Cass was slightly taken back by the hug but regained his stance and wrapped his arms around her. "I'll protect you my precious J-Em (see what i did there) " Cass laughed at the nickname he just made up. "You like it?" He asked playfully and rushed themselves to class.

Emily laughed, anything he said was perfect and amazing, and she was so in love with him, it was sad really. "of course" she smiled. "any nickname you come up with is golden"

Cass laughed and they went to class. Cass sat at his usual seat in the back corner of the class, next to Emily and behind Nick. (If that's ok)

Ahh art class! Yes!! this was the best part of her day, besides seeing Cass and Nick. She got out her acrylic painting pad and started going through her latest works. It was definitely one of the major loves of her life

Cass was happy to see the joy in Emily's eyes. He stared at her dreamily and looked away whenever she turned to him. Cass was horrible and drawing and art.

Emily knew he was looking at her, man, he was just gorgeous, everybody knew that though. "umm.. I made that for you" she whispered feeling self conscious. It was a portrait of him, well done, and in black and white in the back of her notebook of course she had doodles of her and him together, and she held it firmly in her grasp. Although she was so happy to even look at him, she couldn't help to worry about Cage, and what would happen to her if he got to her, it happened about a week ago, although she hadn't told Cass, she didn't want him to get in trouble or get hurt because of her. Her whole back was black and blue

Zoey entered the art class and took her seat, which was next to the wall and pulled out her sketch book and start drawing some ideas down. Minutes later she looked up and saw Cass stared at Emily dreamingly, just ask her out already! She thought, wanting to scream those words out to Cass but stopped herself. Zoey shook her head and went back to do her sketches.

Emily smiled at Zoey and waved, "we need to hang out soon!" she whispered loudly

Zoey smiled and whispered back, "sure, just gimme time and date." She wasn't a busy girl, so that mean she's free most of the time.

"I don't know" she stopped talking "Cass is coming over" she silently mouthed

Zoey nodded and stood up, handing her art design to the teacher before asking him if she can leave. "You may Miss White," the teacher replied to her and she said a quick thank you before heading to the library, where she can hide from the chaos in the school, as usual.

Cass glanced at Emily, "can you help me again?" He chuckles, "I cant manage to blend it so it looks blended, it goes straight from red to white." He laughed in frustration and looked at Emily with a sense of longing before blushing and turning away.

"of course!" she said. She grabbed his hand, "i'm going to let you do it, I'll just be your guide" she said. she moved his hand back and forth dipping the brush in more water and repeating that 2 or 3 times.

Cass looked at Emily's face as she helped him, and then back at the magnificent artwork that was appearing in front of him. "Wow!" Cass said, "you never cease to amaze me!"

Emily laughed, "Cass, it's no big deal, just blending" she said, flattered. "but thank you for being such a sweetheart" she said, smiling at him, she felt her cheeks getting hot.

Cass planted a small kiss on Emily's cheek just as the bell rang. "Looks like it's time for interval?" He asked, unsure of the time.

"Cass... what was that about?" she asked she felt like she was going to die, was it friendly, more than friendly, a teaser? what was he doing to her?

Venio sighed as he sipped the contents of his water bottle, which were looking to be a puke green by now. He felt power surge through him, but it was just enough to wake him up.

Emily looked at the mysterious boy. "I wonder what he is all about" she whisper to Cass. She walked up to him... "Hi" she said friendly. "I'm Emily" she didn't want to see anyone be lonely

Venio looked at the girl. Who was she? Why was he even here? These questions flooded his mind until he decided to stop thinking about it. "I'm Venio. Nice to meet you." he said, shaking her hand slowly.
