I have a question, so it going to be like a merged thing where people in Earth 1 are merged with their Earth 2 counterparts?
 
If you wish to make an OC, you can do either merged or a new character. However I don't think it's possible, because for example, I don't believe Tony Stark from Marvel exists as Tony Stark in DC, if you can understand where I am going...
 
The thing is, I created an OC, and I decided for him to be merged from both worlds. You can do it too if you wish, I don't mind. But it is not mandatory to do so.
 
I would like to ask you all something... Since This is New Earth, having both Marvel and DC heroes, would you prefer if some of the shared universe heroes know each other or complete strangers? I'm asking so I would know how to start things off, when we have enough characters.


Like for example, Batman knows Superman, but doesn't know Tony Stark.

I Think it Would make sense for Marvel to know Marvel, but if things have been Like this for a while maybe people have televised some of the heroes and villains? :) unless they have stayed out of publics eyes..
 
That's the thing. We have to decide on that, before we start. I'll give an example again, because I explain things better that way.


Avengers (Marvel Cinematic Universe) are Iron Man, Captain America, Black Widow, etc. They all know each other and who the others are. Avengers have been working with X-Men for a while in the comics, and in some animated movies and series, but should they know each other? Do they know each other personally, or are they strangers, even though they share a universe?



Justice League members know each other and their secret identities. They even know their villains as well.


Merged universe heroes are all aware of each other and know each other by their hero aliases, since all of them had been sharing this Earth for almost 2 years. However I am asking if they should know each other personally, have they worked together?
 
I doubt it.. Taking in The characters we have, they seem more loner kind of heroes :) and I Think it is a good way to bring drama to their relationships, Like can Remy be trusted, is the Iron Man a team player, etc. And their team Work Would start from the bottom too and Would be built by getting to know one another. That is my opinion at least ^-^
 
Yea I think they shouldn't. Like stated before, the heroes made so far seem more like


lone wolves, even though a wolf needs a pack doesn't mean they like it. 


But id say the bigger heroes like for example Batman and Superman should know each other. 
 
Yes, I Was thinking that too :) Batman, Superman, Captain America, Wolverine (since he is on every possible team XD). But ours should be strangers to each others :)
 
Alright. So with that agreed on, I will be kicking things off soon. I am still waiting for one more person, she said she will be adding her character soon, and we reach the magical number. Till then, I will kick it off slowly, just introduction to character day-to-day life.
 
I have been communicating with one of the users, who is yet to post a character, and she said she would like to play Killer Frost, which will be our first villain. So I would be waiting on her to post and then we can get things rolling for real
 
well, as I said, we communicated over PM with this, and we came to the conclusion that she will end up like...
WARNING SPOILER ALERT!

Captain Cold/Heatwave duo in DC's Legends TV show started off as thieves and in the end of the season Snart sacrificed himself so the team could escape. Rory then somehow developed morals and is now an asset to the team in season 2
 
Yeah, can't wait to get real started :3 also, will we be having an order in which to post or do we just all go at the same time? :D
 
no order needed if you ask me. We will establish order if we get into a fight, which will be as follows:
3 heroes vs 1 villain


Hero 1, Villain, Hero 2, Villain, Hero 3, Villain,


as I believe that will be fair for the villain. However if we have more villains, the turn order will not be needed.
