BLADE Level: (What is your character's BLADE level? BLADE Level ranges from 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest. I would personally like to keep everyone at 8 or lower for this roleplay. Level simply shows your character's level of contribution towards BLADE's cause.)
Skell: (Must be BLADE level 4 or higher to have a Skell. You can use an actual Skell type from the game, or give yourself a custom Skell with its own unique design, as long as you give it a name. Include a picture in this case as well. All Skells at this point will be level 30.)
Class: (What is your character's class? Class information will be included below)
Weaponry: (What weapons are used by your character? These mostly relate to class, but I will allow some exceptions. You can also come up with your own weapon idea so long as it can relate to one of the weapon categories within the classes.)
Teammates/Allies/Acquaintances: (Who is on your character's main team, and who else is connected to them in some way? I don't require this right away, but this will help if you want to keep track of characters who are related to your own in some way.)
Additional information: (Is there anything else you'd like to add that I didn't include on the sheet? Put it here!)
Descriptions of important terms in the sheet
BLADE Divisions
BLADE Divisions determine your main job within BLADE. However, these aren’t restrictive, and you can often do whatever tasks you find necessary. You can also team up with people from other Divisions.
Pathfinders- Explore new territory and plant probes that NLA can use to extract Miranium or gain money through tourism.
Interceptors- Defend the city from any nearby monster threats.
Harriers- Battle powerful aliens as the city’s main offensive force.
Prospectors- Gather resources, mainly minerals (Miranium)
Reclaimers- Search for lost pieces of the White Whale to bring back to NLA
Curators- Explore newly discovered locations and find useful items to bring back to NLA
Outfitters- Help to develop new Ground Gear and Skell Gear.
Mediators- Assist in solving various problems within NLA, and help out its many citizens.
Classes
Your character's class will determine their fighting style, as well as the type of weapon they will generally use. New recruits are stuck with Drifter, although they can eventually upgrade to newer classes (Note: I'll be sticking to the final tier of classes since, as this isn't a stat-based Roleplay, the class upgrades are a little pointless)
Drifter- A jack-of-all-trades class that is typically used by new recruits in BLADE. Drifters use knives and assault rifles as their primary weapons. Upon mastery of this class, soldiers can become any of the following classes.
Duelist- A class focused on both offense and defense, with emphasis being health and power. Good for soldiers who wish to remain balanced in both regards. Duelists can use longswords and assault rifles.
Bastion Trooper- A class similar to the Duelist in terms of ability distribution, although Bastion Troopers are offered a different variety of weapons and are more focused on defense than offense, making for good tanks. Bastion Troopers can use shields and Gatling guns in battle.
Full Metal Jaguar- A class focused on speed and evasiveness, Full Metal Jaguars are soldiers who deal damage quickly, although they aren't able to take too many hits. Full Metal Jaguars use dual guns and dual blade sin battle.
Astral Crusader- Astral Crusaders focus on ranged attacks, using both melee weapons with long reach, and guns that can target foes from far away. Astral Crusaders use javelins and sniper rifles.
Mastermind- Masterminds play a support role, dealing various buffs and debuffs in battle. They can also control lesser enemies using their powerful Brainjack ability. Masterminds use knives and Rayguns in battle.
Galactic Knight- Galactic Knights also help to support allies, while also having various offensive abilities as well. Galactic Knights use Photon Sabers and Psycho-Launchers in battle.
Skells
Skells come in three main varieties: Light, Medium, and Heavy. Each affects how the Skell moves, and also how defensive it is. Light Skells move quickly in vehicle form, but aren't as defensive. Heavy Skells turn a little more slowly than Light Skells, but they can take more hits. There are nine different types of basic Skells, although I will also allow people to come up with their own Skell designs so long as they specify what weight class they're in. I've included hyperlinks on each name with a picture of the design, although colors can be changed if you'd like. Skells also come equipped with all sorts of weapons, including swords, spears, shields, guns, cannons, and more. I won't ask that you specify Skell equipment here to keep things a little more simple, but I do ask that you keep it reasonable with what you have on your Skell. No more than six different types of weapons, and they can't be lasers capable of destroying entire planets.
