Literature What are the Fantasy series you could recommend?

Recently I wanted to binge a Fantasy series but the massive entries and multiple volumes put me out of it(WoT, Discverse, Cosmere.)
I don't mind trilogies at all and I'm willing to settle at 5 books though that may be pushing it.

As for setting I'm looking for, it would be XX cent. and times before that. Doesn't matter if it's high or low fantasy.

The Roots of Chaos series by Samantha Shannon is excellent.

It has several volumes, but the books are not very long.
