Realistic or Modern When Two Justice Systems Collide - Characters

Name: Tucker "Tuck" Rosman
Gender: Male
Age: 33
Height: 6'1, but usually slouches and appears 5'9
Appearance: (face claim to be added when im not on my phone)
Likes: games, puzzles, learning new things, spontaneity
dislikes: rules, boredom, sitting still for too long, being inactive
Strengths: slight of hand, computer skills, reading people
Weaknesses: cant resist making bad puns, easily distracted at times, is somewhat lazy
Extra info:
- Tuck doesnt seem to enjoy his desk job working for *organization TBD*, but has been known to get absolutely enthrawled by some cases
- Tuck spends his free time at work experimenting with whatever his current interest is at the time, such as card tricks, magic handcuffs, and other types of slight of hand
- if you let him get started, Tuck will ramble on and on about his interests, and so tries to keep a lot on it while in a professional setting
- Tuck masquerades as the thief known as "Redhood", and above all else enjoys leading those around him at work on a wild goose chase, seeding just enough real info into his falsified reports to keep them on the trail but ensure he is never caught. Alter ego info:
Alias: "Redhood", a reference to both Robin Hood, who is known for stealing from one group and giving to another, and red riding hood, who is known for being chased by but ultimately escaping a wolf.
MO: stealing high-value or rare items, and later returning them to the scene of his next crime. Leaving a note several days in advance to warn the police of his future crime.
Hidden skills/quirks:
- Tuck took several years of gymnastics and parkour lessons, so he can be quite nimble and agile when he wants to be. Of course, in his everyday life, he keeps this info a secret, and pretends to be clumbsy and stiff.
- Tuck likes to tease people and poke fun at any weaknesses he can find in their armor. More often than not, he is calling out whoever is heading the investigation for some sort of personal hangup, or simply their inability to catch him.
- much like how Tuck can't resist making terrible puns, he also cant resist making in-jokes that only make sense if you know his true identity. He does this to both give tiny hints to the investigators, and to entertain himself.
- Tuck always makes sure he has a cover story as to why he's unavailable on the day/night that "Redhood" commits his crimes. These range from simply being off shift to being out of the country at some sort of geek culture event.
