Fandom Fallout Alaska RP, Anyone?

So, I decided a few minutes ago "hey, I think I am gonna make a Fallout RP, but what to do?" So, I have decided that this RP (which may be succeeded by one taking place after the Great War) will be taking place in Alaska during the Resource Wars. The first act of it will be the Chinese landing on Alaska, so keep that in mind as you make your character. You can be a soldier from either side. (China or America, for those unfamiliar.) Or a civilian living in Alaska.
