Other What's a video game you love but can't beat?

(Just thought of another) Pokemon Blue for Gameboy. I still have it. It still works. I still have a gameboy. But it's not so much that it's too hard to beat, I just keep restarting it after I get to a certain place. I like to usually chalk it up to "perfectionism", but when I really think about it I feel like I just never want to finish the game so that the adventure will always be going!

This is going to be really odd, but for me it's the legendary starfy. It's a really easy game, but the final sequence forces you to do some really intense button mashing which I couldn't do as a kid and I'm to scared to do it now since it was the reason why my A button broke on my DS and I don't want to break my 3DS.

I don't know if it's can't so much as won't at this point, but I've played through Final Fantasy 8 to the final boss, like, five times at this point and have never finished the game.

100% any Rockstar or Bioshock game. Fighting games to a lesser degree, but I've already tried 10 different characters in DoA and I always reach a wall where I just can't improve anymore

I have wasted ~100 hours of my life on this game because I refuse to play on easy mode.

I love Ark: Survival Evolved, but I'll be darned if I've ever survived past the "easy" areas. This might have something to do with the fact that I always play it singleplayer.

Also, my PSP broke, so now even if I did get better at the game somehow, I'd still never be able to beat the game.

Silent Hill 2 because I am awful at controlling James so I end up spending like 2 hours turning in a friggin’ circle in the stairwell trying not to get killed by Pyramid Head. And then I get killed by Pyramid Head and start the cycle all over again

Me and platformers are incompatible. I still like MegaMan series a lot. But playing them is a torture for me.

I'm a huge fan of the horror genra in general, but my anxiety makes me quit everytime i try in video games. (I shouldn't still even try at this point. Yet here i am, crying and wrapped up in blanket but still trying to play. Yeah i must be kinda dumb.)

Haven't played it in years, but I remember always getting stuck at SOME part, until I would eventually just look up how to get past certain areas online. I mean, I loved the game, but dang...
