Because of his brain injury, this must be done in a way that is tasteful and respectful to that. Romance will be very sparse. Nothing sexual is to happen and it is to be only fluff when romance does occur. Think of it as a Frenchie/Kimiko deal ("the kiss felt weird, we are more than that").
