I'm still reading everything but if it's not classified somewhere what is the extent of technology in the timeframe this is set in.

Ah, I believe I did not mention that anywhere, heheh, whoops. In regards to tech-level, it's roughly based on the late Middle Ages. Since Magic exists, things such as firearms haven't really been utilized, but they exist to some degree. I hope that makes sense?

So flintlocks maybe? I've been intoxicated with the idea of using a flintlock recently haha


They're so early, very unreliable, yet even so they were revolutionary and such a game changer in a fight if you had one.


Nothing like spinning away from a sword parry only to look back and find a flintlock leveled on you haha

Yeah, I'd be fine with flintlocks. They'd probably be a niche weapon though, so I imagine you'd only find them with someone with connections and money, or someone who made it themselves. But I'll leave the exact details to you (or anyone else wishing to go down that route (^.^))

By the by @Hex , can illusion magic be used to change the perception of a persons looks? I have a very.... special, yeah, let's call her that for now, character in mind that would do anything to keep her real age hidden.

I too have a character idea, for an older witch in her 40s, but my ability to commit is a little spotty right now. Good thing I have Atom to keep me on track.

Tell me about it, my thoughts went from young sociopathic witch to older HPD diagnosed {if this was modern} with a sadistic stroke and a reluctance to choosing an allegiance.
