Hey all, today is my little sisters birthday so i might not be on much today. I've read through the character sheets tho and I'm up to date with the OOC.

I have three things planned tomorrow. Clean my room, write my character and work. So I'll get those done tomorrow. As for Friday I'mma work out the lore so we know just what all we're getting into and I'll accept those characters I deem worthy. The hard thing is I wanna make this roleplay kinda close knit with a small cast of characters. I plan on accepting five maybe six people (Only six cause the CS's are so good) which gives me the burden of telling some people no. Literally the worst part of being GM, and now I know how it feels, is rejecting a character.

Hey everyone, first things first, I'd like to apologize about my inactivity this past day or two. My best friends in the Air Force and he just came back to town on his leave. So I've been spending a lot of time with him before he goes back to Lackland AFB on Monday. Now because of this I haven't been putting as much time into this roleplay like I should have. Do not fret though, I'm still committed to writing this story with y'all and if you guys are still wanting to do it then by all means lets do this. My character sheet will be posted today and hopefully some more information on the Lore page. Today is the deadline for character sheets and I'll be accepting those whom will be a part of this.
There is a limit of people that I want though, I'm probably going to accept 5 or 6 people and the others will have to be turned down. When I roleplay I like smaller group sizes as I think those games run smoother and there is more opportunity to develop and get to know each character. However, that being said, I do love each and every character that applied to the roleplay and I thank everyone who put their time in to make a character. That does, sincerely, mean a lot to me considering this is my first time ever starting a roleplay of my own. With this in mind I had the idea of using those characters whom don't get accepted, and, possibly, having them "hop" into the story as we go on. Then, just like they came into the story they'd leave and the original accepted characters would move on with the plot.

You are all good, you don't even have to read it, I just like to get feedback is all.
Also guys someone came to me and asked if they could make a character. I told them they could.
I'll be accepting those characters who I think fit the roleplay best. On top of that I like having characters in a party that I think would be interesting to read when they are together. Meaning opposite personalities, motivations, goals and differences of opinion. Basically two different characters that can learn from each other and help each other grow while maintaining a fun story.

Another thing, I've been thinking and I really do like all of the characters that applied to the roleplay. I honestly believe they'd all add to the story fairly well, the only problem is, some would add more where as others wouldn't add as much. That being said though I'm considering bringing in some of those characters whom will not be accepted and letting them play small little scenes. Kinda like a "cameo" of sorts where they add to the story then when their role is done they bow out and we continue with the main cast of characters. I'm not 100% on this yet and before i commit to anything I'd like to see how y'all feel about it before I lock in an answer.
Now, for my finale note/comment/question, how would y'all feel about starting the story at separate points? I have two ways that I planned on starting this story. The first was my original to start the story, basically we'd all start off at the same point and go from there. However, after reading through the CS's I think it possible (and probably a bit more interesting) if we all started in a way that would make sense to the character or story. This would essentially "Split" the party right at the start though and that's my only problem with it. We'd have to actively roleplay out the party forming together. Anyways, I know it ain't much (Cause I don't wanna spoil anything!) but what say you?

I agree with the cameo idea, its fair to those who don't make it into the rp. Plus it would be interesting to encounter them, even if briefly.
It honestly makes more sense to rp the formation of the party. For example since your witcher had saved the princess at some point and is tasked by the king to both find her, and break the curse, maybe he does find the princess and she insists on accompanying the witcher to break the curse, dragging the sorceress and hunter along with her. that could be a start? I dunno about the others and this is assuming we get accepted of course. I'm just speculating.
