Digital Would anyone be willing to critique?

Falling down a Passerine research rabbit hole
I've tried getting critiques though DeviantArt, but it wasn't really my thing so I'm trying this!
This is a D&D character I made and, as of now, is my favorite and best piece.

Very nice! As for critiques... I would recommend either coloring your linework so that it blends more with the backdrop, or putting lines on the backdrop! The lightsource seems mostly consistent which is very nice! :D Maybe add a little very light accent to metal parts, since they shine more! ^^ I hope that helps some? <3

Hecc yea man thanks a bunch!

Melane.pngI tried making something kinda realistic? Idk man. First "realistic" attempt.

Ohhh I adore how the branch-horns look, that detail is great. :O :D

You have very creative character designs. I love them!

You may try to check some tutorials on foreshortening and proportions. Your portrait is great but mouth feels a bit out of place. Just tweaking its shape a bit would make it feel more realistic. But it's great for being a first attempt at realistic style!
What you may lack in technique will definitely come with practice because you're on the right track.
