As the title states I'm looking for other like-minded individuals that are interested in a character plot driven Zombie Post-Apocalypse style RP based off the book WWZ.
Knowledge of the book is not necessary, as the RP is rather self-explanatory, but just so we're clear. The book and the movie are totally unrelated other than title. There are no running, wall climbing zombies in this universe, and infecting yourself with another virus does not make you any less appetizing to a zombie.

This will be an Oral History of how your character has survived the Zombie Apocalypse. While the book takes place globally we will keep our universe restricted to North America, and depending on how many players join, likely only the United States.
The plot will develop over four phases: for RP progression, the first will transpire rather quickly, only a couple of posts to establish each person’s city and lifestyle, and character personality.
The second will be more development of characters and environment, progression of the virus and the social decomposition of the people around you.
The third will be the longest, less people, more dead, and fewer resources: this is the phase where people will start having to move further from their established safe homes to find fresh water and food.
The fourth will be dependent on how we feel as a group, it will be people finding each other across the country, lots of travel and loss until they find a ‘safe’ place to stay (I will be supplying this). This phase can last as long as we like, and at some point we can end the RP or revert back to phase two/three.

Independent Posting! For the first part of this RP you'll need to be capable of RPing alone; meaning unless you're going to find a partner to RP with directly (IE within the location you have selected to start) you'll have to work out posts for your character without interaction beyond your own NPC's (unlimited) |
