Weaving and Magical Materials.

I was making a God-Machine Protocol that involved temporarilly conjuring an item of the Alchemical's caste, but then I realized Mountain Folks counldn't make Starmetal and Soulsteel (At least with that Charm in the Worker Pattern. Not sure about the Artisans...)


Well, though with Autochthon being the Great Maker, could God-Machine protocols make items of Starmetal and Soulsteel out of Essence/Pattern/Whatever?

As I remember, sorcery is able to make the MMs, so I don't see why Protocols shouldn't, after all, they just re-write the fabric of creation/autochthon.  A couple of alterations and lead becomes starmetal I'd assume.

The thing was because Starmetal and Soulsteel sorta needs souls inside them.


...though, then again, it's magic. Maybe this shouldn't have been a problem in the first place.
