Shinji is incredibly small and thin, he can easily be considered 'delicate' and that would be correct assessment of his physique.
Stance:
He tends to slouch a little bit due to slumping over his sketch pad and drawing tablet.
Skin tone:
Shinji is incredibly pale to the point of almost being snow white. This is due to him having been born with a condition that affects the pigment of his skin, as well as the color of his eyes and hair. (Shinji has Albinism to be precise.)
Eye color:
Shinji's eyes are a very light, almost translucent, blue to a light reddish pink in certain lights. He has dark rings around his eyes from sleepless nights staying up to finish his newest project.
Hair color/style:
His hair is a very light white and is very straight. It typically reaches down to his shoulders and is often times put up in a messy bun. He doesn't really care much for how good it looks other then it's presentable. Though he tries to put it up, it's usually still incredibly messy and there are a lot of loose strands outside of the bun that often get in his face.
How do they dress?:
Shinji dresses for comfort most of the time, so he can usually be seen wearing a hoodie and sweatpants of some kind. That said, he takes pride in supporting his favorite creators and is likely to be sporting some merchandise from his favorite anime or cartoon, typically on his undershirt or on one of his hoodies. Shinji also wears very typical square glasses to correct his vision, without them he is legally blind. His shoes are usually some form of slip on, he very much despises socks and will do everything within his power to avoid wearing them. His clothes are usually dark colored, as he doesn't really like wearing bright colors. He thinks they draw more attention to himself then his appearance already does. He often times wears a pair of headphones that he doesn't usually like to take off. He never leaves his house without them.
Distinguishing features:
Shinji has Albinism, so his entire pigmentation is rather noticeable. Other then that, he wears very stereo-typically nerdy glasses but isn't very noticeable otherwise.
Mannerisms:
Shinji is incredibly expressive when he starts speaking, if that counts. He often times bobs his head in sync to the beat of any music he's listening to right now. He has a bad habit of tapping his pencil/current writing utensil against something, typically a desk or his own thigh.
Speech patterns:
He often times tells people to 'move along' when he wants them to leave him alone.

Personality Traits
How do others describe your character?:
Many other people would probably describe him as a loner type. The 'typical starving artist'. Most people only really notice him through his pigmentation, and their thoughts on him usually end after his cold dismissal of them after this. However, to his followers on his art website, they would likely describe him as incredibly professional though very understanding.
How does your character describe themself?
"I'm not really all that special, honestly. You can move along. My appearance is probably the only reason anyone actually talks to me, it's kinda weird if you think about it. People think, 'that guys really white so he must be interesting' but I'm not, okay? You can leave me alone now. Please, just leave me alone. I'm an introvert, and I hate dealing with people, alright? Sure, I'm into art and stuff, but that's all. It's not like I'll create anything special, I'm just not that special. I'm kinda nerdy, you don't wanna hang around me. Please, just move along already."
Shinji believes himself to be rather uninteresting and average, and doesn't understand why people don't believe the same. Shinji identifies himself as a weeaboo with pride and will go on many rants to defend his husbando if anyone were to so much as to think they weren't as good as Shinji believes. As a self-proclaimed weeaboo, he also sees himself as an artist of sorts and that it is his duty to give back to the medium that has helped him get through so much in his life. He thinks of himself pretty nerdy, and he knows he's incredibly introverted. Though others may describe him as 'cold' he doesn't believe himself as such, and instead thinks he's simply 'burnt out' from meeting the wrong kinds of people.
Outlook on college:
Shinji doesn't believe it's fully necessary for everyone, but he does see value in going for a higher education. He's mostly going because he knows that most animation companies scout directly from college graduates, so for him it's just necessary.
What social situations does your character prefer?:
Shinji would prefer to go to conventions, like Comicon for anime nerds, so that he may be surrounded by who he considers his people.
Where does your character like to hang out?:
At home. Alone. Otherwise, he spends time at the local cafe. He'd like the warm atmosphere, and he wouldn't have to interact with many people there if he didn't want to. That, and he could always grab something to eat while he was there.
Does your character have a job?:
Not exactly, he occasionally will open commissions on his art website when he is pressed for money. Though otherwise he doesn't have a currently stable job.
Significant people in your character's life:
He doesn't really speak with his parents anymore, they didn't approve of him choosing to pursue art as a career so they show their shame very clearly. He has an older sister named Chie whom he looks up too and spends a lot of time with on weekends. Chie is a pediatriction at a local hospital, she's 25.

  How do they dress? Depends on the day. Usually it's informal t-shirts and jeans, but sometimes she goes for a feminine, punk flare.

  Mannerisms: Bites her nails when anxious or bored, runs a hand through her hair when talking to people she takes an interest in.

• How do others describe your character? People who don't know her well see an awkward introvert who greatly lacks a social life and needs help functioning in society. Others see her as a depressed punk with nothing better to do with her life. But her friends see the quirky, awkward-but-in-a-cute-way, loving spirit that she truly is.
  How does your character describe themself? "I dunno, I'm pretty fun, pretty gay. I'm kind of boring, and my small friend circle seems to agree. But I will admit I'm pretty good at making people smile." AJ looks down on herself completely, she doesn't think she deserves friendship, and assumes anyone that wants to be her friend is doing so out of pity. She doesn't see herself as a loner, rather just a person who didn't get out much as a teenager and who desperately needs friends.
  Outlook on college: College is punishment. Due to her wild streak throughout middle and the early years of high school, she was moved to being home schooled. Everything that followed this has only added to her misery. As her personality went from rebellious teen to broken adult, her parents attempts to get her to socialize again became null and void. So, what would any parents in a rich family do to make their kid socialize? Send them back to school.
  What social situations does your character prefer? Small groups of people that she's close to. Anything else is out of her comfort zone.
  Where does your character like to hang out? Quiet places, like the library or the outdoors. It makes it easy for her to calm her anxiety, as well as keep an eye on potential friends. Typically she follows her friends where they go, though, so finding her in the library or under a tree is about a 50-50 chance if she has friends.
  Does your character have a job? She works at the local coffee shop as a barista.
  Significant people in your character's life: Any of her friends are the most significant people she can think of.
