What are topics and how are they supposed to be used. Are they just the new way to make tabs? Also, how do I remove one posted by another user in one of my forums?

What are topics?

Topics is another word for threads. Tabs no longer exist.
If you are on the new RP system, you can moderate all the topics in your thread and hide ones that don't belong.
