Jared Garfield is a multi-millionaire mogul who decided to use a sum of his grand fortune to surprisingly answer the young millenials prayers. Across the United States, Garfield swiftly brought up empty lots and used his in his own words "pocket change" to build modern yet affordable housing, you know something the government should be doing but instead continue to raise prices cause they don't know how to control their own spending. Garfield recently purchased and built a loft in Charlotte, North Carolina and applications for the units have already been submitted before the building was even completed. Loft sizes range from studio units to three-bedroom units, studios being the less priced and three-bedrooms being the highest priced. Applications are still being accepted and reviewed for the units but the chances of living in the building are slim. Although the criteria for being eligible to occupy a unit is somewhat demanding, the pricing and financial requirements are manageable. Better hurry cause units are filling up fast and you want to get in before they're all gone.
Hello! Logastellus here with a casual detailed apartment style roleplay. I have decided to post a new interest check to get more member to join the roleplay. There will be three slot open to apply for. Listed below is the units that are occupied and the ones that are vacant. Your characters can either already be living in the loft building or are newcomers. There are no first come first serve or saving spots in my roleplay. If I happen to have a gm they will have seniority on which slot they want. Please make sure to use real face claims and please be realistic on jobs/careers for your character. Once characters are accepted there will be a link to the discord dm'd to the following members and there we will commence with planing out events and plots for said characters. Please be diverse in your characters, no mary/gary sues. I will go into more detail about my regulations in the rules section. A little bit more information about the slots are listed below. Please remember this is a casual yet detailed roleplay. This means that grammatical errors should be minimal. One liners are not accepted period. A minimum of two paragraphs is required per post. Please refrain from using unrealistic plots to only focus on your character, no bunnying/godmodding other users characters are allowed. There will be a section in the discord for creating plots for future events in the roleplay that I would like all that are accepted to participate in. Any inactivity for two weeks without notice will results in a termination of your character if accepted.
Do not join if you are not going to commit to the roleplay.

Realistic face claims are mandatory no exceptions. Please refrain from using content creators as your face claims. Any person using content creators (youtube and tiktok) as their face claims will automatically be disqualified from the roleplay. Please be diverse with your characters as well.

Please be respectful to everyone in the roleplay, any form is disrespect will have immediate action taken by myself or my co-gms. We do have fun and act goofy and ridiculous in the discord though.

This is not a first come first serve roleplay. There are fifteen slots, there will be a discord link submitted to all the accepted characters. If there is a slot that you are interested please keep in mind that there will be multiple users applying for the same slot. Do not feel discouraged because of this.

This roleplay will have mature content and themes. All characters will be over the age of twenty. If you are not over the age of seventeen please do not join this roleplay. There will be themes of drug/alcohol use, romantic themes, mature language, and trigger events.

There will be a link to the discord, once in set up your characters "bot". This bot will be used to play out events such as group or private conversations.
