Weird Notifications

I have no idea if this is a bug or not but I've been getting this notification that my friend has been posting images in a thread he I guess created called Random or something. But, whenever I click on the notification to see what it is it just says that there was an error or no page. Can you guys help me?

if you follow someone you will get notifications if they post something unless you turn it off in notification settings. despite this, i still don't think it's possible to turn off notifications for something posted in an album. you are most likely getting an error message because the album is private and you aren't allowed to view the page )
