So Im trying to access the off site ad section and even tho ive commented on 10 posts, which if im right, comments/replies can be posts, im still not able to access the page.

Hi! Posts are replies to public threads (or posting new threads).
However, Profile posts, private messages and threads within #forumgames and Private Workshop sections don't count.
Edit: I see you have 11 posts now, it should be enough to access Off-site Ads. Give it a few more minutes up to 1 hour for permissions to update.

Hi there! Some posts don’t count towards your post count! For example, posts in sections like Forum Games don’t really count towards your messages on public forums. Posts in Extra Pages, Group and 1x1 RPs (both IC and recruitment posts) do count tho.
