Hi!

I'm pretty excited to get back into roleplaying with others. Been doing it for awhile, but recently took a break because I could never find anyone dedicated and willing!

You can call me Lady, I am 30 years old and I live in Texas. I like many different topics to roleplay, from fandom to original concepts. I tend to write a couple of paragraphs, more if I have something to work with. I dont mind planning out the rp, but not to the point that it dies before it even starts. I am pretty laid back and dont mind ooc chat in the slightest.

My favorite types of rps are romances, but not quick, smutty romances. I like the kind that build and burn and have tragedies. I can play male or female, but prefer to play female.

Um...I've run out of things to say at the moment...

No, I'm not, especially if thats the name of a previous account or something like that. First time on this site. Used to be on Gaia a lot, however I grew bored there since it doesnt focus on RPs as much as it used to.

No, no, haha. It's a term for those who play Vampire: the Masquerade or Requiem. The Invictus are a group of fancy people in it, so I thought I'd see xD

Ah I see, no unfortunately I never got into that one. I think I tried but I was so...out of touch? Unfamiliar with the source, maybe? That I couldnt get into it.

It's not for everyone, that's for sure, and it can vary by who's "leading" it, too, as I've been in games with either that just haven't been good, and then I've been in epic ones. Like Dungeon and Dragons and any other tabletop or LARP thing, it varies immensely from story to story.

Its all about what you like and/or are familiar with I suppose. I can play a decent vampire, but with all those rules I was facing I was terrified of messing up someone else's story or experience.

I know! It can get difficult keeping track of'em, as with any system of rules. I think that's why I've flocked to forum and writing-based RPs, haha. Honor systems are more fun.

Exactly! I dont mind rules, but when there are too many to remember...it makes it difficult and limiting, in my opinion.
