. In order for a Spirit to become a Demon they must fall into darkness and devour souls of living beings (humans, animals). Demons devour the souls of living beings to gain power. The more souls a demon devours the stronger they get. If demons devour spirits souls as well they have a chance to become Akuma’s. Akuma are the combination of spirit and human souls devoured and transforming a demon into a humanoid being. Akuma’s are extremely dangerous and usually take multiple high ranking Wizards to defeat. Akuma’s have a unique magic known as Blood magic, high regenerative abilities, hardened skin, massive mana pools, and immense power.
There is a species of Spirits that are said to be the 9 titanic sized physical manifestations of Mana. These spirits are massive giant sized beasts. The beasts are called Yokai. They are differentiated by the number of tails they have, ranging from one to nine.
Yokai “Tailed Spirits”
The yokai once roamed their respected lands peacefully amongst spirits and humans. Once humans realized what the beast were capable of they hunted them down in order to take control of their power. After being hunted down for so long the beast waged war against the “humans”. This war split the spirit realm in half, having spirits choosing a side. After losing the war the beasts were captured and distributed amongst the new villages in order to stabilise the balance of power between them. The beast did not falter as they fought while being detained, causing destruction and death. Unable to bend the beasts to their will, the humans forcefully sealed the beasts within them. This created those who are called “Sinned” or “Onens”. Onens on this world means the “power bestowed on a human sacrifice”.
Onens are usually hated and feared by the people due to the knowledge of the beasts. Usually discriminated against by the many yet favored by the government in control of them. Onens have two chakra pools within their body. There self and the beast's mana can both be utilized. If the person's mana runs out the beast can take control and possibly go on a rampage. If the beast completely takes over they will manifest their true form killing the host. If a tailed beast is stripped from the Onen, the Onen will die. If the Onen dies before the beast takes over it dies alongside the Onen. A Yokai may even give mana to its Onen without them knowing it, either to try and exert control over the Onen, or simply to protect the Onen and, by extension, itself. If a Onen shares a good relationship with their tailed beast, they can have the beast in question to help them cancel a Illusion magic for them.
In addition to the mana reserves, Onen gains abilities unique to the respective beast. As the Onen transform themselves into the likeness of their Yokai, it further increases the power of their abilities. If they are able to survive their beast's removal, they will still have access to those abilities.
After the Second Great Magic War the SHC was founded. This was about 30 years before the current story takes place. It was founded in order to deal with the constant appearances of evil spirits. Enabling the five great nations to create their own armies of wizards to fight for them. Their original premise varies between the continents. Our SHC Soully was formed to protect the Land of Fire from evil spirits. All those who choose to join must attend the academy located in Konohagakure. There they will learn and train to master their magic and arts to kill demons. After passing the academy they will then be granted the title of “Spirit Slayer”. Once a person becomes a Spirit Slayer they are then assigned to a team of 4. Once assigned they are then able to partake in missions assigned to them by their Ken, or mission board. Spirit Slayers are taught to spell a spell to seal and to a weapon to kill spirits through the academy.
In order to preform the Spirit Seal spell one must say the chant out completely and share some of their blood and using their blood on a sealing circle to complete the contract. Then a slayer must have an object to seal the spirit within. Most the time slayers carry a special small jar that are used to easily trap spirits. The weapons that are given to a Slayer upon graduating the academy is a Nichi Weapon. Nichi is a black ore that has special properties to kill spirits, normal weapons can not kill a spirit. This Nichi Ore is black and hard to find, the blades that are made with these weapons are black and can easily cut through normal graded weapons.
The ranking system is similar throughout the world, usually determining one's status and power. The ranking of the Spirit Slayer also determines the missions they and their team go on. Slayers in the mage rank do missions with their assigned team. Warlocks can form their own teams to go on missions. GS’s can go on missions alone or form their own teams and are also assigned to teams as a leader. Archmages are Slayers on another scale, they work directly under their Ken. Archmages go on the most dangerous of missions. Lord/Lady of Magic or also called Ken “Leader”. They are the leaders of the Spirit Hunting Corp of their country and the leaders of the head villages (president).

Warlock; A rank higher than mage, D-C rank missions
Grand Sorcerers/Grand Sorceress; C-A rank missions
Archmage; A-S Missions
Lord/Lady of Magic; Ken, leaders of the corporation of their respective country. Also leaders of their country.
There’s multiple ways for someone to rank up, but each rank is harder to get than the last. In order to open the door to ranking up one must pass the Warlock Exams. They will then be granted Warlock where their skills in the field will grant them rankup. In order for one to become Ken they must be chosen by the previous Ken and the people. The person must be a Archmage tip toeing on One of Magic’s in terms of power. Thanks to the academy Spirit Slayers are taught how to defeat spirits and control their mana flow to create magic. In order for a person to kill a spirit one must either use a weapon created with special material or obliterate it with magic. The weapons Spirit Slayers use are created by a rare ore called Kochin. The ore is black and usually the weapons have black blades. These blades can easily cut normal swords and boulders with ease. The only problem is the ore is heavy at first to the slayer and draws from their mana. This essentially creates a spirit within the wielder's inner continence, a physical manifestation of the blade. Slayers who learn their Nichi weapons can unlock unique abilities to enhance their combative skills.
The teams that are assigned are typically groups of Four, 3 Mage’s, and 1 Grand Sorcerer/ Grand Sorceress. The GS is there to teach and monitor over the mages. GS’s are their advisors in a sense. GS’s who are team leaders are referred to by the underlings as Sensei. There are about 10 teams in total which means there are only 60 kids who graduate.
The Slayers have Rules in place to keep their organization legitimized.
- No killing an ally
- No killing Omi’s
- Do not abuse your title
- Never attack innocent people
- Protect the innocent with your life
- Treat each other with respect
Anbu Black Ops: Special Assassination and tactical squad. Covert operatives of capable slayers or ninja that are dispatched by the Village Leader.
There are apparently no true ranks within the Anbu; team leadership and hierarchy seem to be based on merit and experience. The leaders of the teams are called squad leaders, ranks that are held with high regards. Anbu nearly always make an appearance on important missions inside and in the vicinity of their village, but are mainly tasked with assassinations or disturbances in foreign countries.
The assignments that they conduct to protect the village from exceptional threats include high-risk infiltration into enemy territory, dealing with extremely strong Slayers, tracking, surveillance, interrogating enemy Slayers to learn information and missions requiring specially trained Slayers or ninja. Due to the actions of the group, one can appear changed and corrupted of kindness.
Due to the often sensitive nature of their missions and the unique abilities they sometimes possess, Anbu are expected to destroy their bodies if they are too badly injured on a mission so that they can't be captured. Anbu members wear white masks that represent animal features. Such as a fox, bear, bird, etc.
Foundation: Foundation was a branch of Konohagakure's Anbu training subdivision. The organization is run by Huzen Bandai. The Foundation carries out secret missions that Huzen believed would benefit Konoha. These missions were less than respectable, such as eliminating individuals that were considered potential threats simply for expressing their detestation for Konoha, despite not actually having done anything against the village. The organisation's top priority is its secrecy, and most of its missions are carried out in the dark - autonomous of Konoha's authority.
During the fall of the Takeshi clan the group was “disbanded”. The members are still loyal to Huzen and carry out his missions in an underground bunker in Konoha. Complete secrecy.
Once called the Lands in between, the five great nations were formed after years of warfare. The story will generally take place throughout the entirety of the Country of Fire. With constant involvement with the neighboring countries yet not quite revealing them all the way. Till later on in the story of course! Each of the countries are still at war with one another, hardly ever nearing peace. The Country of Fire and Wind are in the works of possibly forming an alliance. Meaning the first sign towards peace in centuries.
The Country of Fire was the first Country to form. They were formed by the descendants of the first Magic Wielders. Generations have passed since this era and Clans stuck together by means of survival. This Country is well diverse when it comes to magic and its unique warriors. The people of this country go by a saying to keep them pushing through any hardships, “Within us is not only our soul and mind, but the will of fire forever burns within us.” The people of this nation fight for one another and usually protect one another with their dying breath.
Spirit Slayers of this nation carry the leaf emblem shown on the picture somewhere on their clothing to represent their country. Also a way to identify who’s enemy or foe. The country of Earth is the major enemy when it comes to warfare. The country of wind has taken fatal losses from the Fire and Earth. Country of Lightning hardly gets involved with the other nations unless need be. The Country of Water have constantly been proven to be a nuisance as well constantly trying to invade the Head Village.
Konohagakure:
Where the story will mostly take place. Home to many legends throughout the course of history and the first Head Village to form. Head Villages are the villages that are in control over the respective country. Because of it being the first many major clans reside in this village. Takeshi, Saruhan, Hugen, Hyuga, Inzuka, Akimichi, Nara, & Yamanaka clans all once lived here. Now the Takeshi clan was wiped out and Hugen slowly dwindled in numbers. Saruhan clan members dwindle in numbers as well. Known enemies are the Country of Earth and Country of Water. The people here are full of love towards one another and usually help each other. Generations of family bonds are formed within this village as well. Currently run by the 3rd KonoKen of the village, Saratobi Saruhan. He aims for peace throughout the world.
13 years ago the village was savagely destroyed by the hands of the 9 tailed Yokai. The attack left the villagers in fear and hatred towards the current Onen of the villagers regardless if they’re a kid. On this fatal night the Takeshi clan was wiped out and many other clans were nearly lost. This night will be remembered as the “Shadow Strike''. On the front end everything looks good, but behind closed doors a lot of dirt trails behind the village’s name. Although Spirit Hunters make the most money they pay back the most taxes. Everyone works and keeps the entire country running. The elderly stay in their homes peacefully to rest their life retired peacefully. Invasions are always thought about and treated highly. In order to keep them from coming too deep in the country, multiple Spirit Hunting Corps. formed around the country.
Clans;
- Hugen Clan: A clan now no longer a thing there people merged with the rest of the village and no longer existed. They were descendants of the first humans giving them unreal amounts of natural power.
- Takeshi Clan: Wiped out during the Shadow Strike, the Takeshi clan were a clan specialized in fire magic and have fast recovery rates. They also possess a crave for battle and power. Known wielders of the Senningan one of the Legendary three “Oculus Gifts”.
- Hyuga Clan: Possess the Yakugon and are naturally gifted in fighting magic.
- Yakugon: An oculus power that allows them to see the mana network that runs through the body of others. Clairvoyance is given to them a radius of 10 miles 360 view. Nearly like an outer body experience.
- Saruhan Clan: Members of this clan have abnormally high mana pools. Good at using all forms of magic.
- Inzuka Clan: Members of this clan are Elves and descendants of the Bunta Tribe. The Inzuka Clan are given the trait to speak with animals and spirits. They usually have a tame companion that follows them.
- Aburama Clan: Specialize in killing spirits and assassination this clan is usually involved with the Anbu Black Ops. They are trained at a young age to kill.
- Akimichi, Nara, & Yamanaka Clans: Clans who have pledged allegiance with one another creating an everlasting bond. Members of these clans are usually paired together in teams automatically. Akimichi are giants and currently only 3 reside in the village, they can alter their size thanks to Expansion Magic. Nara are shadow magic users and Yamanaka specialize in clairvoyance, telepathy and sealing magic.
Training Grounds:
Earth, a beautiful star in the cosmos when looked upon; even prettier in person with its vibrant colors. This earth among many through the multiverses is different, having special creatures. The spirits roamed the lands of the mortal realm, honestly beautiful peaceful creatures; seemingly placed on this planet for a reason. Then the “humans” came along, and there was a time of peace. Yet not peace because of understanding, yet out of fear; the humans were afraid of the sheer differences and powers the spirits came with. It was almost unbearable for the difference in mear numbers and strength the two species had.
Oh silly humans were blessed on their birthday as a whole and were given natural abilities that drained their staminas. It was then founded that the source of this power was all around the planet. It blew through the air and the environment. Instead of using the power to amend their ways of life with the spirits, they decided to go with a coup de main. This angered the spirits, which in turn sparked retaliation. For many years to come bloodshed and pain from both sides.
It’s unclear why the two species cannot coexist, but the thought is nearly taboo. Although few have tried the bonding between one another, they are outweighed by the many. Earth is not bound to one world in fact research shows Spirits come from another Dimension that’s attached to Earth. Spirits children of the stars…
The “Lands in Between”, or other known as the 5 great nations. The first country to form was the Land of fire, whose founder was Hagaromo Hugen. A clan with gifted warriors in the arts of magic. They were the creators of wood magic, and magma magic, both which are extremely advanced and rare magic. Some would say they were the true children of the gods due to their unfair battle prowess. Soon after the Land of Fire formed the Land of Stone followed, then Lightning, Water and lastly Wind. Hagaromo envisioned peace amongst the other countries in order to deal with their spirit problem. Coming to an understanding of the issues that the spirits possess was nothing to look over; birthing the 1st Great Magic War, Man vs Spirit.
In order for him to get the first foot in the door for his idea to work, Hagaromo sold the other countries a Yokai; letting the remaining four to foreign countries he deemed worthy. The humans had successfully won the war or so they thought. Yet another war stirred immediately after, Man vs Man; birthing of the 2nd Great Magic War. Unable to appreciate their gifts from the land of fire the four nations used them against the Fire. This war set the stage for the current hatred, the lands between are cursed with. This war would spand for years, leaving nothing but a trail of blood behind it. Spirits were no longer a problem due to the arrival of the Spirit Hunting Corp, forming everywhere. The Land of Stone and The Land of Fire constantly being the main contenders in the 2nd war. The two nations have a long track list of battles against one another. With the war ending due to the loss of troops and spirits popping up again, this time more aggressive than the last.
With the war ending its carnage, the people finally could rest and the next generation of Slayers could be born and trained. The 3rd Great Magic War started up once the Land of Stone decided to raid the Land of Fire and Lightning. Now currently they wage battle amongst themselves while, the children of the stars plot their next attack…
