Fantasy Welcome to the Pantheon (Reboot - Always Accepting!)

[QUOTE="RedTeam Grif](Hey, watching horror movies a lot really warps the mind)

((I think they are kinda funny))

[QUOTE="RedTeam Grif]Maw snorted his answer, his short and stout tail wagging so hard the rest of his body wiggled and moved.

Tyr smiled and brought the beetle to his chest, squeezing him happily.

Maw had a huge smile on his face. The size of his mouth and head helped out to make his smile freakishly big. He bumped his scaled head against Tyr's chest, effectively curling up and stuck his head inside the jacket.

"I love you too, buddy."

Maw tilted his head. He tried to form the letters, though he just couldnt speak. It was near impossible for him. He wished he could be big!

((Guys, guys OOC chat, pretty please xD ))

"I know you didn't, I just thought you'd be happy to know what your dear son is up to, mother." Elio retorted, trying not to pull his hand away from her. He felt as if someone was pressing dry ice against his skin, making him shiver to his bones.

"Ah mother, but why give you the pleasure of seeing yet another god lick your boots." The sun god hissed through gritted teeth. He wasn't planning on seeing her as potential danger. To him she was more like a bad, bad fever. It comes, you suffer, but you know you will survive and after a while it leaves as suddenly as it appeared and your life can return to the way it was before.

Still as he watched her walk away, his future vision sent ice through his blood. He had to find his sister. Now.

@Delacare
Nox had only been there a few minutes, and already she was having a blast. She had some fun in store for her wayward moon, but first she wanted to see who else was lurking in the city.

Opposed to searching for herself, she opened up her vessel slightly and let her presence wash over the entirety of the city for a brief moment, just enough to say she would like some company.

"I wonder if anyone will bite."

"Talk and I'll understand. You know that, right, boy? I have spent the last thousand years with you."

Maw nodded. Hmm, he could try to talk again. It took him half of forever to try to get his words right. Then, he did it! "Me grow big?" He did growl throughout some of it.

"Well, I'm afraid not too big. You might destroy everything."

Maw seemed sad at that. He wanted to be the biggest! It took him a while again before speaking, "How big I grow?"

Maw snorted when he smelled something and squirmed out of Tyr's arms and took off running down a hallway. He saw something that caught his attention easily, a big dark gray furry thing flicking slightly. It was peeking out from around a corner and Maw crouched down and slunk toward the thing. When he was close enough he jumped, sinking his claws in the fur and bit down. There was a loud yelp that startled poor little Maw, and suddenly he was hit with a lot of force that knocked him into a wall. When he opened his eyes he was face to face with sharp teeth. He squeaked, pressing himself against the wall as the wolf barked loudly.

She had felt his presence and other's the moment she opened her own to search the area. She flipped her hair over her shoulder and greeted him with a blinding smile.
"Well, if it isn't my little scientist. It's been a while Fireballs how's the lab treating the assistant?" She was barbing him from the get go, but to anyone else, it looked like two old friends meeting up after a long time apart.
Ilim had been quiet during Nox and Elio's conversation, but now that he had left he turned again to Nox, refusing to take the bait.

"My assistant, Nox?" He refused to call her mother and always had. "If you mean Munashe she's...she was my wife. She's..." Gone the way of mortals. Passed on. Left him wondering where time goes. "She's gone. Also I don't have the money for a lab right now. Between jobs at the moment."

He looked at the now blue sky. "So what brings you to our fair city?"

Nox appeared beside him. In the same outfit, but with a blood orange dress and black accessories.

"Oh poor dear. I told you marrying a mortal would not turn out alright. I am sorry, for her. She wasted her entire life with you knowing you could never do the same. Tragic really." She feigned sadness and even let a tear slip.

Several nearby women gaped as they realized that she wasn't wearing any make-up and still looked like that.

"I already told Elly there. I'm just here to log everyone's progress, and maybe give some humans a bit of my darkness to play with. They aways find the most... interesting ways to use it you know."

Ilim sighed, trying to put aside her jab about Munashe. Typical Nox, then. Ilim had been the second god to meet Nox and he had disliked her from the start. In fact, he didn't know what infuriated him the most. Her condescending ways, her insistence on being called Mother, or everyone going along with that simply because she had, allegedly, been there first. The worst thing was that there was nothing to do about it. Nox rarely listened to anyone.

"Whatever then. Try not to upset too many people or I'll know. Look around for a bit, how many natural things can you find in the city? I'll let you think on that." He looked at his watch. "Urgh, now I've missed the breakfast menu. The café I was going to has these wonderful Danish pastries from 4 o'clock til 9. Oh well, their cinnamon rolls are good as well, I suppose." He smiled at her and gave a mocking salute before turning and walking onwards to the café.
