I am hoping to get a group roleplay started here. I've posted to the appropriate thread and gotten some responses. That said I feel it is necessary to have some sort of Character Checklist for players to complete. That way everyone has at least the preliminary questions answered for themselves and others. I think I have a decent checklist but I would appreciate some feedback. Here is what I currently have in mind:
