Question: When I type something, and reload page, sometimes the text is saved. This wouldn't be a problem if my phone doesn't not delete quotes and such. 


My actual question though is how do I get rid of that option ?

The event you are experiencing is known as the draft system.  It saves your writing as if you were using a word processor.  Many people prefer it to work in case the page crashes for any number of reasons.  The draft system relies on the site's cookies.  But so does the theme of the site as well.  If you're using a customized RpNation theme but do not want to use the draft system, you may be out of luck.  I'm not sure whether there is any other way to disable it from saving the text you've written.
