Amethyst Lightwood
{Getting the very first letter from Pyrite}
She was in her room, high up in one of the apartment complexes in Toivoa, the capital of Angeila also were all the Healia and Council live. She was looking out the window that dominates her back wall, facing the busy airways of the city. Angli rushing from tower to tower. The sun blazing through the window shining against her stark white hair. She brushed her hair out of her face and leaned her head on the window, her hands resting on her lap when she heard a knock on the massive birch door behind her. She nearly fell out of her chair as she didnt suspect visitors today. She walked to the door and opened it slightly to see a short chubby man with a letter held out to her. She smiled and took it quickly, nodding thanks to him. She listened to him fly off before sitting back down in her chair. She popped open the wax seal on the envelope and pulled out the paper inside. The letter read:
Roses dyed black.
Stones dyed Gold.
Together or Nothing.. hes here waiting..
Was all the letter said and she was confused. She looked at the envelope and read where it was from.. West View. Her wings fluttered slightly as she read the letter over and over. She knew it was a cryptic message but about who? She thought about people she knew that had to deal with black and gold when her mind revealed the answer. Her brother Pyrite, a former Dark Angli before he was never to be seen again. "He is dead but then how could this be unless its a coincidence..? No its him.." She thought to herself.
She pondered a couple more questions before settling down and writing back to the person who sent this. After writing the letter she sealed it in an envelope and opened her massive door. She walked out of the apartment she lived in with her foster parents, careful to keep her wings close not to knock over anything. She flew out the other door careful to avoid other Angli flying around. The sun made her dark skin sparkle, and she was smiling. She landed at the Post Offices Balcony not to soon after flying. It was in on of the lower towers, closer to the ground than her apartment was.
She opened the door, the bell above ringing in a very annoying away. She walked up to the lady at the desk and held out her letter. The lady nodded, taking it into her hand and dropped it down a chute on the far wall. Amethysts heart was racing as she waved bye, walking out of the Office. She decided against going home and shot up into the air from the Balcony scanning the area for the Libraries elegant step up.
It was a little bit higher up from the Post office and about a tower away, so it was pretty easy to get into to. She landed with a quiet thump and went and got a couple fantasy books. She checked them out and walked back out of the Library, she looked up at the sky and realized how late it was getting and hurry and flew home. Her parents not yet home from their council jobs, she decided to go back to her room.
Pyrite Ayton
Pyrite paced around the garden in the back of the school. The forest loomed over his side, shadowing him and the garden he was attempting to grow. He was starting to get frustrated with the plants as they have not sprouted yet and its been weeks. He had planted them when he sent out a letter to Amethyst, his sister. He knew she might not reply as she probably did not remember him. He ran his hand through his hair and let out a frustrated sigh. He closed his eyes and tried to calm down. He knew Amethyst might not want to come but he sent word to her about him being alive and not dead hoping she would come. Of course he didnt say it was him writing the letter as that could get him caught by the Council of Angli but it was obvious for her.
He spread his midnight wings which were resting on the ground in an awkward way to relieve their soreness. He went flying the morning before trying to find newer plants within the forest. He turned to the large wooden boxes that held many seeds and a whole lot of dirt. His dark black shirt was making him hotter in the sun so her rolled up his sleeves reveling the spirals of roses and skulls dancing along his arms. As he bent down and grabbed a watering tin a office assistant what reaching his part of the field. She stopped a good couple feet away and Pyrite stood up out of the dirt and brushed his pants off. He gave the assistant a questioning look and she scrambled to grab a letter out of the satchel on her side. She held it out to him.
He took it quickly and read the person who had addressed it to him and his eyes went wide. He quickly opened the letter and read it. His eyes scanning it hungrily to see if she would consider coming here. Of course he could convince the Head Mistress to get Amethyst an invite to the school..

Cami had been in her room looking in her closet for a good outfit. Today she was going to get her freedom back and escape the living hell that was her own home. For so many others, home was safe, a refuge where they knew they could be without having to worry about being hurt...Same with family. But for Cami, it was the exact opposite. She would do anything just to get away from them. She finally found the perfect clothes to wear and she looked out her window to see if anyone was outside and luckily, no one was. Cami hurried to put on a white sweater with black leggings then put her mid-length hair in a ponytail. As she looked around her room there wasn't much of anything to pack with her. The outfit she had just put on was one of her only ones ever since her father went crazy. She only sighed a bit and grabbed the acceptance letter from West View that she had hidden under her pillow. She was ready now.
She grabbed a bronze hanger that she had bent and twisted into a useful tool. She picked the lock to the window and jumped down. It wasn't such a smart idea to go leaping out the window considering that her room had been on the second floor. Cami landed in a crouch then stood and brushed her clothes off as she looked down at herself. "Oh no.. no no no no no." She mumbled as she realized that her leggings had gotten ripped and her knees were scraped badly.
She then froze as she heard someone approach. She had been too caught off guard to run and saw her father's wife look her right in the eyes. For a moment the lady didn't move or talk so Cami felt she should say something. "I-I'm sorry mom, please don't tell dad!" She pleaded but the lady only smiled as she walked over. It was now clear that she was carrying something..but what was it.
The older lady gave Cami two bags, both filled. Cami looked at her confused and unzipped one bag. It was full of clean and nicely folded clothes with a few care products on top of it. She then turned and opened her other one which was filled all the way with all types of snacks and microwavable foods. The lady then suddenly hugged Cami then held a finger to her own lips as she stepped away from the young girl as if saying not to tell.
The older woman then turned and walked back inside the house. Cami silently thanked her step-mother for her help and kindness though why she would do such a thing was unclear to her. She didn't dwell on it too long since she had to go to her stop now before she was late for her ride. Cami then sprinted away from the house as she tried to navigate her way to her destination. She already knew this would be the beginning to her new life and could barely wait to see how it started.

As Jason was in his mother’s hospital room talking to her she would cough,”Promise.....me......that.....” he held her hand. “Mom I’ll do anything just-....don’t go I’ll be all alone....” he said sniffling as she held his hand. “I......love you” He started to cry as the heart beat sensor went to 0. He would cry all alone doing what he had now promised to his mom.
As Jason was in the carriage his stomach kicked once again he open a bottle that would read,”Happy pills” he would take one and would look outside he wasn’t doing this because he wanted to but because he promised his mom.
As he turned his head to see the other girls as he place his finger in his mask saying,”Shhhhh”

Jasons carriage moved ahead and quickly appeared at West View, stopping at the gates. The time had barely passed from when he entered as if it didn't even leave to begin with. The driver jumped down and opened the door for the boy. "Welcome to...this place." The driver said in a deep and husky voice. "Please wait here as we gather more students and stay on the property. Once you leave there may be no turning back. Once it is time the headmistress will address you and invite you inside." He then jumped back onto his place on the seat of the carriage and vanished.

As Jason got out of the carriage he had a bag on his shoulder as he waited for more kids to appear, he was just here to run the student council and take control of them and make the descions or just be in the council, of course he was able to get in the council who would reject him? He would place his hands in his hoodies pockets as he let out a sigh, a little bit of mist would come out his mouth even though it wasn’t even cold.

After she recieved her letter in the mail, she started to back. She dint have much so she had a light duffle bag with clothes and her music equipment. Her cello at her side. She picked up the bags and walked out of her door. Her snow white wings were flapping quietly as she flew to were the carriage would pick her up. She could hardly believe she could see her bother again. She was clutching the letter in one hand and the cello in the other, the duffle bag slung over her shoulder.
She wished her parents bye the night before as tye had to leave to the Council, they were glad she was going to be able to make friends at a new school. She had a smile on her face when she landed at the stop. Her heart was beating fast as she scanned the area looking for who she was riding a carriage with and spotted them. She folded in her wings so they rested on the road and nodded to the girl without saying much.
Nimue Bloodwite
She was packing quickly. She just got a ltter in the mail to go to a school to esacpe this hell called her home. She was quick to pack, not much but a duffle bag of her favorite clothes and her snake, honeysuckles things. She held out her arm to the Inland Taipan whom she has grown attached to and the snake slithered off her bed post and up her arm to drap over her shoulders, her tail curling around Nimues arm. Nimue smiled, her fangs flashing and threw on a cloak to hide her identity.
She looked at the letter and at the window within her room, it was starting to get light outside so no one would be up. She crept out of her room, Honeysuckles tounge flickering slightly to taste the air and then settled into the crevice of her neck. Nimue walked quickly down the hall from her room rounding corners upon corners to the main staircase, and into the ballroom. The massive doors on the other side, so close to escape! She hurried down the stairs, her boots slapping the quartz slightly and then she was out.
She let her eyes adjust to the outside and she hurried down the pathway to the main gate. She quickly opened it and was hurrying down the road to her stop. It was about a mile away and when she finally reached it she was out of breath. She quickly pulled her hood up to cover her face and mainly to hide Honeysuckle from view of pass byers. She was going to escape the hell forced upon her and she prayed to Lys her father wont find her here.

sam was startled to see the note infront of him when he awoken in the woods he thought his father had initially caught up with him and this was a way to rub it in but as he searched out for his fathers mind he realised this wasnt true and hesitantly opened the letter and frowned at its contents it was invitation to a place. a school of sorts but who in their right mind would someone like hime in a place like that? there was a reason the city of aroughes was no longer found on the map and instead you found a large smoldering crater instead of the vibrant city people once lived but then he realised something else that this could be a place of safety even if it was temporary but then again how would he get their exactly its not like hes ever heard of this place before but who cares it was something to do in the meantime atleast and set off in search of either the messanger or the place

Elena stood out side of her mansion gates waiting to be picked up. She was honestly quite excited though she certainly felt the pressure. Her parents made it very clear she was to make good grades and that her magic had better improve. Though they were strict she knew they meant well. The Nevermore name was very important and you did not want to be the weak link in such a family. As she waited her familiar Luna, a black cat, suddenly appeared next to her. "Oh haha sorry girl almost forgot you. I'm not even sure if this school allows pets so you'll have to stay in your other form for now." Elena picked up Luna and with a snap of her fingers Luna suddenly became necklace. Elena put the necklace on and the cat's eyes on the necklace glowed red. "Oh come on stop complaining besides it's easier to carry you around like this. The cat's eyes red eyed glow faded and Elena got on her phone as she waited for her ride.

both were staying in their apartment when they recieved 2 letters both of the contents identicle but addressed to both. initially kai was quite scepticle about going and after reading a few lines decided against it completely but luca saw this as a good oppertunity to stay somewhere that didnt smell and had nice people our age and who knows mabye kai can meet some actuall people besides grumbling in a corner so after much pleading he finally agreed and they set off splitting up for their carriages

She was still smiling and relaxed a little, this person looked friendly. "I think it will be good. Its going to be better than home thats for sure." She signed and thought about her brother. She has been searching for him for years and know she could reunite with him. She extended her hand to Luca, her fingers curled slightly.

Central sighed as she jumped down from a tree branch. She had decided to get a breath of fresh air before heading off to her carriage stop when she spotted someone in the distance. She smiled widely and jumped down onto his shoulders while holding onto him tightly so if he attempted to throw her off he'd also be putting himself off balance. "Sup buddy, you look like fun. Where you headed?" She asked him with piquing curiosity.
Mia turned in circles. "Great, you're already lost, that's just AMAZING," Mia thought to herse;f as she made her way down a path until she saw a carriage suddenly appeared by her. She flinched a bit as the man jumped down and opened the door. "I believe your name is Mia Baxter correct?" The rider asked her. Mia only nodded in response and the man smiled as if pleased that he was right. "Come right in, I'll take you to Westview. Oh! and I'm your driver, call me Raymond." He gave a small smile as she once again nodded and got in the carriage. The rider then got in his place as the carriage disappeared from it's spot, reappearing by Kai.

Frank would look at the gate and examine it,”Huh, that’s nice metal they have.....” He would then turn around to see fin anyone was here yet, nope just him again. He was getting bored now, he would freeze the ground and would slide on it for fun purposes.

She removed her hand after a second, and was still smiling brightly. She looked up at the sky and watched the clouds move by. Her hair caught in the winds and she closed her eyes, tipping her wings to the air a bit. She wasnt used to being on the ground as her city was high in the sky.

Jason would turn his head to cami as he smiled beneath his mask,”Hello.....” he would cross his arms ready for a response from the girl, he would examine her and guess her power hopefully getting it right from her she’s didn’t look like too much though.
