Billy is attractive, and he knows it. He has the long, curly blonde hair, his friendly brown eyes, along with the charming smile to top it all off. His hair was originally brown, however, he dyed it blonde to go for a 'new look'. His body type isn't overly muscular, but it's not slim and undefined either. Billy stands at 5'11 weighing around 170-175 lbs. His clothing style is usually whatever the first thing he puts his hands on in his closet, so you could say he doesn't care about what he wears. Billy is a wild card. If you're not friends with him, you probably know him as the reckless, annoying guy who won't stop getting into trouble. It's not like he does this stuff on purpose, but it's just so easy to tick people off now-a-days. He has no filter, so if he thinks you're ugly, he'll say you're ugly. But he also knows when to lie and say certain things to get his way. He's very arrogant at times, and often forgets that he's not invincible and can get hurt. Billy's a natural flirt, so it's no surprise to see him always around girls, flirting with them and trying to get into their pants. Sometimes he forgets he has a girlfriend, but she does exist, which is why Billy never sleeps with the girls he flirts with. However, if you saw the way he treated his girlfriend, you'd probably wonder why they were together. I mean, it's not like Billy pays her much attention, or treats her like a princess and all that crap. In fact, he doesn't even know why they're together. Maybe it's for the sex, who knows. He's never cheated on her, except that one time during the educational trip with Boy #3, and that one time when she was away, but he doesn't count those as cheating because she knows about them now.
If you are friends with Billy, well, he's pretty much the same way. Don't expect him to open up to you, because his feelings are all shoved under a layer of arrogance, and they aren't resurfacing anytime soon. He'll probably try to rope you into one of his grand schemes, resulting in either one or both of you getting into trouble. You could probably expect to hear him say a few offensive remarks, although he doesn't mean most of the stuff that comes out of his mouth. And even if he'll never admit it, Billy is human, and he does have feelings, and he does care about his friends. He may be rude to them, and pick at their insecurities, and generally act like a complete asshole, but he still does care. He just has a very funny way of showing it. He's closest to his sister, so if he ever did want to open up to someone, it'd most likely be her. Their parent's divorce and custody battle has made Billy close himself off a bit more, but it also helped him grow closer to his sister, and start to trust her more.
