He had heard news that the old house that was empty the whole time while he lived there was finally getting moved into. It was a nice neighborhood. He hadn't heard about the family had a daughter who was around the same age, attending the same school as him. In a matter of fact he didn't even see her when he watched moving trucks and what he assumed to the older couple moving. She was literally so fucking small it could be easy to miss her.

It really was true what people say about people of japanese/asian type of backgrounds being tiny like really when he had seen her she couldn't have weighed much more than a 100. Was she really in even highschool? 17? Honestly.

She stepped onto his porch knocking on the front door it being a wednesday and school had gotten out a few hours ago, giving him plenty of time to get home. She waited for the man to answer and gave him a light innocent smile. "Hello, my name is Saiyuri.. My parents requested that I introduce myself to the neighbors.." She spoke quietly clearly being as shy. She bowed slightly before standing back up pointing at the house a moving truck still in front of it. "I just moved into that house. It's a pleasure to meet you."

There was a knock at his door, It startled him a bit since no one really bothered to do so. It was always extremely quiet in his house, making it seem louder than his own thoughts. Hisashi answered the door to see the small female before him, once she bowed, a wide, slightly creepy smiled crossed his face for a moment just until she looked up. "Well hello there.." His alternate personality took over so he wouldn't seem suspicious of anything. There was a part of him that was self aware of his behavior sometimes, especially after hearing the rumors. "I didn't know the people moving in there had a daughter around my age, you look so...umm...small..." Hisashi lifted a hand to just under his nose, a small chuckle escaping him. The male walked outside his door, shutting it so the two would stand on his porch. Something about the inside of his house was that of a secret to strangers.

"What brings your family here?"

She stared up at him, not laughing at the small comment considering she got it all the time and it's funny after so many times then it starts to get under her skin. "My father got called out here for job purposes." She said answering his question, not going into anymore detail that. Her hair was so white it looked like snow, it being unnatural. It probably was. "I hid away until my parents forced out of my home. It's easy for me to hide because I'm so fu- small." She smiled innocently like she wasn't about swear at all. "I'm sorry I didn't catch your name?" She said despite being small she seemed sassy.

He leaned against the wall, staring down at her, she really was small. "The names Hisashi." The male smiled and grinned a bit, although kind of hesitant. The minute Saiyuri would find out about him at school she would for sure stay away, just like everybody else did...

The two's hair blew in the late spring breeze, making him finally think about how strange her hair colour was, unlike his, plain brown, It piqued and interest in her, as if she was a rare prize of some sort. "Job purposes, huh..." His words faded a bit into thoughts, she seemed reluctant to say any more about it. Though, he dared to ask. "What kind of job purposes, if you don't mind me asking?" His expression faded into a soft one, hoping to not come across as prying too fast. This girl....she was different than others somehow..

"Hm? Oh. You can ask him yourself." Nice, get the creepy tall dude to meet your father, playing it smart. "You remind me of the kids he works with." When she said kids it sounded like she meant little toddlers if he was a preschool teacher or something. Maybe they moved for the demand of teachers.

"He's dead now though." She smiled at him innocently, she was fucked up. Or maybe she wasn't and a small child just died from some diease or a car crash. "So sadly you can't meet the boy, he lived here in the states. Which state? I don't know. He had brown hair and made fun of my height. Just. Li-" She cut herself off. "Would you like to talk to my father over dinner?"

Whatever she was doing, it was like she toying at him. Maybe it was the height thing. Whatever it was that triggered inner bitch to come out it was there. The invite for dinner seemed sudden but she didn't seem to think twice about it.

Hisashi looked at her like she was crazy, although being a bit of a hypocrite. A strange expression of confusion came over him, she was kind of...rude? No, that wasn't the right word, blunt, yes she was very blunt. The male opened his mouth as if he was about to speak but he only twitched and scratched his nose in the now awkward air. Was she mocking him? She was mocking him, she was onto him! She knew everything about him already and it had to be some sort of fate that brought them together. She was far too special!

His left hand was clenched into a fist inside his sweater sleeve, it was closed so hard that he could almost feel the skin ripping and bleeding out already, it burned, making him more excited. It almost seemed as if he was shaking, but in a subtle way. "T-That would be nice.." Hisashi forced a smile through the nervous ectasy that suddenly took over his body, being careful to not break the calm exterior, although it was probably almost in shambles by now.

He noticed his shaking but didn't say anything about it at first. She just him do his own thing. She stepped down off the porch as she did grabbing on the end of sleeve tugging on it lightly before letting go meaning for him to follow taking the wrong turn towards her house. "It seems that you're cold so let's walk." She knew she was lying, she knew he was shaking for another reason but for the sake of him not flipping out more than he already was she left it at that. "It will take a while before my parents have unpacked all they want to for tonight and I don't want them to feel rushed so we'll pass time." She smiled up at him.

It coming to his attention that she didn't have on shoes for whatever reason only wearing a shirt that was sleeveless but had a strap around her neck and a basic pair of skinny jeans. She was small enough that if he really wanted to he could pick her up with one arm if he was strong enough. "My father tends to be uptight at times so if he yells or snaps I wouldn't be too afraid. Unless he hits you, then run. I doubt he will though I'm just like.. telling you now." She smiled the way she had been pretty much the whole time. What time of warning was that? Maybe upset parents that makes sense but why would he get hit?

He shuddered to himself, covering his mouth discreetly when she grabbed him by the sleeve. Her words were not even important to him anymore, his thought were filling his mind before anything could enter. This was something he wasn't self aware of though, unlike the creepy behavior. Hisashi looked up from her hand that had previously grabbed him and nodded silently, following.

What is she talking about? His mind reeled to find an answer, some sort of thing to make his thoughts untangle themselves. The males tired eyes glanced at the sky, barely any clouds were out making him squint. It was always dark in his house too, making it even worse to be out other than the times he went to school. For some reason he was quiet, compared to when they first started talking, he was basically in a state of shock and confusion.

Hisashi chuckled to himself after a few seconds of silence, looking towards the ground with an amused look.

She noticed the way he shuddered when she grabbed his sleeve and struggled not to laugh too amused by it. She didn't say anything letting the silence linger she could tell whatever was on his mind was causing it.

She continued to stare at him, the look of amusement on his face sparking her interest. Screw it I'll miss around with him some more she thought to herself not knowing the danger masked behind the look letting them get to street corner before suddenly grabbing his arm inbetween his wrist and elbow taking off running back in the direction of their houses. "Actually, never mind we'll go to my home now." She giggled dragging him along though her grip wasn't tight he could make her let go easily.

She ran out into the middle of the street, a car passing by on the opposite direction so they were fine. There was no reason for them to be in the street what so ever she just felt like it.

Hisashi was very confused by how she was acting, it was all over the place, making it hard for him to settle a thought about her. Although this only made him more excited, thinking about what kind of person she was, it was all too complex.

He wanted to know everything about her now...

Before he knew it, they were standing in the middle of the street, he liked what she was doing, it gave him another reason to get worked up over this. "What are we doing...?" He continued to try and maintain himself, the thoughts building up even more so. If she continued this, he might....might just... There was no way he was going to freak out in front of her after meeting about ten minutes ago. Saiyuri was so cute and mysterious, making it even harder not to lose himself in front of her. All the other, previous girls were so boring and predictable, making it no fun at all.

"More like the question is what aren't we doing? I"m dragging a tall man around in the middle street after just meeting him and inviting him over for dinner. A lot more too." She stopped running as they approached her house, letting go his arm going to her front door and opened it up. Her house was more than halfway done being unpacked already though there was no in sight at the moment maybe they were in the truck getting stuff.

She lead him into their kitchen "Would you like tea?" She asked staring up at cabinet that was up higher than she could reach. All of them were too high to reach. It took her a moment before she climbed up onto the counter without hesitation opening up the cabinet and reached up to the top self dropping down a few boxes of tea before shutting the cabinet not climbing down though. "Um that's ginger, peppermint, chamomile, rose, and plain back tea. What does your soul desire if any?"

His brown eyes examined her house, inch by inch as trying to memorize what he had seen of it already, it was much more different than he remembered it. Hisashi watched her climb, almost about to offer help, but seeing she was perfectly capable on her own. His hands hid in his sleeves, looking at her almost distantly before answering. "I guess peppermint would be nice..." Anything with somewhat of a sweet taste was fine to him, even if he didn't have tea much. His eating and drinking habits were strange..

Brushing a few strands of hair away from his eyes, the male took a few steps towards the other rooms where he could see a staircase leading to an upstairs. It made his eyes widen a bit, thinking about something he had chosen to block out. "Your house is so much nicer than mine." Hisashi smiled softly at the girl, snickering.

"I haven't seen the inside of yours so I can't say." She shrugged. "Maybe. My parent's are picky." She grabbed the other boxes of tea putting them back leaving out the peppermint. She grabbed the box of peppermint and walk across the counter opening another cabinet grabbing a cup and a tea kettle jumping down off counter before going to sink, struggling to reach the faucet. It was like watching a small child trying to cook.

She looked up at a clock that was on the wall. "We still have a while before either me or my mother starts dinner.." She sighed, could she really cook? It was probably hell for her to try. "I'll drag you along to the store after you drink tea if you don't mind. I needed to get some stuff." She grabbed the kettle full of water sitting it on a burner turning it on to let it boil. "Or you can drink it in the car while I drive."

He walked back over an chuckled yet again at her height, it was cute but funny at the same time. The laugh was short lived though, as she talked more. She was actually asking him to come along places, let alone 'drag' him? You mean to say she actually wanted him to?

Hisashi ran up to the stove in excitement and turned off the burner, looking down at Saiyuri. "We can go now if you want." His expression was quite blank but there was some strange part of it, like the fact that he was staring so hard at her. He was aware of how stupid he must look to her by now but he couldn't help it, she was actually someone who wanted to be around him. He was tempted to grab her arm for some reason but decided against it. The constant self reminders to act kind were getting annoying. Hisashi stepped back a bit from her then looked back to glance at the clock on the wall.

"I'd gladly acompany you...."

"Alright then.." She said, not expecting the sudden outburst from the man. She pulled open a draw grabbing her car keys. "If you'd like to go that badly now we can, I'm not complaining."

She went back outside making sure he followed. She went to the garage which was open a silvery grey colored toyota sitting there next to two other cars. She opened up the drivers car door. "The passenger side is unlocked." She said as she got in. It was surpising some so short could drive though her seat pushed up as close as she could get it. She looked in the center area making sure she had her wallet before turning the car on, waiting for him.

Hisashi followed her to the car and waited until she got in to do so. He covered up his grin with his sleeved hands as he leaned against the inside of the door, looking out the window. The male laughed, daring to make the comment. "I'm surprised you can drive." Although, he didn't even have a license himself yet, this was usually when you should but some part of him didn't want one. It might enable his strange behavior more.

He squinted as the car entered the sunlight again, showing off his dark circles a bit more. "What do you need to go to the store for?" His eyes glanced to the corner, watching her closely.

"Food for dinner, more tea." She laughed quietly. "We just moved to another country all we have is instant food. And I just enjoy tea so I wanted to get more. My dad is a pain and sticks it in the top self though." She sighed, her dad coming up again. Apparently he played a big role in her life whether positive or negative was hard to tell.

"Also of course I can drive I'm too lazy to walk around all the time." Her eyes were focused on the road not looking over at him.

Looking back out the window, he nodded a bit. "Sounds exciting." Hisashi didn't sound enthusiastic at all but he actually was excited for someone to be this close to him already, let alone talking to him like he was a normal person. "Are you starting school tomorrow? I heard you're going to the same one as me." There had to be a way to prevent her from hearing the rumors, everyone at school was such an ass to him, the minute someone would see her with him, someone would say something.

"I am, yes." She nodded glancing over at him as they got out of the neighborhood stopping at a red light waiting for it to turn green so they could. "I apologize if I take forever finding a store, I have no idea where anythi-" She was cut off by her phone rings it being where her wallet was. She took it out and sent the call to voicemail.

A few seconds later it ran again and she looked annoyed with it sending it voicemail yet again. As the light turned green it rang again taking a second to just shut the thing off. "Sorry about that too."

His eyes glanced at her phone, then to her as he watched it continue to ring. It was weird, maybe she had a boyfriend or....or...someone was after her....or maybe there was someone who wanted her more than he already did?!?!?! Hisashi just smiled and gave a reassuring nod. "It's alright."

Quickly, he turned his head away from her and looked out the window to keep her from seeing his face as much as possible. His eyes were wide and teeth clenched under the sleeve of his sweater. Who is she and why does strange things keep happening around her?

She nodded being focused on the road yet again. "That was my father. He gets a stick up hi-" She cut herself off, about to cuss. Having something against cussing herself if other people did it she didn't care. "He is overbearing a lot of the time. I try to ignore it a lot of the time." She laughed quietly.

While she was looking around for a store eventually find one and pulled into the parking lot. It didn't take that long to get there in all honesty less than 10 minutes. She grabbed her phone and wallet taking out her phone turning back on. She was about to call her father back but he beat her to it, literally probably calling and calling till she answered.

"I'm sorry father. I was dr-" She was cut off by his yelling. Her phone wasn't on speaker but he loud enough that he might as well be. He sounded pissed off. Really pissed off. Saiyuri just listened to him pulling her phone away from her ear as he got louder and louder.. christ what did she do. It sounded like she had killed someone and he just found out. He kept yelling what he was saying was to hard to make out from poor service. "I'm sorry father. I was driving." She said quietly into the phone finishing what she was going to say a moment ago. He calmed down once he heard her for a moment.

She moved the phone closer to her ear so she could hear him. "Yes sir." She said to whatever he told her, she didn't sound disrecptful but he started yelling again. It was more like screaming her eyes widened not expected not having her ear blown out.

"BITCH." Was something he could make out. He kept going.

"Goodbye I'm going to drive my car off a bridge now." She wasn't. She said hanging up letting out a loud sigh hitting her head against the steering wheel being careful not to lay on the horn. "Give me a moment." She said to him shutting her eyes just sitting there like that pulling her keys out of the ignition.

The whole time, Hisashi sat with his gaze at his lap, taking in everything that had happened, the thoughts racing once again. Did he really, reeeeally want to join them for dinner? It wasn't the guy he was scared of but more so of himself, of what he might do if the man flips out. Among the yelling he muttered to himself, barely able for even himself to hear. "Why..."

Hisashi looked over at Saiyuri with a strange expression, although he was shaking with something, not fear but something else. A grin came over his face and eyes going wide. "I won't let him hurt you....." The male exited the car quickly after saying that and stood, waiting for her while he leaned against it.

She heard his comment, the last one at least but didn't look over at him. She inhaled quietly, putting herself back together before getting back out of the car. She locked it putting the keys in her pocket. "Don't worry about it. He's all bark and no bit- That's a lie but rarely." She didn't seem to concerned about it now that she had calmed herself down.

"Anyway, I understand if you don't want to have dinner with us anymore." She laughed quietly starting to head into the store, walking beside of him. "He tends to act more put together when I bring home men, he's obsessed with me being in relationships to a point it's creepy. If that puts you at ease. I didn't have a boyfriend for a period of time and he assumed I was lesbian. He tried hooking me up with girls." She giggled quietly covering her mouth with her hand, her father sounding weird in his own family. It probably ran in the family.

After listening to her, he looked over, more calm than when he was in the car. "I'm not scared, I'll still come. I'm just curious as to if you have to put with that all the time?" Hisashi smiled more gently and walked into the store with her, the automatic doors opening with a woosh. His hands were inside his sleeves as usual, again forming fists that made his nails dig into his skin.

"There's a lot about you that I don't know..." His head edged away in a nonchalant way, as if he was hoping that came out as casual as it could.
